I did not like the new section that was separate from hotel. We had to exit the building walk and walk down 200ft to enter main hotel to get ice and water

Great location so near harbour, central to everything lots of restaurants, pubs ect ! Parking a few minutes away from hotel and the hotel offers a discount'

All worked out well. It was fun to see the staff dressed in costume. Parking was efficient; I drove to the front door and it was easy and affordable to park overnight nearby. The water pressure was really low. There was no bottle of wine upon arrival as promised on hotels.com

Boutique=unique. Great location across from aquarium and ferries. Train station right outside the door. Clean and friendly service. Good food within walking distance. Fast elevators. Lighting in room very dim esp. since there are no windows to the outside world for natural light. Thankful for the water dispenser in the lobby.

We had a great time here the room was comfortable and well stocked the shampoo and soap they supplied smelled and worked amazing. Hotel was quiet and centrally located for a lot of sightseeing. Service in the restaurant attached to the hotel is a bit spotty but the food was really good. Will definatly be coming back

First of all, the location is 10+ if you are a tourist. Steps from Fanueil Hall. Efficient small lobby, quick elevators, and room cleaning upon request are pluses in my book. Also updated bathroom and comfy bed. Only negative was parking a couple blocks away at $39 a day.

Unusual hotel room with no exterior windows, a bit like an inside cabin. Bed not firm and very soft and uncomfortable. Room air conditioning very loud on lowest setting and had to be switched off to sleep. Food and service at adjoining restaurant good. Hotel staff very welcoming.

Hotel is conveniently located with easy access to the T and tourtist spots. The restaurant is expensive, but there are many good restaurants nearby.

The atmosphere was great and the restaurant on the ground level had great options and service

Very nice room city view staff was very nice. We had a Rent-A-Car and took it back to the airport so did not need parking however there was no valet, it's all self serve. Nice area downstairs, centrally located, close to lots of the great touristy things.

Location is incredible, but there were a bunch of ants and black mold in the bathroom. Parking discout was reasonable for the area

There was some dirt in the bathroom. But overall it was clean. The mini refrigerator did not work, but it was replaced within 15 minutes which was great!

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. Easy walk to explore. The staff we had contact with were friendly and helpful. I would stay again and will tell others too! Boston is a great vacation place and the food is amazing!

The girls at the front desk were very nice, the room was very clean and the hotel was very quiet. The heater also works very well!

Stay was good. Bathroom lighting was not great. Rooms were noisy.

Great location and staff. Room was wonderful. Only downside was room lighting. There were no widows and the lighting in the bathroom and sleeping area was so dim it was hard to do makeup/hair/dressing.

Paid the additional up charge for a city view room. The windows were 6 feet off of the floor and required a step ladder to see-through.

The room was so weird. Murphy bed that was soooo uncomfortable. No plugs or lights next to the bed. Way too much furniture in the room... 4 big chairs... why? Super old school stereo for DVDs and VHS. My partner got a million bug bites from the bed, I had to sleep on the couch. They said it wasn't bed bugs, but they all happened while he was in the bed, and reached him in places that mosquitos don't get to. So, yeah... definitely will never stay here again.

The only thing negative I would have to say is the room was very dark. Otherwise g was a good room and perfect location for us!

Overall, the hotel was fine. It is in a fabulous location, which is why we chose it. We needed a quick and decent place to stay close to the Garden so we didn't have to drive back to NH after our show. We walked to and from dinner, the Garden, and then brunch the next morning - all in different areas of town. So easy. The room itself was fine - nothing upscale. It is definitely outdated, but clean and fairly quiet for the location. If you're looking for a reasonable place to just sleep for the night, this is a fine option. If you're looking for something a bit more upscale or modern. this is not the place. Staff was lovely!

The location is perfect. Second to nothing. Very convenient and everything (cafe, restuarants, attractions, bars, historical sites and walking tours) is in walking distrance. Waterfront, North End and Rose Kennedy Park way is immediately out the door or close by. The rooms are dark - the lighting is so low I feel I'm going blind and the technology (TV etc.) is old and needs to be upgraded to stream personal accounts.

We love staying at the Harborside Inn. Its such a convenient location with parking, food, the T, all at your disposal. The staff is always pleasant with putting your needs first.

Front desk was so extremely nice and helpful!!

The only positive I can give is that the room was clean. Beyond that, the bed was rock hard, the pillows were uncomfortable, and the lighting was awful. The bathroom lighting was very dim it and the room itself felt dark overall. A major design flaw: the bathroom door blocks half the sink unless it’s fully shut. Also, the bathroom had a large empty space between the shower and toilet, yet the shower itself was tiny. The AC had no real temperature control, only hot or freezing cold. You’re stuck with the room being either super cold or very humid. The biggest disappointment though, was the service. Check-in was smooth and the front desk agent was pleasant. However, at checkout, the front desk rep was all friendly and chatty with the guests before us (who were white), but her demeanor shifted completely when it was our turn (we’re Asian). I’d like to give her the benefit of the doubt, but the difference in the attitude was too obvious to ignore. When she asked how our stay was, I said “just okay,” and she didn’t even bother to follow up. I guess mediocrity is fine here. We come to this convention every year but I won’t be staying at this hotel again. Uncomfortable beds, dark rooms, and unfriendly (possibly discriminatory) service aren’t worth the cheaper rate.

