We stayed here 4 nights for proximity to a conference my daughter was attending in Lowell. The staff was kind enough to let us check in early due to my daughter being sick with food poisoning. We stayed in a king 1-bedroom and our daughter slept on the sofa bed, which was new and much comfier than a traditional pull-out. It was more like an RV bed. Privacy of having a separate bedroom was key for when our 16 YO needed her space and we also had a balcony. Property grounds were well kept and the place was kinda tucked in off the beaten path. There aren’t many food options right nearby, so we had to drive a bit for that. We did have dinner and drinks one night at the hotel and were impressed with the menu, food was great and they also had cocktails. Other than that, we used the Top Golf Swing Suite once that was fun and did some laundry, which was pricier but the machines were newer. Overall, staff and the hotel were great and it had easy access to I-93.

The staff was friendly. The place was clean and esthetically nice. Rooms had comfy beds and nice shower. But I booked the place because in the photos it had a Topgolf Swing Suite that looked like it was in a lively, lounge/bar area. Well, it is not. It was located in a very back, out of the way section of the hotel, there was no bar or food and there was no bathroom near by. So, that was a disappointment. The lobby bistro/lounge was closed by 7:45 p because they said it wasn't busy. They gym was basic but clean but again no bathroom at all near by. So, overall great place to sleep but dont book for the amenities.

Staff was great. Comfortable room. Key area for improvement is to provide complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning. This is the only Marriot property I ever stayed at that didn’t offer this. Paying for Starbucks shouldn’t be the only option.

Very nice facility, clean and well kept. Although centrally located and easy to get to places everything is a drive away. There is a restaurant in the lobby that we did not try except for Coffee in the morning (which you pay $5 for a large coffee - Starbucks). My only frustration is with the guests which we see more often now. The guest all leave their trash in the parking lot (bottles, cans, empty boxes, etc) which makes us really mad as if there is someone to pick-up after them. It is not the facilities' fault but the state of our society! I would definitely stay here a again when in the area.

It was clean and the staff were very polite and helpful. It's under construction so upon arrival we checked the address to make sure it was the right hotel because it didn't look like the advertised hotel. There was no pool or free breakfast, which I knew when booking but thought due to the name it would be a nicer hotel. My brother booked a cheaper hotel right down the street for the same dates. It had a pool, free breakfast and the rooms and lobby, looked exactly like the Courtyard.

The hotel is sort of in a place that there is nothing around. Also they never cleaned our room so we had to grab all our own towels. Service was average. Took a while to get noticed but the food was pretty good. The exercise room was very good.

The first room we checked into, the beds were unmade. Had to then change rooms. The second room we were given, after checking those beds and finding dirty sheets with popcorn inside of beds had to then be serviced. At 1 am we had to call and complain of noise coming from the room next door after loud music and loud voices could be heard through the walls and down the hall. First our room had the toilet bowl extremely dirty and brown water ... Second the shower and the sink had brown water coming out of it had to run it for 10 min before we saw consistent clear water

My favorite thing about this hotel was how clean it was. Even the corners of the baseboards in the bathroom were clean. It doesn’t look like they cut corners like some hotels. The breakfast was for a cost, but I purchased a cancellable room that included breakfast. The Top Golf is for a cost as well. The courtyard in the center was so nice and they had windows that went to the floor that could open with a railing for some nice fresh air. They also had large towels that actually fit around you. I would easily stay here again.

We liked our room even though it was a handicapped accessible, but we should have been given an option on it. We may ask for that type of room anyway in the future. It was really roomy and comfortable. Couldn't believe there was no free coffee in the lobby.

I enjoy staying at Marriot properties. They are generally clean and have the same lay outs so its easy to find your way around. It wasn't loud but it wasn't quiet either. You can hear people in the hallway talking but that is just the nature of staying in a hotel room. I loved that there was Starbucks onsite- that is my favorite feature.

the planned power outage was NOT the fault of Marriott however the run around to get back my refund was in no way necessary. Much of the problem could have been avoided if in the email from the hotel they had said that if you booked through a third party you will need to deal with that third party. How can a hotel even consider allowing people to stay without electricity (and no air conditioning) with the temperature of 95 deg and high humidity.

Property is in excellent conditions. Staff we dealt with was friendly. Beautiful clean rooms and housekeeping was efficient. Nice new decor, comfy bed. This hotel is not in walking distance of anything but a short drive close to various dining and shopping options.

It’s location, it’s amenities and it’s quiet surroundings. I also liked its prices in its Bistro restaurant on premise for breakfast and dinner. The staff were very helpful polite and accommodating, especially Matt at the front desk. One significant feature is the shallow balcony that each room above ground level had throughout the hotel this access to the outdoors was a plus.
