Due to construction, the pool/hot tub was not available for our stay. Our intent was to use the facilities in between medical visits for therapy purposes. Throughout the listing, the pool was frequently highlighted, but there was no reference to non-availability. It was pointed out by the desk staff that the notification was listed in the POLICY section near the end of the listing. Lessons learned: read the ENTIRE listing and then call the hotel directly to verify the information is correct.

This was a convenient property for visiting the Naval Academy and historic Annapolis. The property seemed to be well taken care of. The breakfast was the usual breakfast area with a waffle maker, oatmeal, a hot serving dish of an egg product, a meat, and a potato product. Nothing fancy. The room was comfortable. I enjoyed that the shower had plenty of hot water. The TV had plenty of channel choice including HBO. The AC worked fine and didn't cut off in the middle of the night due to a sensor not being activated. What I didn't like was the three day policy regarding housekeeping. Maybe I missed that during the reservation or description of the hotel amenities. The indoor pool and separate hot water spa/whirlpool was also very nice. Yeah, I'd stay here again.

We were on the 4th floor and the elevator is broken, with no scheduled date for repair. Our first room had a disgusting smell, but the lady at the front desk quickly changed us to a different room. The hotel is run down and has definitely seen better days. Others in our party thought it was “fine”. This is our second time staying in this hotel and definitely feel it’s being a bit neglected.. we won’t return.

All in all our stay here was good. The hotel was nice enough, the room was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was good enough. Nothing was spectacular, but I've no complaints either. I'd stay here again without hesitation save one MAJOR caveat. The pool is closed (to hotel guests) on Tuesday and Thursday. I originally assumed/hoped it was for cleaning or maintenance, and was okay with that, but it's actually closed for Physical Therapy. I was on a leisure road-trip with my 10 year old daughter, and the pool was one of the reasons I selected the hotel, so that was a real bummer. And in general, I just find it be wrong to lease out an amenity to an external organization for the ENTIRE DAY, when I feel it should be for hotel guests. The rate is the same regardless. If you go to the actual hotel website, and click the pool under amenities, these hours are reflected, but not when booking here - plus, who drills down multiple menus to find the pool hours when booking? It left a bad taste in my mouth.

The hotel was close to many businesses, there were a lot of options for breakfast and the pool was nice. Our room had a wet smell and felt damp most of the stay and there were no hooks or racks in the bathroom to hang wet towels. Otherwise, it was a nice stay.

Gnats in the bathroom, as soon as i walked in 6 gnats in the sink and all through the night gnats coming out the sink. I should be compensated for having to kill bugs during my stay. I called the front desk overnight and no one answered and i reported it in the morning and was told “I’ll get someone on that”.

My wife had big bites on her each night we stayed. Very disappointed. My wife gets bad reactions to bug bites and her arm is still swollen a week later. I really hope the hotel makes up for this disappointing trip. We have kids and don't get a lot of "us" time. This trip was supposed to be relaxing and comfortable and due to the irritation on my wife's skin from the bites she was uncomfortable the whole time.

This is a good inexpensive hotel near the Annapolis mall. Staff and breakfast service is always good. We appreciate the layout of the suites since they provide plenty of room along with microwave, fridge, and comfortable bed. Grocery is convenient-right across street. Hotel has been around for many years but seems to be relatively well maintained.

We have been staying at this property for at least 10 years and it hasn't changed a bit, which isn't a good thing. I don't remember the rooms being so dark and unappealing before. The gym was pathetic. Breakfast was sub-par. The AC was so loud that we even heard it come on in our neighbor's room. We will not be staying again. We like the full suite with the door between the bedroom and living room but not enough to chose this property over another next time.

Room was clean, bed comfortable enough that I slept all night which I often have trouble with in hotels. The shower flooded the bathroom every time. There is not enough of a lip on the wall in shower and the shower curtain doesn’t contain the water. The breakfast is okay, typical for this type of hotel.

