Very clean, and the staff are nice. However, there's no quiet and independent place for business and study. The only public place is the breakfast dining place. There's only one set of washer and dryer in the guest laundry room, and the dryer doesn't work well, you need to make a second $2 round to dry everything, otherwise, everything is still wet including those fast-dry clothes. Wifi signals in and out of room are both very low.

Very clean and spacious property. Tucked in a very quite area with hiking trail close by. Property has a pool (I did not end up using it) and hot breakfast (continental).

clena and updated room with efficient layout; quiet and safe neighborhood; nice and clean public area; the only thing is that i wish they had more than just one washer and one dryer in the laundry room

Pool was a little small and we expected more for breakfast. There was a hair on our sink upon check in. Otherwise fine! Nice, safe location tucked away. Late pool hours which were cool for the kids. Good for a quick overnight stay.

Pool was a bit on the small side, many kids in at once, tile floors made it VERY slippery - would be nice if there were anti-slip mats around to prevent falls. Wish there were more dining options closer to the property. We ended up traveling far away to grab supper. While we appreciate the included breakfast, the setup of the breakfast area could improve. There were several area children’s sports (baseball?) groups staying when we were there. The line for the make your own waffles was extremely long. We tried to get there right when breakfast started, but got there 20 late - it was packed and super long wait for the waffle station, despite there being 2 waffle makers available. One gentleman held up the line making multiple waffles at once. Besides this, throughout the night, there were people being loud in the hallways talking, laughing and slamming doors (until about 3 am). It’d be great if the facility could enforce quiet time. We were on the 3rd floor - perhaps it’s more quiet on 1st floor? (Needless to say, our one night stay was not restful whatsoever.) The beds were ok, but the pillows were not supportive at all - they were fluffy, but as soon as you laid your head on them, they sank into the pillow and onto the bed.

When we arrived the room where they set us up did not have a working refrigerator, the receptionist answer was they do not work, I ask to be transfer to a different roo. When transfer we forgot a pear of shoes in the room and when we try to get them back no body was able to find them, I guess the person who clean the room decided to keep the shoes. I can’t think of anything else. Really disappointed about that part. Also the pool was not working and the right away receptionist said “I could cancel if you book because of the Pool”.

Front desk was great, super easy check in! Room was super spacious and clean! My daughter got to enjoy the pool, and we both used the gym.. The gym is small but nice!

Umm you get you what you pay for? I’m glad it was a good price because my feet were sticky walking on the carpet in our room—gross. The floor in the lobby and elevator could have used attention. There was a tear in the corner of the bed skirt. But the place looked new and updated, good breakfast, hot shower, nice indoor pool and 24 hour work out room!

We stayed in handicap accessible room, which was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the bathroom is spacious enough for a walker. Breakfast was Hardy and the coffee was good. Very friendly staff. However, the pool is very small and overwhelmingly smelled of too much bleach and it was cloudy. The Jacuzzi area had been filled in and unfortunately there were pictures of it on Google from years ago. So don’t go for the pool but go for everything else there. And it’s essentially located.

I even brought my own Clorox wipes to make sure everything was clean and it really was. Housekeeping is doing an excellent job. Complementary breakfast is also good. I would recommend this hotel for sure.

This hotel was spotless. Rooms were updated and well-sized. Breakfast was busy, but well stocked. Breakfast was especially great once they got the waffle maker going the 3rd day of our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had a large group and they were very accommodating, even suggesting their courtyard as a place for us to meet together. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Our room was dirty, with a broken A/C that was leaking onto the carpet, causing the room to get quite warm overnight. Bathroom was not cleaned well either. On top of that I was told my overall price would have $20 taken off due to the broken A/C. When I checked my checking this morning I was charged $60 more than what was on my receipt. Will not be back if in this area again.

The hotel is excellent clean except our room there still some cups that have been used next to the bed

The property and rooms are very nice - it was refurbished recently enough that it felt modern. For us, though, the bed was a bit to firm and the pillows were laughably thin. For a Marriott brand, we expected better. But everything else was fine and we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was great with plenty of choices. There were some rude guests who were very noisy in the hallway at all hours of the night/morning, but the hotel can't effectively control other people's behavior. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here again if we're back in the area.

TV didn’t work

They shouldn’t advertise room as a “suite”. In reality it is a long room with mini fridge and tiny coffee maker and couch at end. The design of the space is terrible. Only 2 drawers in which to put clothes. No shelves or storage space in bathroom or “kitchenette”. A typical hotel room is easier to stay in than this. At least in a typical room you can unpack your clothes and toiletries, and feel more comfortable.

Loved the space and beds were comfortable. Breakfast had good options. Wi-Fi was very spotty, water pressure was not great.

The air conditioning was very loud and we could hear the people above us - sounded like they were stomping. Could have been they were! But it seemed like not enough buffer between floors.

The room was good and clean but the shower water didn’t work either only very hot or very cold water.

The hotel is secluded, clean, and safe. It’s a little pricey for what you get. However, the rooms are so dark. I turned on every possible light and it was extremely dark. I was working part of my trip and I found that rather depressing.

