Overall good place to stay and great hospitality, only issue was parking was limited and once front and side lots were full, then you had to park in the back and walk all the way to the front of building as all other doors are not accessible even with key card at other doors

One of the main elevators was down, but it didn't affect my ability to get toy room. The room was perfect. The fridge worked well. The hand and body washes smelled great. I was there for a conference and the facilities were perfect. The food and coffee tasted delicious. I enjoyed my stay.

Beautiful place to stay. Only downside for us was our room was located at the end of the hall next to the elevator making it a noisy night. Also you have to ask to use the pool before 4pm. Would definitely stay again!

I found the hotel to be nice. The pool and spa are very clean and were empty every time I went. It’s a bit uptight—being a slightly upscale option compared to others in the area. The breakfast is pretty bomb: omelette and waffle station, better than your average hotel breakfast. My partner had a rude interaction with one of the front desk staff, I should mention, but aside from that it was decent. Be aware that there are conferences here constantly, so it does get kind of busy.

One of the attractions was 24 hour fitness center but when I got here found out it was under construction which was not mentioned on their website, one to use the hot tub on the last day here but all of a sudden it wasn't working, no microwave in the room which is really surprising since most hotels I've stayed at have had microwaves in the room, it looks very outdated and old fashioned the bathroom is extremely tiny and claustrophobic there are no draws to put clothing in and it is really just a very average hotel no different than courtyard Marriott or anywhere else so it's no five star hotel. Definitely not worth the money I paid to stay here.

The property was gorgeous. The lobby, the rooms, the pool…everything was nice and for a reasonable price. The only issue we had was the bedroom. We had a suite and spent most time in the living area. When we went to bed, I had a very rough night. I’m not sure if there was a smoker in the room before we came or what but the bedding and everything smelled of cigarettes. It was clearly nicely cleaned so I dealt with it but it was rough on my allergies.

We were staying on the fifth floor and it was raining pretty heavily. At around midnight the ceiling started to leak right by the bed. It only kept getting bigger. We ended up having to switch rooms at 1am in the morning. They were very nice about it but what a huge hassle and totally out of our control. Paying over $800CAD for the night I feel this is totally unacceptable and we should have been reimbursed accordingly.

Staff was very friendly and efficient, especially at the front desk and at the breakfast at the restaurant. However our room ( "extra large with Balcony") was terrible and not appropriate! The bathroom and the shower were so minute, that we tried to avoid it altogether. The floor in rhe shower was extremely slippery when wet and just outright dangerous and an accident waiting to happen, This room should not be rented or should be reconstructed to allow for bigger bathroom!

From start to finish this hotel was winning. Easy to park, drop off, luggage carts readily available at the entrance. Contemporary vibe, upbeat and pleasant staff. So friendly and accommodating. Great dining options for lunch and dinner in One Bistro. We had a great lunch with an attentive server, my spicy coconut margarita was yummy and perfectly prepared. We were early as trying to beat traffic off the Cape and they offered us early check in with an upgrade! Our room was incredibly quiet, clean, and so spacious! Our stay ended at their delicious breakfast buffet in Zachariah’s. Great selection of fruit, breakfast breads, eggs, breakfast meats, pancakes and a pretty awesome omelet station that also served waffles and smoothies! The chef was friendly and entertaining and once again our server was excellent. Check out was as easy as check in! No negatives to report

one huge complaint - the hotel was like a morgue. DIM DIM DIM lighting EVERYWHERE - which is so totally unnecessary - the rooms? you could not even read a book in them the lighting was so bad. The only place there was sufficient light was in the bathroom. Dreary and dark. As a result I wouldn't stay there again. And I don't like the idea that rooms are not cleaned every day - the cost was much higher than any of the other hotels in the area and I would expect it shouldn't even have to be requested.

Great hotel with a very friendly welcome at reception. All the staff we came across were excellent. Went out of their way to check we were ok and comfortable. Big thanks to the Cleaning staff who found some items my elderly Dad had lost en route to the room and hunted us down until we had them back. Bistro was excellent - NOT your usual standard hotel food. Room was excellent too - very clean, everything you’d need. Everything worked. Great bathroom and shower. Bed was big and very comfortable. Would highly recommend.

This was the best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. The service was second to none, the amenities were above average for my type of room, and the staff was attentive. While preparing for my niece's wedding, I needed help zipping up my formal dress, and Willow kindly assisted me. I doubt I would have received such personalized help anywhere else. And, the Bistro! You will love the staff and the portion size.

We called to see if we could check in early and we were told we could. We we arrived the rude woman Miliani at the front dedk said we didn't talk to her and would not let us check in early. I had to change before the event we were going to and she told me to change in the bathroom. Not good customer service at all!

Stayed there for the Morgan Wallen concert playingat Gillette Stadium. Rooms were very clean, bed comfortable and the breakfast the following morning was awesome! Cooked omelettes right in front of us and everything was delicious!

Check in was efficient. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable.the room was updated and very clean. We had a room with a view of the pool, which we liked. We would definitely stay here again. It was about a 20 minute drive (with traffic) to Gillette Stadium.

We had a wonderful weekend stay at Four Points in Norwood! We were greeted by an extremely friendly and cheerful staff. Rooms were clean and comfortable and modern. We were especially impressed with the breakfast service and food spread complete with omelet and waffle stations. The consistency of a courteous and helpful staff and the cleanliness of the properties is the main reason we stay at Marriott properties. This one was no exception. Pool and hot tub were perfectly maintained.. The restaurant here, Bistro, was outstanding and so was the service.

Nice hotel and friendly staff. Huge event going on with tons of loud high schoolers who were going crazy in pool and elevators in the evening. Takeout from restaurant got order wrong and once corrected food was over cooked and burnt. Rooms are nice though and our wing is quiet.

So I rented the hotel because they specifically have a hot tub and the hot tub was not working. The breakfast was not like last time the chef was not friendly the best part of the breakfast was our mayling or ling she was the best server .
