I needed help with my Television and the person at the desk refused to come to my room alone because it was after 9:00 and she was alone at the hotel.This is an indictment of the hotel management more than the desk clerk. There should be more than one person working the hotel at night.At least there should be a security guard. What would have happened if I had some type of accident where I needed help.
