The hotel was very clean , 5-8 minutes walk to train station. Very nice breakfast and a lot of space for family. The swimming pool and the gym were nice. We drove to Boston and paying 60$ for parking was little expensive.

This is not a vacation hotel, but one of necessity. You are either leaving Boston or arriving an just staying the night. The $60 valet parking is ridiculous and the daily welcome party is limited to soft drinks, cold cuts, chips and cheese (no beer!!). It’s selling point is that it is the hotel closest to the airport, but surprisingly quiet.

Beautiful hotel! Slow, unfriendly service in restaurant. Missed the free breakfast as we had to leave at 6 for the airport. Would be nice if there were options for early flyers since the hotel caters to airport. Waited an hour at the airport for shuttle to pick us up. 3 calls, first one said 15-20 minutes, second one said 10 minutes out. Third one said any minute.

We liked this property because it was very clean and the beds were comfortable. It was very convenient to transportation options and provided a shuttle to and from the airport. The staff was friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The only thing that was a complaint is that there needs to be some update on the doors in the bathroom which were peeling paint on the lower edge and the sink in the bar counter was draining slowly. Additionally.. for those who are like me and have sensory issues to sound, the refrigeration runs a bit noisily. And there is a circulation vent that runs continuously with a humming mechanical noise. For most people I know this is not a problem but just mentioning it for those people who do have extra sensory issues.

Usually my stay here is very good. Unfortunately this time I found the hotel below its usual high bar. I was placed in a room near the elevator and unbeknownst to me, the ice machine. The ice machine was stuck on overload all night. They obviously knew since there was a bus pan to catch the ice and towels in the hall. I woke up several times. I found a hair brush and make up behind a ottoman in my bedroom which means they didn’t vaccum. Then I went to use a bath towel and there were streaks on it. Rust, human waste, not sure. It was obviously not checked. Breakfast was great as usual. Hotel shuttle on time.

After a long Atlantic flight, I arrived in the evening to find that the hotel only had rooms available on the fourth floor, where the carpets had just been cleaned. I was informed of this at check-in. Upon entering the room, I was hit by an overwhelming wave of heat and dampness—it felt like stepping into a steam room. The carpets were literally soaking wet, as if I were walking on moss after a rainstorm. I can\'t think of any hotel with self-respect that would put guests in such a room. The property is very close to the airport and train station, and there were quite a few walkable food options within a mile. The shuttle to the airport was nice, though the driver got out to chat with someone at one stop. The free breakfast was nice but the eggs and potatoes were not very warm. The rooms looked initially clean but the bathroom looked run down with a cracked sink, paint peeling off of the doors, buttons missing from the shower curtain, the sink backed up a little and the toilet ran so I had to jiggle the handle. There was also a dirty spot on the shower that was gone after housekeeping came, so I worried the bathroom wasn't well cleaned before. Also, the handsoap container was empty during our entire visit, so housekeeping didn't check that. The beds were thin and uncomfortable. There are just 3 elevators and one was out of order so we waited through 2 full elevators then gave up to find the stairs but the way the stairs are labeled makes it seem like they are emergency only with notices about not being able to get back inside. It was confusing, so we went back to the elevator and just jammed in with some other people and hoped for the best. The staff were not rude, but not very friendly; no one smiled. The waitress seemed a little put out to help us. The hotel looks nice, but the room was lower quality than other hotels in a similar price range that I stayed at earlier this year. I would find a different hotel if I went back.

Quiet, spacious, comfortable room near airport. Breakfast was excellent, incl an omelet bar. On the negative side, disconcerting blinking light in bedroom all night. $8 charge for a bottle of Evian seemed a bit steep. Shuttle to airport did not appear to operate as often as promised. But we would stay there again.

Check-in staff was not attentive or friendly. With four staff at the counter, one was actually attending to a guest & the other three didn’t greet Mr, nor did they attempt to check me in. The one staffer took care of me after she finished with the prior guest. She even commented that she’s obviously the only one working.

Nice clean room, we were able to check in early (although there was an additional charge for that). The staff were kind and professional. Breakfast was great. The hotel is very close to the rental car return at Logan, which is perfect if you want to turn your car in early to avoid paying for parking. The only thing that we didn't like was the shuttle driver on the morning of 9/30 at 5:45 am, who did not assist with getting luggage on the shuttle and had a horrible attitude. We didn't tip him, nor did anyone else. I am 64 years old, have a bad shoulder and lifting a 40 pound suitcase is just about impossible. There was an older gentleman with a cane, who had trouble walking, so putting his suitcase on the shuttle was impossible. My partner assisted. An elderly woman also boarded and was unable to load her suitcase without assistance, again my partner helped. If it hadn't been for him, none of these people would have been able to load their luggage.

