This is a quiet, elegant gem in the center of downtown Boston. The proximity of the wonderful Elephant and Castle pub really elevated my whole stay. I also appreciated the well-maintained fitness room and the chilled purified water stations on every floor.

Property was nice and conveniently in Downtown Boston. The standard room is slightly small, but fine for a few day stay. Our TV did not work, the first time they sent someone to fix it and they unplugged it and plugged it back in. Which worked, however the TV would freeze every hour if not more still and we would have to do the same thing each time. Elevators are slow and there are no stairs to access the hotel rooms.

This hotel has the advantage of a perfect location, close to South Station, the Financial District, and North End, but on a quiet street with little traffic and no crowds. It is a well-run hotel, easy check in, good service, and has a lounge area with coffee always available. The exercise room is decent though small and the rooms are reasonably large and comfortable. It's my first choice in downtown Boston.

A city center hotel but nevertheless the lack of parking or a valet parking service was an annoyance. Several blocks walk to the closest parking garage. I was lucky and weather was fine for in and out but on a bad weather day it would have been a very different experience.

Be careful when taking the elevator. The elevator got stuck while I was inside and the fire department had to come and pull me out. The staff was nice and stayed on the phone with me the whole time I was in there. The TV also didn't work at times. I booked an activity nearby and missed it because of the elevator getting stuck. The hotel management said they would compensate me for this and never did, despite me reaching out multiple times. They just ignored me. Overall, I wouldn't stay here again.

This hotel over promises and under delivers; it’s not worth the huge price tag. It’s a kind of soulless place, the lobby is small and the setup for checking in and out is in a kind of cupboard in a different part of the lobby from the reception desk. The bar next door is great but it isn’t part of the hotel and you may not take drinks up to your room from the bar. That said, it’s welcome to have somewhere to go to get a bite to eat and drink and the bar staff were brilliant. The room itself was comfortable if a little small but the bathroom was not only tired, there were quite a few obvious long hairs on the floor that were not mine. I wish I had booked

The location is excellent. The room was a normal size. Very dusty and dirty, I reported it, but nothing was done, just ignored. By the entrance to the bathroom, there were nails sticking out from the carpet. I scratched my foot twice. I reported it, but nothing was done; it was just ignored. I researched hotels in the Downtwon Boston area extensively before booking. I am still in awe as to how Club Quarters received such high accolades. First off, as soon as we checked in and entered our room, it was filthy - especially the bed. The bed contained crumbs, hair, and dirt. You could hardly even see yourself utilizing the mirrors they were so piled with water spots and grime. All surfaces were covered in a layer of dust so much so that it was unable to be removed with a swipe of your finger. Overall, the room simply had not been cleaned before our arrival which was several hours after the designated check in time - even the carpet had tufts of body hair. Our bedding was changed (after being inspected by staff) and we received a $50 voucher for the restaurant next door for the inconvenience. Instead of being able to drop off our things and explore, it took over an hour to have the bedding changed due to cleaning staff having already gone home for the day. During our stay, the room was very musty, damp, and left a stickiness on one’s skin and clothes. The air worked properly which we had set at 68 degrees for the majority of the trip, so I am not too sure as to the reasoning for this. It was very unsettling getting into wet bedding and changing into musty/damp clothes. The checkout process was not any better. Therefore, I would NOT recommend this establishment and based off of our experience would never frequent another Club Quarters location.

A short 15-20 minute drive from the airport and in a great location. Walking distance to Quincy Market, Fanuel Hall and the Freedom Trail. Great historic pubs are within walking distance, and the hotel is connected to the Elephant and Castle restaurant which serves decent drinks and a good variety of food. Was convenient to grab dinner in a NorEaster. We stayed in a 1 room suite on floor 7. Very spacious with a nice kitchenette area and 2 TV's. There really wasn't any kitchen essentials and coffee was not refilled. We did not have maid service the 2 nights we stayed. That said, I would stay here again if we visit Boston.

Good location but a tiny room. There was barely enough room to walk around the bed and with a suitcase in the room, it was a trip hazard to the bathroom at night. Found hair in the sink on arrival and the AC did not go down enough. The bed was also too soft to and the pillows, while plentiful, were so shapeless that there was no support. Had neck pain from first night and still there 3 days later.

We prepaid for 3 nights. I messaged with the hotel at 6pm and let them know our flight was delayed and we would not be in until 2AM. At 2:25 AM we arrived and found that the had given away the our room. The gentleman was nice but certainly put in an awkward situation. Why do I prepay if you are not happy sling the room?

