I booked this hotel for the shuttle service that runs every 30 mins. I was outside from 4p-4:12p when I called the hotel to ask about the shuttle and they informed me I had missed it and would need to wait for the 430. How is that possible if it left the property at 4? I had to get a Lyft which cost me $20, because I had an appointment at 5p and couldn’t wait for the shuttle. I told the nice young lady at the desk and simply asked if they’d consider a $20 credit on my bill for the inconvenience. She said she’d speak to her manager and follow up with me, she never did. The hotel rooms are an extremely dated. Definitely in need of a significant refresh.

Very clean rooms, continent to the airport and offers a free shuttle every half an hour. There is someone that texts you to make sure your stay is going well and you can virtually check in and the hotel will text you once your hotel room is ready. Hotel lobby has a full bar and has Happy Hour Specials too! I left my phone charger in the room and they were able to get it back to me later that day!

Very nice and clean. Parking is $40 a night on the weekends in their parking garage, so I parked on the street across from it for free since it’s no charge on the weekends

The room is spacious and clean. The parking garage has small and limited number of spots, but since the hotel is 5 minute's walk from Metro station so probably better not to drive. The shuttle is every 30 minute from 4:30 am. The driver is very friendly and arrive on time. Overall, very good hotel.

My son found a pair of womens underwear in the shower. Room signs offered the ability to loan fitness equipment. Front desk didnt know what i was talking about and forgot to call when they said they would. Locatoon is convenient and the steak dinner was great.

I found some red stains on my bedsheets and called front desk to get my bedding changed. Initial the front desk person stated that he was the only person on-site and couldn’t help. After some back and forth, he said he would come to my room and see. He front some bedsheets and proceeded to expect me to change the bedding because there was no housing cleaning on-site. After some more back and forth he said he’ll ask another colleague to help. They worked on the bedding and after 5 mins or so left the room with doors opened without communicating what the plans were. After close to 10 mins of waiting, I called the front desk and the two staff appeared. At this point, I expressed my displeasement for their lack of communication, professionalism, and lack of concern to provide appropriate customer service. When asked for their information and the manager’s information, they resisted initially. I’m thoroughly disappointed in Westin.

The room was clean and comfortable. The beds were so comfy and i alept great! The in room coffee service could use improving though, plan to find a coffee shop if thats how you start your morning, I loved Colada! Was in easy walking distance of everything I needed. We walked to Sushi Garden for dinner and loved it, thanks for the recommendation!

Everything was great except we never received any clean towels. We were there for two nights and we asked for some to be delivered to our room and it never happened. Other than that it was so nice! We loved the complimentary lemon water and the breakfast buffet was amazing!

We enjoyed our stay. Our room was very clean. The property was quiet. Close to DCA and the Metro. The housekeeping staff does an amazing job. The front desk personnel were not very friendly, but were accommodating.

Benedicto and his teammate do an amazing job of making guests feel welcome. They were both friendly and professional! We had a great room on the 12th floor but it unfortunately had wall paper falling off and a chair that was so worn I was afraid to sit on it without a towel. I actually took photos but could not attach to this review.

Check in was smooth but we booked a city view room and was placed on the 3rd floor with a building overlook. The room was clean with an old stench and dated carpet. The bed was comfortable and clean. The furniture was dated and worn with burn marks on the desk. The elevator could use an upgrade and parking is $44 nightly for guests.

Excellent stay! The only thing is we stayed by the elevators and you could hear people passing in the hallway talking loudly multiple times. Not a big issue, but was hard to relax at times.

This location is a short walk from the Metro, which made it easy to get around. The sound proofing is not great, so we heard our neighbors in their room and people talking in the hallway. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

This was eh. For the cost It should have been nicer. I'm not super picky but if I'm going to spend $400 for a room I want it to be pretty darn good. The room was acceptable...just worn and needs an update. The reception and lobby area of the hotel is just odd. I'm not one to usually care but there is a single desk and no room to line up and the bar is smack in the middle so I had to schlepp alot of stuff in the middle of people having drinks. Just weird. Our shuttle driver was very nice and he was the best part of our quick overnight stay - and that is the reason we stayed there to have easy access to the airport - so, for that it was good.

This is a small Westin. The room was very spacious with great lighting and comfortable furniture. The room has a cold draft. It was very cold outside, but the windows radiated that cold. The water temperature in the shower was warm, but not hot. This is a small Westin. The lobby and bar area are together, but very cozy. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location of this hotel is perfect. The METRO is across the street. There are lots of restaurant options and it is easy access to the airport and DC. If we needed lodging again in DC this would be on our short list.

Front desk staff requires re-training, waited hours for my room because I was told not to come to the front desk, I would be texted when the room was ready. The text NEVER came...Westin used to be the esteemed brand...management needs to up their game regarding training.

Made last minute reservation when flight was canceled. Convenient to airport Front desk very nice at late check in. Room great and comfortable. Note there is no shuttle from Reagan/National after 1030PM so we had to take a cab ( called front desk and gentleman recommended taxi -gave me a general cost ( about $10) A taxi driver quoted me twice as much so very much appreciate the hotels advice).

Started at check-in on a Saturday night at 7pm having only one person working the desk with 13-14 people in line. No internet in my room and the desk guy told me I was doing it wrong 4 times and said he couldn’t help me. I stay in hotels 1-2 weeks a month, I know how to login to the internet. It kept saying that I didn’t exist in tha system even tho he could find me. I had to call from my phone bc my room phone didn’t work. The dinner I ordered down at the bar was undercooked and the desert was melted by the time I got it, not to mention that I just gave up on waiting for the coffee I ordered. Very disappointed at the lack of service and convenience from a Hotel of that star level.

I had 10 rooms, paid for 2 nights for two rooms so when they arrived early next day they would be able to get right in to their room. Called hotel night before they assured me no problem since I paid for two nights, they would be able to have early check in, but when they arrived around 9:00 am, they were told and would not let them in their room even though it was paid for. NEVER AGAIN

This was a great location near DCA airport. Friendly shuttle service every half hour. One block from the Chrystal City metro stop and a couple blocks walk to a nice dining area with all kinds of different restaurants, we did Ethiopian! Everyone at the hotel was friendly and helpful.

Airport transfer was great. Location is phenomenal- a simple walk from so many great restaurants in Crystal City. Metro is one block away (I took it straight to a Caps game & back to the hotel- EASY trip!). The hotel is somewhat dated, but the price is good for the dating. Staff was constantly checking-in to see how I was doing. Overall, an enjoyable experience & one that I would replicate again.

The hotel and staff were good. I stay in Arlington regularly and had never used the Westin until this trip. The parking fee of $50 per day in the underground garage was steep, and as a guest, you have to pay just the same. No discount, no comp. Be prepared as this isn't stated when booking. Had dinner at the Nutrio restaurant downstairs in the lobby. Food was good and prices were as expected, however the sole waitress was also doing double duty delivering room service meals, so wait times were a bit longer for our drinks and food, despite it being quiet, with only one other couple in the entire restaurant. Its also unclear when you go to the restaurant where to find the staff. The rooms were comfortable, and clean and well maintained.

Limited restaurant. No club lounge. Breakfast disgusting. Limited menu. Keycard on outside does not work after midnight, must bang on door to have someone let you in. Rooms are service on a daily. I had to clean my own room even as a platinum member

Parking is overpriced. The continental breakfast was okay - not worth what the price we paid for the room, in my opinion. Overall, an OK experience for us as a little family of 3 with a 6 year old. This hotel is definitely more for doing business than for having fun with the family.
