Excellent shutter service, well punctual. The food in the bistro is delicious and comes out very quickly. The room was extremely clean and smelling good. The attention at the reception is of high quality and well willing to help and recommend.

The location was convenient. Complimentary shuttle service from the airport to the hotel and vice versa was a major plus. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly, professional, and courteous. My only minor complaint would be to have more food options available. The Bistro is the only restaurant and it operates on a somewhat limited scale. To my knowledge, there was no room service for food either, unless you can order from The Bistro and have it delivered to you.

Hotel staff were wonderful. Friendly and helpful. Conveniently located like 5mins from Ronald Raegan Airport (DCA). The only issue I have is that there is a $49 parking fee with limited parking spots.

I had to find a last-minute room due to a cancelled flight at DCA, and the person who checked me in was super pleasant, welcoming, and provided great info on the amenities available. There's an airport shuttle also, which was a bonus. Room was super clean also. Great Marriott property and staff!

The place was very clean, bedding and towels fresh and new. bathroom very clean, everything what is needed after the day was over, was in the bathroom ready for use. We are very pleased with the place!

The room was nice but it had a musty smell. I think it was the carpet. Though the hotel has a nice aroma, the room had that stinch. I would be nice to have a vent in the bathroom bring that it’s one room. But I was comfortable for the most part. TO ALL POTENTIAL GUESS: parking at the hotel is $49, but they have free parking in the side block of the hotel on the weekends and on the week days the meters are $3 every two hrs. It’s still cheaper that $49 a night. Just my account of things

I was very impressed upon arriving. Even impressed when first arriving to our room. Room appeared clean and very satisfactory that is until I woke up in the middle of the night to find a roach crawling down the nightstand. I immediately called guest service and was moved to another room but we all know roaches migrate. If I had time I would have found another hotel. We were initially in room 805.

The hotel is quite clean, and there are some good halal restaurants nearby. However, the experience had some downsides. The carpet in our room was wet, possibly from a recent cleaning, which wasn't ideal. Additionally, the sheets and mattress felt damp, which made things uncomfortable. The sofa bed was also very poor—extremely uncomfortable to sleep on. The staff was alright, but there is definitely room for improvement in guest service, especially at the front desk. They are somewhat rude.

The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating. Checking in and out was seamless. The room smelled stale and unclean when I entered the first night. When the cleaning crew came in the next day, they freshened up the room and it smelled better than the first day. I get that hotels and room can get older in time but it did leave a sour impression even though the room was clean. This could probably be helped with more intense cleaning supplies for the carpets. I’m assuming that was the primary issue.

HVAC in our room never worked properly - temps exceeding 75 degrees + every afternoon that would not cooloff. Frequent requests to correct but on next to last night they had to change out the AC unit (at midnight) to get the room cool enough to sleep in. There were also industrial size fans brought into the room to help "cool it down". Felt like we were sleeping in a wind tunnel. We never had in-room WiFi although we attempted each day; so down to the lobby to host zoom meetings. Housekeeping was spotty and one day never happened. Waited over 30 minutes for fresh towels and was subsequently late to a meeting. The overall attitude of the staff appeared to be they either didn't care or they didn't have the authority to do anything about the problems; either way is a disaster when you are selling hospitality, The Bistro in the hotel was always understaffed so the wait was long every morning. Also, never saw a car valet although the $46/parking charge per night was on the bill. Basics of hospitality are a clean, safe space to sleep plus basic amenities (WiFi). The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs just wish the service had been the same.

The proximity to the airport, the wonderful staff and the cleanliness of the hotel were spot on. The hotel, though, was lacking. Inconvenient room (no Microwave, ice machines only on alternating floors, no room service, no assistance when requested, SINGLE ply toilet tissue, tiny tiny coffee maker, inadequate staff, no newspapers available even to buy) After years of staying at Marriott, this hotel was a big disappointment. So I'll find another.

I thought the room was lovely, but the fridge was quite noisy and the WiFi was spotty. (I was able to use my work laptop smoothly but couldn’t get any of the streaming options on the smart TV to work at all.) Other than that, the gym had everything I needed, the front desk staff was very helpful, and the location was just what I needed.

Canceled flight meant an unexpected stay at this property. The shuttle picked us up at the airport, left the airport, then circled back on the highway to the very same door where a flight crew was picked up. Then we traveled to their hotel at the far end of the route, stopped at a second hotel and finally at our hotel (which, ironically is closest to the airport). A guest was actively checking in but another station was open so I stood there. That staff seemed more interested in chit chatting with the woman checking in at the other station than acknowledging me standing right in front of him. Eventually he said hello and asked for my credit card and then when on to joke about the $50 hold and that as long as I don’t party in the room and break the TV there should be no worries. Here I am, dragging in late, with no luggage since this was supposed to be a day trip, getting ignored for too long, and the guy totally fails to read the situation and is cracking jokes about this road warrior about “not partying.” It was a frustrating day that I wish had ended on a better note.

One of the best hotels I have stayed at! We had an early flight, and even though our room wasn't ready, the staff kindly held our bags while we went out to explore DC. The shuttle makes it very convenient to access the metro, which is all you really need! If you're planning to use the metro, definitely take the shuttle bus to DCA and then hop on the metro from there. The hotel room itself was very nice, clean, and a perfect fit for three people. On our second day, we didn’t expect room service to come in due to our short stay, but they still tidied up the room for us while we were out, providing fresh towels and other necessities. The Bistro was another great feature! After long days, we didn’t feel like going back into DC to find a nice restaurant, so we decided to eat there both nights. Honestly, The Bistro was just perfect. The food was excellent. If I ever return to DC, I will definitely be staying here again!

Good location. Nice and hard working staff Restaurant is too understaffed Management should plan on high volume times ( such as Airline crisis) to be appropriately staffed. We felt bad ordering anything watch how the one person was working the entire restaurant as a kitchen runner, cashier and server. Poor management