Clean and comfortable but insufficient insulation between floors and the hallway- very loud. Can hear every step of the person in room above me, plus the water rushing through pipes and people talking in halls. Needs more sound protection.

The good: the rooms are big and spacious, the staff is nice, and everything is pretty clean. The bad: this hotel must be made out of tissue paper, because we could hear everything going on, including the outrageous noise made by people walking around in the room above us. The floors literally shook like a dining room cabinet, and it sounded like a constant earthquake was vibrating through the building. Not to mention having to hear everyone's "personal" lives. We slept about 3 hours in total.

This place was great! The room was so nice! It way bigger than I was expecting! It had a mini kitchen, desk area, lounging area! It was very clean, the staff was great, parking was easy, I will definitely stay here again!

There was a noise issue with the air conditioner. We recorded it and addressed it with the front desk. It seems though that the maintenance crew didn't look into the matter, and we were just offered to switch rooms. While the front desk staff was very nice and attentive to our needs (and even gave us a discount for a sleepless night of inconvenience), there seems to be a gap in the communication from the front desk to the maintenance crew. I am sure whoever stays in that room next will experience the air conditioner noise also.

Was there for a wedding we as a party had rented several rooms we arrived 2:45 check in was 3.Several other guests received their room keys. However as the Justice of the Peace and handicapped I did not. I was first told 3:15 we checked again at 3:30 still not ready I didn't get my key until almost 3:45.The ceremony was to start at 4:30 venue was 15 minutes away so of course I was 40 minutes late.Ruined the whole ceremony and my reputation as a JP. Sorry very dissatisfied.

I didn't like that I called the front desk to see if I could check out at 1:00 pm instead of 12:00 pm. I asked out of courtesy and they said no, and I only needed to stay for one more hour until my daughter pick me up. I think they should be more accessible with customers.

The staff was really nice but we tried to get house keeping to clean our rooms because we had something important to do and we didn’t have Tim to clean the room before we left they told us they would clean our room we can back to the room exactly the same way then we asked why we didn’t get our rooms cleaned when they told us the would they said they don’t clean rooms for guest that are only staying two night me and my family was extremely tired and expected to just come back and relax but we couldn’t even do that. Hope you guys fix that everyone deserves to have their room cleaned and we gave our reason for the room the be cleaned and was told alright but didn’t happen

Great stay. Friendly staff, clean room, and decent breakfast. Had a few small issues that were addressed immediately.

The front desk lady with the green hair, was the best. She extended our stay at no additional cost for a few hours because my flight was delayed.

The room was nice and the staff was mostly nice. I had two bad breakfast experiences. Having said that Everything else was great. As is human nature, I'm going to focus on the bad to the detriment of the good. Breakfast closes at 10 AM and I arrived at 9:58 am (without being aware of the time). After making my Belgian waffle I noticed there were no plates and there was no staff in the area. I asked Brian at the front desk if I might be able to get a plate. Her said NO I was too late; breakfast closed at 10:00 am. I returned to my room and noticed the time was 10:02. Had I known the time when turned away, I might have insisted upon a plate. The next day, I came down for breakfast with my family at 9:30. The breakfast bar was out of fruit topping for the Belgian waffles so I asked the staff if we could have fruit to put on the our waffles, they said no. Feeling wronged, I asked Brian at the front desk if there were a way to get fruit to put on our Belgian waffles. He explained that NO, there would be no more toppings as the breakfast area would soon be closing. Brian's two unapologetic and terse rejections would have been better accepted the breakfast area closed sign had been out the first time and if I actually was late. They did this at 10:00 sharp on the second day but still kindly provided another guest with a plate after having closed the area. Bad experiences with Brian aside, we enjoyed a nice walk to the river and otherwise had a great stay.

Excellent property for the price. Tucked back in an industrial park. Quiet.

We had an amazing stay, clean, coureous staff, great breakfast. Problem #1, signage and directions are awful, making for a difficult time to get to property at night after all day drive. I understand that they have little control because of zoning, etc. Still rough.

Well kept and near restaurants

The room was good & the property was average. There was a lack of adequate signage making finding the location difficult. We arrived at night and it was difficult to know if we were in the right place until we were at the front door.

We had a short overnight stay, but liked the quiet location in a business park. Nice quick breakfast to start the day.was clean and comfortable. Definitely recommend.

The room was spacious, modern and clean. Though, tucked out of the way, it is conveniently located for access to Boston, NH and more.

Only stayed one night. Room was clean and comfortable. Only complaint was that we were told breakfast was served until 10am, but by 9:15 they started running out of food and didn’t replenish. The breakfast was important for us, a family of 4 and this was very disappointing.

The hotel was nice. The breakfast was okay, could’ve used a little bit more salt and the eggs were a big watery. Overall a nice stay with the family.

We loved the room and the layout for the bathroom. Everything was clean and well furnished and up to date. We would like to see a refrigerator with a freezer. We loved the table and couch . The beds were very comfortable and we slept well . It location was nice and very quiet. We we like to see more options for breakfast . Every day it was the same scrambled eggs and sausage. We would like to see more options. Other than that we had a very pleasant stay and will be back.

This is one of the cleanest hotels I have stayed in. The breakfast buffet was organized and seamless despite many guests. Easy stay!
