Everything was great! Staff is super friendly and the hotel is extremely clean! Beautiful pool, fire pit, lounge and games area outside ! Breakfast did have too many options but the kids loved the pancake machine!

The hotel itself is great, and has amazing potential. The room that we had was a large suite and we stayed for 6 nights. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was better than normal, with hot options, but unfortunately the service was not good. The front desk staff were not really hospitable nor helpful, and the laundry facilities were not maintained nor serviced at all. Really sad because it could have easily been an excellent stay.

I was not advised until checkout that a $5 dollar fee for parking would be assessed, this is misleading. Also the deposit fee is quite large and took almost a full week to get back which is very different than my experience at other hotels. Aside from this the hotel was clean, beautiful, and the food was great.

I would not stay at this hotel ever again. For what you pay you do not get any services. Stayed 5 days and never had trash emptied, linens changed or bed made, never left clean towels I had to ask each evening for more and the hallways smelt like wet dog and dog pee. Also no ice machines.

This property is Beautiful. The Staff was incredible. The Breakfast Was Delicious.The pool was so clean. I love that there is a propane grill located near the pool for grilling. The first hotel that had a Cornhole Set up Shuffle Board. Super Cool And A Tic Tac Toe Bean Bag Game. The Electric Fire Pit Is Beautiful. I Would Definitely Stay Here Next Time I Am In The Area! We attended a concert near by. We stopped and got food after the concert on the way back to the hotel. And everyone was so incredibly sweet and accommodating that we bought all of the staff Pizza French Fries And Soda.

We arrived after a long 18 hour drive and settled into our room. Kids come running out saying there are bugs in their bathroom. I immediately alert the front desk that said it would be cleaned the next day (we opted not to move due to having so much, 3 kids, and it was a long day) because they do not have on site cleaners. We were gone the entire next day and came back to the same situation. Complained again, it was noted to be done the next morning, before leaving for the day we even verified it would be handled, and surprise surprise it was not. With 1 night left and no on site cleaners we dealt with bugs and terrible customer service. I do not recommend this property.

The hotel is nice and clean but my room smelled like a wet dog. I don’t understand why a hotel that allows dogs would have carpeted floors and fabric upholstered couches. It's not unique to this hotel. Every hotel that allows dogs has this problem.

We've been to this hotel twice for a "staycation." It's very quiet (even on New Year's Eve!) and clean. The studios are well laid out and comfortable. I do want to point out that the hotel is "pet friendly," which is fine, but they do not have specific rooms for pets - the whole first and second floor can be used for guests with pets. We were given a room on the first floor and immediately detected a "wet dog" odor. I sprayed some room spray but that did not help and I began to get an allergic reaction (I am allergic to dogs.) So I went to the front desk to ask about it, the initial reaction "you know this hotel is pet friendly, right?" but in my experience that means they restrict pets to specific rooms. But then the desk agent became apologetic and helpful, moving us to a room on the 3rd floor. Not sure why we were not given a higher floor to begin with, I always put that in my special requests but assumed the hotel was full due to the holiday.

The room was fine, smaller than anticipated. Pull out couch had no sheets, wasnt clean and had earrings and a hat on/inside of it and a huge stain on the matress. Very uncomfortable, took a long time to get sheets for the pullout, and they gave no pillows or warm blanket. It was pretty cold!

The only bad thing about this property is most of the lights in the rooms are on motion sensors and go out after 2 minutes, it made it rather annoying constantly walking into a dark room. For the price they charge I thought this was an unnecessary inconvenience!!!

This newly renovated extended stay hotel was exactly what we needed for our week long trip and the perfect distance from the conference center in Lowell that prompted our trip. As soon as we arrived Jessica made us feel right at home - friendly and efficient and provided excellent recommendations for dining in and out in the area. As we were getting ready to head home Rebecca was an angel with helping us find a box to stash items we needed to send home - since we found a few too many new items we had to have while out exploring. Hands down the best hotel experience I have ever had and would absolutely recommend no matter how long or short your trip might be. Thank You Staff of Sonesta ES of Andover, you made our stay amazing!

We booked a two bedroom suite for 10d. Room was nice, property was renovated 2y ago. We really liked it. Breakfast was good as well. Only downside was that within the 10d no cleaning of the room happened. The told us that there is minimal room service every 3d and full service every 5 or 7d. the 3 service came regularly. Full service never showed up. Even after asking for it. Other than that I can recommend the hotel. We'll be back on our next visit in Andover.

We stayed 5 days and they said we would have one room refresh on day 3 which never happened. A wallet was left behind and when we got to the airport I called the hotel and left a message for lost and found but no one called back. I called the next day and spoke to a person and she called me back and said no wallet was found. We know exactly where the wallet was and it was in the room

When we arrived, the attendant was in the office fighting on the phone with here boyfriend. I could hear her yelling and cussing at him. Once in the room there was no bedding for the sleeper sofa. After it was opened, I realized the used bedding was still in the sofa. I made 2 trips to the front desk to get the necessary bedding needed. The front desk clerk said she would leave a note for the manager to call me about the issue. I never received a call. The next morning when showering all 3 bottles (shampoo, conditioner and body wash) was empty. Our daughter just moved to Boston and we will be visiting regularly but we will not be staying at any of the Sonesta properties!!

I stayed at the hotel for 8 days. They have a policy of cleaning the rooms every 3 days, but they cleaned them on the 7th day of my stay, even though I had asked for it on the 5th, 6th and 7th day. The staff tried to justify it without checking what was happening

Chose this hotel because it looked new and clean. I work on the road and pretty loyal to Marriott, but the Res Inn & Courtyard up the street are both very outdated and not as nice inside and about the same price. I was VERY happy with this hotel/room. One of the softest/comfy beds I've slept in and the kitchen w full fridge/freezer -that makes ice, were key assets for me. Breakfast included. I enjoyed the silver dollar pancake machine and there were ample choices for a quick bite before work. Staff was friendly.

I’ve never been to this brand of hotel before, I was very impressed and I thought it was very nice. The only problem we had was in the morning we went in for pancakes, and there was no pancakes in this pancake dispenser, and I asked if they could replace it and nobody ever came back, and I waited for a half hour. other than that it was OK

The hotel is in a lovely quiet neighborhood which includes lots of huge corporations. Easy access to I-95 and restaurants a short drive away. The facility was super clean and well taken care of. The complimentary breakfast was very good (make your own breakfast tacos) and the room to eat in very well designed with several small family-friendly areas. Our room was clean and quiet. Would stay here again.

From Rebecca, the lady who checked us in, to Cara, Nancy (morning shift) and Kei, night manager on duty ~ amazing people! Housekeeping team were also great. Everyone in this property were nice and friendly. Staff assigned to breakfast/dining area were always making sure there's food. My only suggestion is to provide more food options. And extend breakfast time to probably 9:30 AM. Some people are late sleepers 😄 But, I'd like to mention that they allow guests to bring food to wherever we want to eat. Overall, our experience is amazing! Keep it up guys 😍
