Our room wasn’t ready when we got there. They told us the cafe was open until 11 am but it was closed when we got there at 10. The pool was filthy.

Our room was great hotel very clean. We choose this hotel for the pool and hot tub but they were Closed! Wish Expedia would let us know ahead as this is the third booking where they were closed and that is why we book most of our hotels for pool and hot tubs!!!

Hotel staff was friendly and met all our needs, room was comfy, showers were hot. Only downside was the indoor pool was freezing, too cold to use and that’s the only reason we stayed was the pool for the kids so we didn’t really get our moneys worth.

The facility, staff, and location are GREAT!! The only issue I had was that the hot tub was full of thick foam and I was not willing to get in it. Because it is really cold outside and I was only here for 1 day, I did not get a chance to see if it was resolved. Other than that, it was a great stay at a great price!

The service good and the room was clean and comfortable. We chose this hotel specifically for the pool so our children could swim; however, the water was so cold, they couldn’t bare it. I also assume that at over $200/night, some type of breakfast would be included, but this was not the case. Overall, I was quite disappointed.

Everything has been great, room spacious and clean, hot tub was amazing, but the best part of our stay was Andreya who greeted and checked us in. She was ever so pleasant, helpful and informative. We give her 5 Gold Stars!

The hotel was nice, the room was clean.. but the shower had mold on the curtain, other peoples hair and the way you change to use the shower heads was a fail and barely any water came out. For the price you should definitely have nicer bathrooms and no mold.

I love Marriott and this stay was not typical…upon checking in, the hotel appeared older and in need of a refresh, but clean…then we entered our room to find more than a few hairs on the bathroom floor and a dirty q-tip next to the trash can in the main room…we went downstairs to enjoy the whirlpool, only to find some of the tiles around the pool and whirlpool slimy slippery, the jets we broken/not working properly and the water had debris floating in and on top…pkease note that I definitely have experienced worse and did remain in this hotel, but far from what I am accustomed to from the Marriot brand.

The building is in need of some updating. Hallway had wall and carpet damage. The bathroom had holes in walll near towel rack, sink ran very slow, outlets switches yellow with age. Couch in room had numerous, questionable spots. Bed was comfy, check in was seamless and pleasant.

Super friendly staff, very helpful when our door wouldn’t work. Cleanliness could have been better, walls and light fixtures were dusty, Simone else’s hair was on the walls and ceiling of the bathroom. Not horrible, just overlooked.

I chose to stay a second night due to a family member being in the hospital. This room was not as clean as my first room the previous night but comfortable. It is probably time for a refresh of this room as there was a faint mildew smell in the room.

The hotel stay was not bad, but the refrigerator in the room only work for 2 hours, Not knowing that, my milk and meals went bad. I assume you should wake up in the middle of the night and check the refrigerator, to make sure its on. My coffee pot had mildew water in it.

The front desk people were very friendly. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast lady was very nice and my breakfast was very good. It was difficult to regulate the temperature in the room. There was no dead bolt on our door. We had to lift up on the handle to be able to open the door. There wasn’t enough lighting. The refrigerator wasn’t working properly; had to throw out over $20 worth of food. The television was way too small and the viewing options were slim pickings.

The description of amenities states refrigerator in the room. This is not true, there is a cooler, it will cool for 2 hours and cut off for 8. When I asked about medication they offered to keep my meds at the front desk fridge..ummm no thanks.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly. The only thing that was negative was the bed. Was too soft and the bottom sheet came off so by morning I was on the bare mattress. If the mattress was not so old and the sheet fitted correctly I would have given it 5 stars.

Couldn’t find my reservation and the. Once found the computer wouldn’t take cards and then the computer shutdown altogether and then was told you have to check in on you phone and that didn’t happen either the family and I stood in the lobby at 130am for over 45mins until we was given a key and the. We were charged twice and still having issues with getting a refund.

Keys to room door didn’t function at check-in. Had to go back down to front desk to fix. We saw others who experienced that same issue. Hotel is very clean and updated. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

The alternative was a hotel that was a backtrack to my journey & of a much less quality to what I expected & paid e for. Not sure where the responsibility lies:the hotel or Expedia

Didn't like that I wasn't able to get my complementary breakfasts for 2 because no one told me how to get them. I had to pay just to get my coffee, so I thought I would have to pay for breakfast too. The staff doesn't tell you anything. The beds weren't comfortable and there was no USB connections to charge any electronics. Wish i would have read all the bad reviews before I booked there.

The Marriot Courtyard in Salisbury was in a good location. There were all type of store near by such as Walmart, target, Applle bees, Chic fFlet, Wendy's, Burger King etc.

Room was poorly maintained. It was basically clean however one of the lights was not working, couldn’t close curtains which was a problem on a ground floor room, there were holes in wall in bathroom from where a previous towel bar was mounted. The restaurant which was supposed to operate until 9:00 closed before 8:00 and it does not serve alcoholic beverages. Would not stay here again.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. We liked getting fresh "eggs our way". The bed was comfortable and the room was of good size. The cashier at the Bistro was especially kind.
