DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Boston Bayside

OK breakfast and clean rooms.

Early breakfast was mainly scrambled powered eggs/sausage/oatmeal, small pastries, coffee & fruit. Unfortunately, the entrees were cold as the warmers did not appear to work. Breakfast is served on a table by the wall in lobby and staff will stop guests at the table to inquire if they have prepaid. This can be quite embarrassing as the staff have a list of prepays on a yellow sticky note but it was never accurate and they would indicate I had to stop each morning at the buffet and wait until staff could get to front desk and verify my prepay. Traveling colleagues indicated the cafe food was actually faster, better, and custom coffees are available there.

Everything about the hotel was good.

Shower water was warm at best. Bed old and mildly uncomfortable

Complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport was a nice perk and very easy to coordinate.