Very helpful front desk staff

Friendly helpful staff who upgraded us to a room with a window as they had one available. Some scaffolding on outside of property but didn't bother us. Spacious room and comfy beds. Centrally located to explore Boston city by foot.

I love how secure we felt upon arrival that super early in the morning. So, there was another person entering with us, but an associate did not recognize them. As a result, he went to see his whereabouts. On another note, checking in was a breeze and getting to our room was very easy. All associates from Friday morning to Wednesday morning and from the front desk to housekeeping were great! They all greeted us upon passing by when there were no guests being helped. They offered complimentary water bottles at the front desk. We reserved a room with a king sized bed with a window. The heating unit was very easy to manage. The fan inside the bathroom really works even though it is super quiet and not noticable. The room was clean as well as the bathroom. The sheets and pillows were spotless. We loved the Bluefin line for the hotel towels! I googled the company and the price was decent; however, the shipping costs was a whole nother story. The speed of the hot water arrival was quick. The shower head was just right with the water flow, which is also adjustable. I love the backsplash and the mirror in the bathroom!! We had a chance to check out Joia, the restaurant connected to the hotel and it was great! The ambiance was nice as well as the decor. It must be a very hip restaurant because there were two big groups on a week day. The music was awesome too! Literally, from beginning to the end, it was a very pleasant and safe experience.

Great location and very helpful staff

Night 2 the ac was out in my room and possibly multiple rooms, the lobby was nice and cool though. The manager Danielle is NOTHING about it. I told her I had talked to another guest who was moved to a cooler room and instead of moving me she asked who I talked to as if that mattered. No offer to bring me a fan, no offer to move me, no offer to comp me. At 6 pm she stated the cooler rooms were full. At 9 one was magically opened. This was after I had talked to Expedia and they were wonderful about securing my refund. I left. Word of advice: the ac going out is not controllable, but what you do for your GUESTS is. Doing nothing was Danielle’s mistake. Thank goodness Expedia corrected it for her.

Perfect location for weekend trip to Boston. All tourist attractions in walking distance. Room was a little small, but comfortable

The Harborside Inn was a great little hotel right near the action. A street away from Quincy market, and you can see the Aquarium from the hotel steps ! Check in was a breeze and I appreciate them finding a room when we arrived earlier than check in. room was cozy and comfortable, bathroom was clean and neat. We got an inside room and did not have a problem with noise at all! Would Def stay here again.

Very central, plus great for getting to and from the airport

Incredible location and easy to walk to the big attractions in Boston. Close to the T for public transportation as well. Hotel was very nice, clean, well kept rooms and helpful staff.

Close to everything downtown Boston. Can walk to Faneuil Hall, Freedom Trail, the North End, the waterfront tours and the Aquarium t stop outside the door.

Did not like the breakfast at their restaurant JOYA . Way too expensive !!! Paid $57.00 for one coffee , one orange juice and two breakfast plate. Nothing fancy just eggs toast and bacon. The Hotel Harbor inn is fine. Do not eat at yheir restaurant.

Fantastic location great staff and a very cozy hotel, only letdown is no tea or coffee making facilities in the room? This is a must in my opinion. If you fancy a hot drink before bed or watching TV you don't want to get dressed and wonder around the hotel to get a hot drink.

Fabulous hotel in a very convenient location. Only steps away from Fenuil Hall marketplace and the aquarium for trolley pick up. Boston Commons atea is also easily walkable. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Be sure to ask them for dining tips. I only had breakfast in the attached restaurant, which was a bit pricey, but very good. Loved the ambiance of the brick walls in the room. Would definitely stay here again when in Boston.

The attached restaurant was convenient for a delicious breakfast as well as a late dinner. Location was convenient for walking and also for access to public transportation. Overall very nice stay.

The staff were great, all the way around! Accommodating in every way! The room was small, a little outdated, except the restroom, very nice. Would have been nice to have coffee in the room, but they didn’t. You could purchase it at the hotel restaurant for $5.00 a cup. It should have been included for free, especially for what you to stay there a night. Location is fantastic though…I’d possibly stay there again.

This hotel is just outside of the Aquarium blue line on the T and two stops from the airport. Hotel staff was efficient, the hotel was clean, the rooms were a decent size and amenities were nice. The wine gift was a small bottle, enough for a glass of proseco wine.

Bed was not very comfortable, but room was nice. They really need to put some kind of coffee service in the room. Real pain to have to walk down the street doe morning coffee. On site restaurant expensive compared to other quality places in the area.
