My TV did not work. I couldn't find the remint but I did go down and ask the front desk for another one and they were more than happy to oblige. When I tri s to use the new remote with it it would not work. I am in no way shape or form complaining about this issue as I was in a wedding the next day n needed to go to bed anyway so not having TV was really not that big of a priority and I am confident that if I would have gone back down to the front desk they would have come and fix it for me but I was so exhausted from day before wedding duties that I did not have it in me to go back down there and figure it out. It was truly not a huge concern of mine and when I did go to them with my initial concern they were very

Do not stay! Something always not working in works! On top of all of that, attempting to take $700 of money I paid for 13 nights of stay. Wont give me a room after was already paid. Horribly unhelpful and rude staff. Horrible service. Randomly get a $10 charge on my card from the hotel. Cannot not recommend enough!
