This hotel was so disgusting, I decided within a minute of walking into the room that I could not keep my kids here. The room smelled so awful of cigarette smoke, the bathroom was clearly not cleaned, and front door handle was busted and did not look safe at all. Hotel description listed a pool and breakfast, but the pool has been filled in with sand and the sign at the front desk said breakfast was just fruit and coffee. The man working the front desk was very kind, but that is the only positive thing to say about this property.

Did not stay! This property is absolutely horrible and had none of the amenities it says it has. Hotel will not refund me even though I did not stay!! Will never stay at another Super 8 and I will be letting everyone I can how horrible this company and location is!!

We reserved 2 rooms for 3 days which ended up not being next to each other. 1 room the bathroom had not been cleaned, the commode was full and needing to be flushed. The other room had old food in the mini fridge. The night shift desk clerk was extremely nice and helped get rooms as close together as they had available. The day shift desk clerk was very rude. We asked about availability of next door rooms and the response was "its not going to happen" The same clerk at checkout, did not greet us in any way and did not say thank you or anything. This hotel advertises a pool and does not have one.

I searched for a hotel with a pool. When we got there they said they don't have a pool anymore. It's been filled in with concrete and dirt. Please have them remove the pool off their listing.

Hotel was rundown and they require a $50 deposit in cash upon arrival. Not a credit card, in cash. Then they refuse to give me my money back because they said one of the hand towels was dirty? The hand towel was stained when I got there. But they wanted to keep my deposit and claim I made the hand towel dirty. Do not stay here. Any hotel that makes you pay any cash for the rooms on site can be trusted. No breakfast in the lobby. Just a fruit bar. Coffee was horrible and room temperature. The room was extremely old and dated and musty.

Room was clean, large. The building is the same today as it was 50 years ago when I first stayed. Stairs would not meet current OSHA standards, dangerous if not paying attention. Door frame separating from wall. Air conditioner not working very swell, does its own thing. Frig temp can't be adjusted. Bath fixtures dirty with age.

Breakfast options were a joke. The bathtub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a year. There were kids running around on rollerblades all over. Sounded like we were under a bowling alley? But we were on the top floor. The bed was fine.

Laminate tile on floor is peeling. Only 2 towels first day. Staff only replenished with one towel even thought 2 people in the room. Horrible Wi-Fi most rundown Super 8 we have ever stayed at.

First, we've stayed here before. It was ok for a cheap hotel and we don't spend much time in the room. This time was different. Room had vinyl flooring this time, which I don't like as it makes the room louder in my opinion. Bed was absolutely horrible. Springs in the middle appeared to be broken so there was a deep dip in the middle of the bed. Super uncomfortable and really did a number on my back. Had a very busy weekend planned so it's on me for not requesting another room, but assumed it might be worse. Housekeeper comes whether you want them to or not. Second day they didn't leave us any towels. Went to the front desk and told the attendant, who proceeded to go check to see if I was telling the truth. Then proceeded to give me one bath towel. You get what you pay for applies here and we will not stay here again.

The problem was the attitude of the guy at the desk at checkout. I asked for a receipt for the night and got a lot of attitude. I apologize that this location deals with a lot of construction people and some may be a problem. My wife and I are not the problem and attitude like his needs to be addressed. I was told that i could not get a receipt because I booked thru Hotels.com. - really? What about a receipt for the credit card they took for incidentals? The breakfast was BAD and nothing including the coffee was fresh. I could have overlooked all of it - but the attitude got me.

I got there at 230 and was willing to wait until 3 to check in . Well the guy who works there said not one room was clean yet and that I couldn’t check in until 330. He said I can cancel your stay instead . I said no I need my room . Well he was on crutches and wouldn’t get off if his butt out of the lobby to even check it rooms would be ready . I mean if check out is 11 then how come not ONE ROOM was clean ? He was just too lazy to check . So when I came back he was gone so that’s shows me he just didn’t wanna deal with it . I’ve stayed here 3 or 4 times and most likely will be my last .

Upon arrival, I saw several men hanging out upstairs leaning on the railing and standing around in the parking lot. A couple of the room doors were open. It was evening time. This was not a place of comfort for me and my grandmother. I drove next door and parked in the Mexican Restaurant lot and called the hotel to ask for a reservation cancellation. I was told that since I had reserved via Hotel.com it was nothing they could do. I called Hotel.com several times and got no response. I called several numbers and was disconnected by the automated system. My grandmother and I called our relatives and stayed there for the night.

Simple overnight stay. Room had what was expected. Bed, TV, Desk, Fridge and MW. You get what you pay for. This was acceptable for one night. Not much for a breakfast but Waffle House in close by. Pretty good Mexican Restaurant in same parking lot as hotel.

Just a very old very basic motel style property. Might have been ok at $39.99 for one night. But at $80 it is no value. Bad towels, old tubs/showers with water so soft you can't get soap off. Every time the AC kicked on I thought a semi truck had started out in the parking lot. Was up and out at 6 am and hoping for a reasonable cup of coffee at the "free breakfast" but best they could do for $80 was styrofoam and packages of powdered creamer. There were bananas and apples and several prepackage d pastries available.
