The staff, especially Doreen at checkin was so very sweet and friendly. Breakfast area and person also did a knock out job. Grandchildren and I loved the pool. It was clean and a decent temp. Beds were comfy, we will def make this our go to hotel when I visit Waterville.

This was a very nice stay. The hotel staff was friendly, the breakfast was fairly decent and they had snow brushes available for guests to use because of the impending snowstorm. The gym was a little spartan and a little too hot and the elevators were mildly scary. But overall this was a nice hotel. Its tough because I usually stay in the Hampton Inn in Augusta and it just has some nicer amenities but I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to my friends.

The walls were paper thin, in the morning I heard several peoples phone alarms waking them up… Shower had hairs in. Everywhere else seemed clean. Breakfast was basic American fare. They have 24hr tea/coffee in lobby but I’d have preferred a kettle in my room to save time!

We have spoken to hotel management, they are aware of the following, and the manager was very respectful and understanding. That being said, this hotel has a safety issue that caused me to have a fall in the shower. The shampoo/conditioner/body wash bottles, attached to the wall at the foot of the tub, drip along the wall and floor of the tub. The tub itself apparently has a non-slip treatment that didn’t cover the end of the tub where the products hang and what was treated was still very slick. I fell while stepping in to the shower. My husband went to let the front desk staff know and they were rude and only said they would “make a note”. In all of that, we hadn’t noticed that we needed more pillows and he went to request some. The employee who had taken over for the night shift was very aggressive and rude to him and made what should have been a simple complaint and request something very negative. Instead of enjoying the night before my husband left town for weeks, we spent the night with me in pain and him emailing management. We would have left that night had I not fallen and had an increasingly more painful back injury from the slippery shower. While the hotel itself is nice enough and has good amenities, the staff we encountered were not up to Hilton brand standards, or any customer service standards.

I had the air conditioner set at 71 degrees and it went off every 20 min while I was sleeping and so I am not sure why it was soooooo hot and the air conditioner was very loud so I didn't sleep very well

Inadvertently booked a room for the same day. Admittedly, this was my mistake. (Looked at the calendar wrong after a Holiday) I actually needed it for the next night for my men. Tried to rebook within MINUTES when I realized my error. Orbitz Customer service was very good to deal with. Hampton Inn? Not so much. Took my money. Wouldn't cancel. We have major projects going in that area. We will book elsewhere.