Room itself was wonderful - well-stocked and had a great view and distance from the airport. Lots of room in the suite. Shuttle was convenient, though there was a hiccup with the tracking and pickup locations (I had to walk to Terminal A as I waited at Terminal B and it never showed up, could have been user error but I was standing where the app said to). The drivers were all nice. However, the front desk staff weren't very kind, looked at a long line of guests like we were a nuisance, and I felt uncomfortable when speaking with them. If I need to fly out of Logan again, I'll probably try a different hotel.

If you read any reviews you will see that the only parking option is $60 per day valet, they kinda hide this which makes sense because they are near many hotels who charge $20. I made the error of booking a cheap internet rate which meant I couldn't add a night or be switched to another room, I could only stay in the room assigned at the reservation. When I arrived at 10am they offered me to pay $75 to check in early which I declined, I left my items in the car and went out. At 4pm check in it was discovered that they were sold out (it turns out they actually could move my room, if it suited them, you would think the extra night stay would have been enough) and my room was not cleaned and therefore unavailable. There was never more than one person at the front desk answering phones and greeting visitors so this whole ordeal took a long time to resolve. Also there is one valet so think ahead when you want to leave!

Front desk people are very rude. Walking in the front desk person was on the phone with someone and was giving a lot of attitude to the guest. When it was our turn to check in there was no welcome and it felt extremely uncomfortable. If I could I would rate this place with ZERO Stars.

Front desk person was rude. I had to ask where to go to get my elevator and he laughed in my face. Then I asked for 2 extra coffee pods for my room and he looked at me and said ..do you need it now? I said no for the morning and he told me he would send it. He did not. Just annoying.

Hotel appears to be under staffed. Long lines at the check in desk both at night and in the morning. Staff appeared frustrated by the lack of help, along with the guests. The shuttle bus calls are also routed to the front desk so those calls don’t get answered in a timely fashion if you need an airport pickup. Rental car center is walking distance from hotel and we decided to just take public transportation to rental car center vs wait forever for hotel shuttle pickup. Room was nice and quiet. Reasonably clean except for dry obvious stains on furniture cushions. Breakfast was excellent.

Very spacious room with a king size bed and full size sofa bed. The staff are very supportive and friendly. Breakfast is good and free. The lobby also helps me keep my deliveries. Super convenient to go to the blue line subway and airport. Very good, highly recommended.

My friends and I chose this hotel to stay for 8 nights. All in all, we are satisfied with our stay, though, there are rooms for some improvments. We experienced wrong withdrawal from the credit cards used at the check-in. The front-desk staff didn't have any clues for that and referred it as a problem in their systems. The problem was finally resolved after we checked-out, although we expected a better accountability. The breakfast variety was acceptable, but the hotel offers the same breakfast everyday! The location is quite close to the blue line (5 min walkable) and you can easily commute to downtown Boston. Whether checking-in or checking-out, free shuttles will depart every 15 min from airport to hotel and vice versa, which was pretty helpful.

This property was clean, comfortable, spacious with kind and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised by the evening reception. It was a nice treat to be able to grab a little snack until dinner. Our stay on the property was wonderful. The only (and pretty frustrating) negative is the difficulty in finding the hotel. Our gps sent us to the backside of the hotel. We had to go in and ask how we get to the other side. The kind person at the front desk indicated this happens frequently. The next morning we took a Lyft (which again was challenging as the app wanted to use the airport as the pick up location). Our driver seemed to know the location well. We ran into issues getting back that evening as the address we put in for the Lyft sent us to the departure terminals, we tried again and it sent us to the car rental building. Unfortunately, our Lyft ride cost us $15 due to the address confusion. We would definitely stay again, especially now that we know where the entrance is located.

I called the hotel to get the shuttle when I landed and did not have to wait long. The hotel was clean. The front desk staff were very friendly. I was delighted that the restaurant was open until 10:30, but it was takeout only and the guy behind the bar was overworked and therefore less helpful than he could have been. But, overall, good stay. As always, breakfast was very good.

The breakfast was a full assorment and waffle making station and omlette bar. Fresh fruit every morning. Coffee needs some improvement but this alone saves a ton of money. In the evening there is another nice reception of veggies and cheese, crackers and fruits to keep you well balanced while on vacation. The rooms are spacious and very comfy. Considering our daughter has moved to Boston I will definately be considering returning to this hotel for a lovely stay.

Walkable to a number of restaurants. Excellent breakfast buffet. Nice evening reception. Clean. Amazing view of Boston skyline from our room on the sixth floor. Note that their policy doesn't allow early check in for HHonors before 2pm without $50 charge.

The restaurant and bar food options were convenient and varied, food was good, service good, price just a bit on the high side. Complementary breakfast buffet was quite good and lots of options. Some of the hot options were a bit on the "mushy" side... the potato hash, bacon, and so on for instance. But there was no problem finding options we liked. Never had a problem finding a place to sit and enjoy our meals.
