Front desk people were pretty nice. But when despite asking for our room to be cleaned twice they never cleaned it. There were weird stains in the door, in the bathroom, the bed was dirty and so was the floor. Cleaning staff didn’t do a good job at all. The whole room was a mess. Amenities were terrible and there were only 2/3 breakfast options. The staffs (only front desk staff) friendliness was the only perk in the hotel but other than that the hotel was a mess

This hotel was clean and easy to get to. Plenty of parking out front. We felt very safe. The staff was helpful and friendly. The breakfast but hot, but not a whole lot of options. Overall, we're satisfied with our stay.

Definitely need improvement in the rooms. A handle on the dresser was broken and thus the drawer was unusable. Had a thermostat in the room, but it was not hooked up at all. There were people partying in the hotel until 2:00 a.m. with music blasting throughout the entire hotel, but there was no response or action taken by hotel staff.

No housekeeping if your stay is more than 2 days. Dirty Towels in hallway and trash from rooms left in hallway. Front desk staff was very helpful and informative. Had to go to front desk to request towels and TP. Elevator floor was not cleaned in the five days we stayed there. OK for one night and convenient to 93. Would not stay there again for a lengthy stay. Breakfast was acceptable.