Very helpful check in as we arrived late due to flight delays. Room was a suite with large rooms. Breakfast varied choices of hot & cold items. Shopping mall just 2 minutes walk away. The main issue which was only discovered when we returned after a long day out was that the room wasn’t serviced. On querying with reception was told that they had recently moved to only servicing/cleaning rooms on every 3rd day ( 3 days of rubbish bins not emptied/ having to make your own bed etc). Was told that unless you request room service it will not be done as standard. ( eventually done following morning). Hotels.com please update your website details on this hotel, so people know what to expect.

Amazing property second stay within 5 weeks. I paid for 3 nights and got to stay one night and my wife and I had to rush to New Jersey. My father in law had congestive heart failure and was admitted into the hospital urgently. We left all our valuables and belongings in our room to rush to his side. Not only was the staff awesome and compassionate they worked with us on a super late check out as we rushed to Annapolis to pick up our belongings and rush back yet again. We will not stay anywhere but at this property when we return. Patrons for life and will recommend to all.

Historically when I come to the Annapolis area this is where I usually stay. I like the location because it is convenient to everything but gets you out of much of the traffic. Staff is always friendly and helpful

The property is clean and neat. The front of the property is shaded and has some nice chairs in which to sit and drink coffee. The best part was the front desk staff. The lady who checked me in was so nice as was the lady the next morning who was so kind and thoughtful. They are lucky to have these two fine ladies as employees and I hope they get a bonus or a raise.

it's an average hotel. nothing fancy. the lady at the counter when I checked out was extremely rude. I felt like I was bothering her by checking out, and asking for a print out of my receipt. I won't stay there again or recommend anyone stay there.

Decor was everything nautical. Hotel serves an adequate hot breakfast, beds were very comfortable with a choice of 4 pillows/bed and clean bathroom. Staff were solicitous and helpful. Location is close to 2 malls and tons of restaurants. Convenient to get to downtown Annapolis. We will stay there again next time in town.

One of the reasons we chose this hotel for our overnight stay was their outstanding breakfast. Unfortunately, the quality was disappointing—watery and undercooked oatmeal, stale walnuts, hard brown sugar, partially cooked sausage links, and bitter coffee. Very disappointing!

Easy to find location. Room was comfortable. Breakfast was not good, dried out eggs and potatoes, greasy bacon, watery orange juice. Waffles were good however so that’s what we ate. They charge our credit card $100 for “incidentals” which we had none of. They don’t refund your card for 4-5 business day. I’ll be watching for that credit. We will not stay here again because of that.

We booked a room through the website. We were traveling with a cat so the only room available to us was a King Suite. That information was not available prior to booking. We needed two queens but made do as there were not many options left in the area. The pull out bed shouldn't even be classified a bed. It is the thinnest mattress I've seen on a pull out. Both of our children were uncomfortable. We were given one pillow and one blanket for the pull out couch. I requested more and had a hard time getting any because "they were full". They supplied us with three towels for four people and it was a struggle to get an extra one. I do not understand why there are not plenty of extras. Accidents happen, more than 3 people are in a room, etc. Staff and guests smoke next to the entrance so the lobby smells like cigarette smoke. The free breakfast leaves a lot to be desired if you have any dietary restrictions. The laundry facility consists of 2 washers and 2 dryers and they are not well maintained. The shower had mildew and mold in the grout.

I love to travel so I have stayed at many hotels. And I do have to say wholeheartedly that this was one of my most comfortable stays anywhere in a very long time. The staff made the check-in process easy, and they were really sweet and patient. This was my first time staying somewhere by myself, so I was pretty nervous, but they assured me that their hotel was safe and they had around the clock staff there at all times, not just for our convenience, but for our protection. The only thing I can say that kind of sucked, was my TV in my living room area of my suite was not connected to any cable. But I ended up buying myself an HDMI cord, and I already had my work laptop with me. And because the Wi-Fi was strong and free, I was able to watch and stream some of my favorite movies and shows once I attached the HDMI cord. The Jacuzzi was super comfortable and I started my day right there. Luckily for me, it was very peaceful so there were a few times where I fell asleep in it I regret nothing lol All in all, this was an amazing experience and I cannot wait to come back. Whether it is for work again or for Pleasure, I definitely will return and definitely would recommend this property to anyone.♥️
