The Beachside Hotel is a 10 out of 10 and I think it is the best lodging option on Nantucket. 1. Beautiful pool area, excellent service while at pool, plenty of towels etc 2. Food at pool is delicious 3. Arcade is adorable and genius idea 4. The room is perfectly decorated 5. The landscaping is stunning and beautifully maintained 6. The gym has all you need 7. The lobby is unique with cool bar 8. Coffee and donuts in the morning are a nice touch only thing there is maybe to have muffins too 9. Plentiful nice staff 10. Walk to beach and town in no time

Excellent property. Had lots of amenities including pool, arcade and game room, bar and restaurant, free bikes, evening outdoor movies and the list goes on. Clean updated rooms with comfortable bed/bedding. Would definitely stay here again!

The Beachside is THE hotel to stay at in Nantucket. When you walk in you’re instantly enveloped in the most intoxicating scent—which I purchased in candle form in their boutique! From their super chic style to the ridiculously comfortable beds, this stylish oasis is a must. We loved lounging by the pool, the complimentary morning donuts and the cozy robes. The on-site restaurant is also delicious. The location is an easy walk to the beach and downtown, but this hotel is so relaxing—you may not want to leave!

Property was aesthetically pleasing, but had some flaws. Unfortunately upon arrival there was no service to pick you up from Ferry. So plan to take a taxi or walk with your luggage to the property. Although provide rental services like bikes and beach chairs, there was limited rental availability. We ended up purchasing our own bikes at a local store. Additionally, the water pressure in the shower was a trickle. The electricity in our room also kept going in and out. When cleaning your room they just make the bed, they don’t get any cups, glasses from the bar, etc. Overall.. when you look past the aesthetics this place is great for a place for families with kids. My wife and I did enjoy our stay, but left feeling there may be far better places to stay for a luxury getaway in Nantucket.

We greatly enjoyed our time at The Beachside Hotel. The staff were friendly and the property is just finishing a major renovation that includes a beautiful heated pool and lovely retro inspired lobby and rooms. The gym area is not yet been finished. The room itself was very clean and since we are at the end of season it was very quiet. We did have a problem with the water temperature in the shower not being warm enough. The staff worked to resolve this issue and were able to fix it after about 12 hours

Fantastic location! A quick 7 minute walk from the ferry. Loved the feel of the lobby when I arrived. It felt warm and friendly. The staff was superb. Very friendly and helpful. The room was quaint, quiet and spotless. Loved being able to take the hotel bicycles for a ride without making a reservation. So easy! So fun! We walked to town for shopping and dining. Felt very safe walking at night. Love the area and cannot wait to come back! The heated pool was especially nice!

If you’re a single traveler or a couple looking for a peaceful getaway, I would not recommend staying here. This is far from a relaxing environment. There are lots of kids constantly running around, yelling, crying, and screaming. The hotel walls are also very thin, so you can hear everything going on in the surrounding rooms. From newborns to toddlers, the noise never seems to stop. The pool itself is beautiful, but unfortunately, it’s completely taken over by kids. They jump, splash, and treat it like a playground, which makes it anything but relaxing for adults trying to unwind. My bed was dirty when I checked in ; dead bug on it. If you’re seeking quiet, comfort, and a place to truly relax, this is not the spot for you. I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere.

Would have been a good review but there was a cockroach in the bedroom and I was up till 3 am freaking out trying to kill it :( wouldn’t recommend at all never have a experienced a cockroach in a hotel before especially for the price of this place

This is the worst hotel I stayed in- my room didn’t get cleaned for the entire stay! No towels- all I got was sorry but the cleaning crew left. We don’t want them on overtime!

Beautifully renovated beachy hotel -- made a last minute reservation in Nantucket and this was the only property that had 2 queen beds (and wasn't $3000 per night). They had a great interior designer and landscaper redo everything. It's lovely. They have an outdoor pool and gym with free bikes to take into town. Very comfortable beds and very clean accommodations. Free coffee and donuts in the lobby in the morning. Little bar in the lobby as well, but we were in town each night. Would highly recommend.

I had a decent time at the Beachside Hotel in Nantucket, but there were a few things that really took away from the experience. When I checked in, I found someone else’s used bra in the dresser and used towels still hanging behind the bathroom door. The rooms themselves were very small, and the pool was surprisingly murky—not what I’d expect for the price. Overall, it was okay, but definitely not up to the standard I was hoping for.

In our initially booked room the bathroom heater and the single AC outlet did not work and could not be repaired in time for our full stay even after maintenance tried to fix. We were provided with a second room which did not have the same issues but in that room the safe would not open. Both rooms were very nicely appointed and clean, although the bathrooms in each were compact with minimal counter space.

Excellent stay here. Everything seemed brand new. Spacious, stylish. Rooms were great and have baby/toddler supplies. Pool was heated and very nice area to hang out. Short walk to town and Jetties beach—but nice and peaceful. Excited to go back in future.

Quaint hotel with mid century modern vibe. But AC unit was really loud and noisy bathroom fan is wired to be on 24/7. TV did not have usual networks. Only free streaming stations. Shocking for the price of the room

The customer service and the lack of tenderness to the guest was very amazing to me. I stayed at their other property in Martha’s Vineyard last year. It was totally opposite. It seemed like there was no one in charge and no one ever had a good answer for anything.

Well, my friends and I wish there was a higher rating than 10 for this property. AMAZING from the minute we walked in the door through our 3 night stay. Newly renovated property. The staff is top notch beginning with Caroline, the general manager. She helped us take our bags to our rooms. I saw her helping others also. The lobby is fantastic, which was good for us as we experienced a rouge Nor’easter and was not able to leave the hotel one full day. We spent the day in the lobby playing games. The manager provided a cocktail for each of us. They have a lovely bar in the lobby. Although breakfast is not listed as included, they did have fresh coffee and tea and one morning homemade donuts provided complimentary. We were not able to take advantage of the bikes provided or the beautiful pool due to the weather. The location is perfect. We are women in our 60s and 70s and walked EVERYWHERE except to the airport. The rooms are as gorgeous as the photos posted. Nice linens, towels and beds. My only concern is if we want to come back, we won’t be able to do so ad this place will be booked full! If you are looking at booking, you better do so.

What a fun hotel. Great design, beautiful pool, clean and convenient to beaches and town. Could not have picked a better place and will certainly stay here again. The staff were okay...some were great, others were horrible. Why be anything but nice and friendly to everyone? Other than that, loved it!

It has a friendly vibe, and was ideal for a quick trip with my 9-yr old son. The pool, the arcade, being able to walk to a beach or town in minutes. The location is great and we had a wonderful time. Would definitely recommend the Beachside to friends.

Overall great experience hotel was clean and centrally located to everything. The pool was great with food and drink service options. The room was clean and comfortable. Free breakfast only included some pastries and coffee/tea not a full breakfast. If you want coffee it’s only available with breakfast otherwise you have to leave hotel.

Great overnight stay in early September. Only opened 3 weeks ago and everything is brand new. Decor of room and reception area was excellent and swimming pool area was very tastefully done. Bar is not running yet but that’s not an issue. 10 minute walk into town which was a great place. A great Vibe

The staff was really nice and helpful with suggestions. The hotel is very cute and quaint. We enjoyed hanging in the lobby area and the arcade as well. The only thing I would improve would be better/more options for breakfast......especially paying that much per night.
