A few things broken in room, a bit dated, and fitness center with broken equipment, no water.

The hotel is convenient and location right off the highway. I like this hotel for the price and the mall.They have great food locations. Close to the marina. I didn't like was it was a large event that messed up the hotel. They were slamming the room doors after 10 pm. The TV kept freezing and the Jacuzzi was not working. It a clean hotel and beds are comfortable. They come and clean your room every day you stay. You don't have to ask or wonder if your room is going to get cleaned. They have a pool indoors and outside seating by the pool. Unfortunately I don't have pictures.

The hot tub was not working, we were very disappointed. There was also very loud party that took place in the ballroom on Saturday night and the music went on till 11:30 PM which it disturbed our sleep.

Very comfortable. But the hot tub and coffee pot in lobby wasn’t working.

The pics on the website ARE NOT what the pool, fitness, etc look like AT ALL! hot tub was broken, didnt have our room cleaned until almost 2pm and had to leave when they did it. For some reason i had recieved complimentary breakfasts and my dad who stayed the same time one floor up didnt, when he asked why, he was told i got them by accident because when you book with a third party such as expedia they dont give them to you. If you give them to one give them to one give them to all. We were at breakfast which had limited options or they were out of almost everything, we saw 2 cockroaches by the eggs, DISGUSTING we ended up just going to dennys down the road. Rooms were small and for some reason they put me and my husband in a handicapped room, which not for nothing but if your handicapped or elderly you'd barely be able to move in the rooms.

Hotel have close the hot tub and pool did not run the water. Very upset that the hotel Employee in the front desk mention the pool hours but did not mentioned that the jacuzzi was close and pool did not run the water.

Nice clean hotel. Disappointed the hottub was not operational. Restaurant/bar on premises-food reasonably priced and tasty.

The rooms were spacious and very clean. However, one of the elevators was out of order, so it made for a very long wait.

Barely enough parking. Pool was closed and was the only reason we chose to stay there. Party going on down stairs for 2 days. Music noise until late. Elevator on our first night took 10 min to call from the lobby.

I’ve stayed in this hotel routinely for the past five years. The staff used to be exceptional—even well into the pandemic. The rooms were clean, care taken by staff to make them fresh everyday, the bathrooms top notch. But the place is well past its “used by” date. Fixtures hang off the walls in the bathroom, the plumbing is lacking, the company is saving money by not providing individual toiletries. For heaven’s sake—a bar if soap would be nice! I’m sure effort has not been made to hire back staff, because room make up is peetty much non existent. Until it is under new management I think I will reluctantly look elsewhere for awhile.

Other than the roaches taking over my room once the lights went off, my stay was positive.

We had a very pleasant stay. We arrived an hour before check-in and our room wasn’t ready. It was convenient to walk across the street to the mall and when we came back we found they upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. Room and hotel were very clean.

Mold on the fruit at Breakfast. Grapefruit dried out. Broken bathroom fixtures (toilet paper holder & magnifying mirror). No extra blanket in closet since husband and I like to sleep at different temperature. Moldy grout in bathroom.

Our stay was excellent from start to finish. Room was super clean and very spacious. Entire hotel was very well maintained and staff were efficient and friendly. Would definitely stay here again.

The property was not too far from the wedding I attended. Check in was easy My hotel was a lil warm- AC only went down to 65 degrees. My room cleanliness could be better as I found mold spots on the AC vents the day of me checking out. And it was mold in the bathroom in the shower. The morning of my check out - the GM of the hotel knocked on my door to say they needed to check an electrical panel in my room. I didn’t open my door- At that very moment I felt unease and unsafe. I told the lady that she can come in the room when I check out . I called the front desk to verify and they seem unorganized and didn’t know what was going on. I didn’t see any electrical panel in my room. Nevertheless they did know come back. Being a single woman you have to be careful. I would not stay at this hotel if I was to visit Maryland.

Very clean except the bathtub drain. First use of tub faucet yielded dirty water in the tub

The room was lovely, clean and comfortable. My only complaint was the noise from the highway. There is not much the hotel can do about that. I would recommend this hotel.

I used this hotel as our stay hotel for my boys who shipped to bootcamp. It is across from the Annapolis mall and has restaurants in walking distance. The rooms are beautiful and spacious.

The property itself was fine, but the sound of nearby traffic was too loud in the room. We had trouble sleeping due to the roadway noise. The beds were fomfortable and breakfast was fine, but due to the noise, I would not stay there ahain.

Asked for QUIET room high floor. 4th floor was fine but we were right beside interstate and poor room soundproofing. Could have given us high room on back of hotel!

Dated hotel, in need of upgrades; thin walls, can hear other guests conversations clearly.

Had a great stay at this hotel! Room was spacious and clean. Location of the hotel is perfect, walking distance to lots of shopping and restaurants. Only 15 minutes from downtown Annapolis.

Basically an OK experience however two comments - 1) property amenities stated cooked to order breakfast with buffet but not permitted to order an omelette on weekdays or any food on weekends, 2) do not stay in any of the higher floors if you are a light sleeper due to the close proximity to the highway.