+ nice location close to south station and tourist spot Quincy Market etc. + filtered water in hallways is great (w reusable bottles 👍!); + a decent coffee machine in the lobby room is great ( even cappuccino!) + restaurant in-house is great, just that pub food is not my style + plenty of restaurants nearby, close to tourist places (just not really close to some sort of supermarket). - Check-in: the guy didn’t feel friendly initially. I addressed it, he was a lot friendlier then. Got me a nice room after my complaint about the room I had initially been allocated to. - biggest upset: I had booked ‚deluxe room‘ but got a rather small room with a not so huge bed and only one small window at the corner of the building with a wall coming out there (also meant zero view other than the opposite highrise building). I don’t understand how that happens - or how the check-in guy didn’t notice. - my luggage hadn’t arrived with my flight. It was eventually delivered to the hotel, not sure when, but when I checked with the lobby in the later morning (10 or 11am), it was sitting there! They didn’t let me know … :-(. I would have loved having my toiletry & other clothes. Not sure why nobody thought that was important to notify me… So, altogether not a great service. (Especially disappointing as I had read such positive reviews on staff which was a reason to book here). - this lobby sitting area could use an upgrade (was just in CQ London - soo nice there!!)

My check-in was earlier than expected and they accommodated with no extra charge. The rooms are nice enough, nothing crazy, but they’re clean, beds are comfy, and quiet. It’s always a pleasure to work with Carla. Staying at Club Quarters is always a great experience.

Ask the front desk for a suitcase holder so you dont have to lay suitcases on the floor. We thought they had the best front desk people ever. Tristine & Diana were especially helpful to us. They will hold your suitcases in a locked area if needed.

The two women at the front desk were incredibly helpful! The larger man acted like he couldn't care less. My husband got caught in the stairway with no way out except for a door that said fire alarm will go off. There is no stairway use. All the floor doors are locked due to sharing the building with another business. We had an alarm go off so we all had to evacuate. It was a false alarm. Communication was very poor regarding this. The only mirror in our suite was in the bathroom making it very difficult for three adults to get ready each day.

Arrived to the hotel about 3:15 and check in was for 3pm. Got our room about 45 minutes after arriving which is unacceptable. The staff was great but if I am going to be charged a fee for late check out then why is it ok for the hotel to not have a room ready for a 3pm check in, this is the second time at this hotel where my check in was delayed for almost an hour. I don’t blame the staff as they were great just frustrating after giving club quarters a second chance.

Hotel location was excellent. You did have to park a couple blocks away in a parking garage with no valet parking. Room was very small as is expected in downtown Boston. However, access was walking distance to anything you needed. Even a CVS and Walgreens were a block away. Refillable water bottles were on each floor which was great.

We really enjoyed our stay in Boston. The location was perfect for everything we were doing. the staff was truly helpful...we had a late flight out and we were welcome to leave our luggage all day and utilize their lounge all day as necessary. Room was petite but comfortable and appointed well. Honestly - the shower was epic! It really stood out lol. We did order room service which was provided by the Pub next door, Elephant & Castle. Food was tasty, arrived hot and was reasonably priced. We would definitely stay at this specific location on our next trip to Boston.

Hotel was in a perfect location . Close walk to Quincey Market , Aquarium , china town and lots of stores . Breakfast voucher was given to pub next door . It was great every time . Staff at hotel was so helpful with I put on what to do . Pub staff was great ! Rooms are a little small for me but all in all a great stay !

Overall a nice stay, the employees were really helpful and nice. I was looking for a suite with kitchen but the room had just a sink and coffee machine, not even a toaster. The room was ok. I would suggest to improve the breakfast, we waited every day almost 30 minutes, no kids and vegetarian options.

Bad experience for our second breakfast at Elephant and Castle, the restaurant beside the hotel. Nothing to do with the hotel but could be more enjoyable for the hotel custumers. Everything went bad. I have already written my story and send my review to the hotel..

Location was great. You can walk everywhere. The pub attached to the hotel was great. Awesome bartenders, cocktails, and we even caught a comedy show there one evening. Only downfall about the property was the sink would not drain.

Really enjoyed my stay, the staff were great, very friendly and helpful. The breakfast in the adjacent restaurant was delicious (note it’s not a buffet so you can’t overeat, you get one entree and a drink). Good location, especially if you’re interested in historic Boston.
