My husband & I had a great vacation stay here. The bedding, pillows, coffee machine & Tommy Bahama products were a nice touch. Every employee we encountered was kind, courteous & friendly. A special shout out to Gabe, he was outstanding and went above and beyond our expectations with his kindness! This location is great for walking & we always felt very safe. We also LOVED the still water station near the front desk and used it the entire time during our stay!!!

Conveniently located in walking distance to Amtrak and metro stations, the theatre district, and the start of the Freedom Trail, lovely cafes and restaurants as well.

Positives: Clean room, nice bed (fairly firm mattress) with signature dual comforters, friendly staff, water bar downstairs. Fairly well situated, 15 min walk to many tourist sites. Challenges: smallest bathroom ever. Sink is same size as the ones in airplane bathrooms (I’m not kidding). Very small room, barely any space to open 2 small suitcases. My husband and I are not large people at all and we were squished. Hotel is poorly insulated, doors slamming from guest rooms and the one into the hallway was earth shatteringly loud. Noise from window was as loud with it open as closed.
