Baymont by Wyndham Auburn Hills South

The lobby was blocked off no signs directing us to a make-shift lobby. Had to enter by going to the door by the dumpsters. Lobby under construction Jackhammers running until 8pm. Dust everywhere. Asked where breakfast was served the gal pointed to the small area by the elevators which was full of dust. First room had an open window. Could not close it or anything. Second room, we got moved to had no running water. Told would be 30 min. Ok we waited 1 hr still no water at two hours we left told the we demanded refunds and called Hotels to get a new room somewhere. Took 2 hrs but we were given another room in the same area. Thank goodness I opted for the insurance.

Clean hotel in the area.

Everything is Good.

Staff, needs to take classes on customer service, as a recovering knee replacement patient I was forced to walk down three flights of stairs due to elevator not working.Also, the young man at the desk didn’t care at all. I told him I wanted to speak to management. He said management will be in at 9 AM and there’s nothing that I can do about it.
