Guest reviews of Hampton Inn Boston - Norwood

What guests think

AI-generated summary based on recent guest reviews

At Hampton Inn Boston - Norwood, travelers frequently praise the convenient Route 1 location near dining and Gillette, generally spacious rooms, and the attached pub, but report mixed experiences with cleanliness, breakfast consistency, and staff responsiveness across different visits. Many like the easy parking, while several guests were disappointed that the pool is closed. Rooms are often spacious but some are dated, with recurring reports of hot-water or low-pressure issues, noise near elevators, and sparse blackout coverage or missing microwaves. Staff are frequently friendly, yet multiple reviews describe slow or unwelcoming front-desk service and housekeeping not occurring as expected. Expect a convenient stay with variable quality depending on room and timing.

Had several fire alarms during the wee morning hours. Found out later it was due to a new system install. The staff was great. Compensation was given. Would definitely stay again.

I was there to travel to a pats game, quick drive to the stadium. Restaurant in side was excellent! Walk out the door close to an Italian restaurant. Top golf close by, rooms are very clean and a good breakfast in the morning… really not much more to ask for, well taken care of!

This is definitely an older hotel. Overall our room was cleaned really well, however the age and wear and tear comes through. The white coverlets on the beds looked worn. The towels in the bathroom had some faded stains. The material on the desk chair was badly stained making it very unappealing to sit in.