We have stayed here before and normally everyone is friendly. Not this time. I won’t go into details but the front desk was rude during our stay. Room seemed to be clean and comfortable.

Customer service is the reason I continuously book this hotel. Friendly and helpful staff. Always with a smile, and eagerness to assist.

I stayed three nights- did not request for the room to be cleaned but replenished. I was not brought clean towels, additional waters etc ( in other words not replenished) until I spoke to front desk three times and in the third night). Was disappointing as I chose that option to alleviate additional work from the staff so they would t have to change sheets etc.

My wife and were away to celebrate our 34th wedding anniversary and the stay was close to home affordable and very comfortable. Hotel staff was very friendly and welcoming

Staff were pleasant upon check-in however i called a few hours prior to check-in to ask if i could come a few hours later as i was at an event that didnt end until 7pm. The receptionist was very rude on the phone. The room was clean but the closet was locked for some reason and the sink was draining very slowly.

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a good experience. This stay was not good! They stopped serving free breakfast and now charge $16 per person. The front desk staff was very rude on several occasions apparently their cell phones are more important than their guest. Our room had blood stains on the comforters (old but still evident) bathroom was dirty. They asked if we wanted our room cleaned during our stay, we said no so they came in anyway and cleaned half the room. I can handle a not so clean room but the way the staff treated us during our stay pushed us over the edge. I don't ever write reviews as I am in the hospitality business myself. But it ruined my trip to the point I was going to move to a different hotel but seemed like a lot of work for a 2 nite stay. I travel to Annapolis several times a year but will never stay here again

The hotel itself is nice, but we ran into problems during the check-in. I called the hotel a couple days before our trip to confirm the indoor pool was in working condition because I was traveling with my ASD son, and indoor pools are the way to his heart when we travel. I was told it was open. I would have chosen a different hotel had the answer been different. When we arrived, it was not open. It was closed for seasonal maintenance. When I called the two days before, whoever answered the phone didn't know what they were talking about...I looked at my call log to confirmed I called the right hotel, and I did. It was just disappointing. But the worst part may have been when I checked in; the clerk at the front desk never looked at me. Not one time. I didn't know about the pool at that point, and I was being complimentary about the lobby and hotel, because it does look really cool inside. This man literally never looked at me. He didn't respond to a single thing I said. He should not be in the hospitality business. He was perhaps the rudest front desk clerk I have met in 20 years of traveling for work and vacations, and I travel quite a bit. And then I found out about the pool. I went to talk to the front desk about my concern, but when I saw he was the only staff member available, I decided not to say anything. I felt like he was the last person to talk to about the pool situation. He was probably the person who answered the phone. (that's a joke, but it wouldn't surprise me)

Room was spotlessly clean. Front desk was helpful on check in and check out. On check out the lady at the desk signed me up for rewards program. She was awesome

Very convenient to Route 50 so easy on and off and very reasonably priced.

Very convenient for the nearby mall. Room was clean and spacious. Very nice restaurant next door.

Nice property and professional staff, rooms were clean. Close to many restaurants and shopping options, convenient location off the highway. Two downsides; parking is not great especially if the hotel is busy and the rooms on the backside of the hotel, you WILL hear the highway traffic which can be a disruption to your sleep, other than that it’s a decent hotel.

Stayed for one night here at the Crowne and had a great stay. The room was nice with comfy beds. The hotel was near lots of restaurants and had its own bar restaurant as well. Food was decent. Downtown Annapolis is only about 10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again when in Annapolis.

Nice hotel with plenty of parking, nearby the Annapolis mall. Good affordable hotel for a quick visit to the Annapolis area. This hotel is right off Rt 50 and easily accessible, a few miles outside of downtown Annapolis. Had a good stay and would come again.

Still didn’t get why $3 per cup of coffee for the Hôtel staying guest?!

Breakfast is bad. Just a few options. Worst coffee in any hotel I have ever been. Bar closes very early and not a lot of liquors. Very nice staff members.

Clean. But bartender disappeared. And the breakfast attendant was not helpful and we were almost done eating breakfast before he brought our coffee.

I hope this hotel will find a better way of collecting their vouchers upon entering the dining area. When I first entered I looked for someone at the entrance to collect the voucher. The only staff I saw was a gentleman who looked like he may have been tending to the bar area. So I walked over where the plates and buffet area are picked up a plate and utensils. The gentleman from the bar magically appeared behind me and then asked for my voucher. I told him yes I have it but now trying to juggle the plate and utenils I had in my hand while opening my purse to pull out the voucher. I did not have a place to set the plate without setting it back on the stack of plates I just picked it up from. The gentleman stood in the way of the aisle of the buffet until I handed him the voucher. After this exchange I sat down to eat and saw someone across from me having put their plate down with food on it and then being asked if they had their voucher. It just left me with a feeling of this being a very awkward way of colleting the vouchers. Otherwise my stay was pleasant.

Great bar and buffet. Open early for breakfast if you’re in a hurry.

The breakfast did not have much variety. While appreciative of a hot breakfast, not everyone eats meat or pork.
