The property was neat and tidy. Staff was very nice. The price is high. Our room was pretty smelly - like sweaty feet. But it was clean. Our AC unit was making a rattling noise which would have kept us awake. I removed the filters and cleaned out all of the accumulated dust on them and they stopped rattling. One of the security doors was not working and guests kept propping the door open. Pool was quite chilly but had towels.

This hotel needs some serious updating. The pool had many lights out in the ceiling, and the ladder was broken. It was clean and maintained. Our room was very outdated; no USB ports and the mattress was not comfortable. The hallways are very dark and need more light. The staff did a great job with checking in, answering questions and just being very kind; housekeeping was very friendly. I would stay again, if there were much needed updates to the hotel.

Door to room did not work right. No place to hang wet towels. Toilet Running continuously unless you fiddle with handle. Bed sheets very wrinkled and seemed like they had been previously slept in. The bathroom outlet did not work when 2 appliances plugged in. Outdoor area overgrown and uncomfortable. Chemical smell in pool room too strong, poor ventilation. We would not stay there again.

We stayed for two nights. For the price and the Radisson name, I was hoping for a nicer and more updated hotel. The bathroom ceiling was covered in mold/mildew probably from not having a working exhaust fan for a period. You could tell they made an attempt to clean it but still… those types of things don’t inspire much confidence. Breakfast was good. Staff were helpful and friendly. It’s an older hotel but could use some additional TLC. This felt more like a Days Inn or super 8 which should be sub $100 per night. I’d spend a little more and look elsewhere.

Upon checking in we went to our room and immediately pulled down the blanket to check for clean sheets and both beds were dirty! The staff member that went to verify this never said a word to us, but spoke to housekeeping in the hallway and showed her the filth. We were assigned a new room (see pics). The sheets were clean, but the curtain had a tear, ceiling had something on it, carpet had two huge stains, drip marks on their artwork, something under the desk, etc. I went to front desk and asked for a manager and was told she wasn't in. I contacted Expedia who reached out to management on our behalf. Management refused to refund or discount our room.

The room was disgustingly kept. We did not shower because there was mold in shower. I was so disappointed because we had also reserved a king suite but we were told that they didn’t have any available so we had to settle for the queen double therefore it being so filthy just made it so bad.

We stayed here as we were looking for a dog friendly hotel. The room smelled like a dog kennel and there was a giant pee stain on the carpeting. However, the sheets and bed were comfortable. Nevertheless, I don't think this room should have been rented out as it stunk really bad.

Multiple nasty brown stains all over sheets bedspread blanket. Ripped curtains. New sheets provided were also stained had to sleep in clothes on mattress pad with one top sheet without stains. Had it not been 10:30 at night I would have left immediately. This property is substandard I will never stay at a Radisson property again.

We found our room to be quite dirty and not cleaned well. There was a spider and web on the towels on the sink in the bathroom bathroom. The hotel itself could use a little bit of sprucing up.

There was a previously used bar of soap in the shower. The room was musty smelling. The sheets were not fresh. Towels were not folded neatly. Just hoping at this point that it actually had been cleaned before we stayed in the room.

For the rate it's a good clean option. The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accomadating. The facility is well maintained and clean. The room was a good size, comfortable and clean (except the long hair hanging from the mirror and the bathroom vent was pretty dirty). The only real issue we had, the rooms are not sound proof, we heard our neighbors all night. By 2am they went to bed, we know this because we then heard them snoring. But again, for the price it was a good option for one night!

The room smelled musty and looked very outdated. All night long i could her the people next door. Walls seemed very thin. No extra pillows asked and never got any. Breakfast was ok however juice machine spout was very dirty and had some mold on it . For the price charged we were very disappointed.

The room was large and very functional. It was musty, so luckily I brought room spray. It did seem like anytime I went to the front desk for anything there was no one there, just a sign saying they were out helping another guest. The breakfast was very typical.

We checked in with our dog and were told there would be an additional $25 fee. We were told there was no record of us having a dog. We had to put a $100 damage deposit down which we did. The girl that checked us in did not say anything else about our dog. We got settled into our room and were gone about 3 hours. When we got back we could not get into our room so we went to the front desk. We were told that the manager locked us out of our room because our dog barked when she knocked on a door near ours. Yes a dog will bark when they hear a knock. We were also told that we would be charged $250 for leaving our dog in the room alone. We were never told we could not leave our dog nor were we told about any fine we would incur. I never was shown any documents and I did not sign anything. We were very upset and then were told we would not be charged the $250. We packed up our things and left. It was a horrible experience and I will be contacting corporate for Country Inn

When i checked in I had to wait about 10 minutes for someone to get to the counter to check me in. I was surprised that the counter was un staffed for so long. Hard to find due to lack of signs close to the street. Had a very nice room very comfortable.

I did have one issue. I had put in for a 3 night stay and I wanted to cancel the last day. Front desk could not approve without manager approval. Manager wasn't there and front desk refused to call manager and said I had to send her an email. I never got a response from the manager. Next morning we got a text from front desk saying check out was at noon. That's it!! As it was a text and not an email we did not see the text until 11am as we were shopping in town.. This is really poor communication. I put in the request at 4 PM the previous day, both managers had the day off, The front desk refused to contact either of the managers. This is totally unacceptable and puts a poor reflection on any hotel that doesn't have access to a manager during normal business hours. I wouldn't stay there again.

I liked the location the most. Beeches close by and food options. What I didn't like was no curtains in our room and a big flood light directly above window so it was bright as can be while we tried to sleep. Needless to say I slept very little. There is no signage off the road and GPS just sent us around the block 3 times. Property was ok but definitely not worth the $200+ for a nights worth of no sleep. I will not be returning.

Overall, the Country Inn & Suites worked out great for what I needed--a clean, comfortable place to stay while in town for a wedding. My bed was super comfortable and the room was clean. It's pleasant/no frills. I interacted with 3 staff members who were all kind and helpful. This location is tucked away (fairly hidden actually) behind a movie theater and completely empty shopping center. There is one restaurant within walking distance, but the upside is it's open late.

The hotel is hard to locate as it's in the back of a tourist attraction. The bathtub was extremely slick with nothing to hang onto. I requested a rubber bath mat and were able to find one (the only one, apparently). All in. all, the staff was very helpful and kind, and it was affordable with a good breakfast available.

I stupidly had booked for one month prior so can’t get money back and fee was much higher when booking day of actual stay which I had told at check in there was no reservation for me. I got a room in 1st floor and I had flies in my room all night and in morning. Breakfast was disappointing. On site it said fresh oatmeal and all I saw were the packets.
