This is not a typical country Inn and suites. It is very poorly maintained and dirty. Our bathroom had mold in it, and the door looked like it was banged in by someone trying force entry. The staff were pleasant, but the hotel was disgusting.

Bathroom and room were clean, however property is dated and needs some updates. My room was missing a toilet paper holder and the shampoo holder was broken in the shower, the refrigerator would not shut and the freezer was completely frozen over. I put pop in there it did not get cold it actually got warmer.

Extremely Disappointing Stay — I Recommend Booking Elsewhere Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing from start to finish. I originally reserved my room through the app and later decided to extend my stay by an additional night. I was told my options were either to book the additional night separately at the full rate or cancel my existing reservation with no refund and rebook the entire stay to receive the two-night discount. Neither option was particularly convenient, but I ultimately kept my reservation and booked the additional night separately. When I arrived, the room clearly had not been properly cleaned or inspected. There were still streamers hanging from the ceiling from the previous guest. The bathroom ceiling had visible mold growing on it, and the jacuzzi tub was filthy and appeared as though it had not been properly cleaned before my arrival. The carpet throughout the hotel also had a strong, unpleasant odor that reminded me of an old, dirty dentist’s office. To make matters worse, the television in my room did not work. When I reported the issue, I was told there were no other king-size jacuzzi suites available. My options were to downgrade to a queen-size room with no discount or compensation for receiving a smaller room, or wait until the following day for maintenance to look at the television. For the price being charged, I expected a clean, properly maintained room and basic amenities that actually worked.
