Nice place - very nice outdoor space

This was a simple overnight stay. Our room was clean and breakfast was decent. The pool was a nice size and clean.

Only issue I had was the hot tub was out of order the whole 10 days I stayed which we really looked forward to and one of the reasons we booked with you guys. Very disappointed but the staff was great. For being such a new hotel there we’re a few cleanliness issues I would address but overall a great stay hopefully you get that hot tub fixed for my next visit :)

We loved the outdoor sitting area. We had a large group of 22 people and it was nice to have somewhere to all gather together. We even used the gas grills and had a BBQ dinner!

Very spacious room and areas in and around the property. Very nice pool, hot tub, workout room and laundry room. Very good breakfast with nice variety of food. Very welcoming and helpful staff.

Well maintained, breakfast and midweek social meals were good, internet was ~40 Mbits down consistently. Spacious suite was good for family and the pool/spa was clean and well maintained.

We were celebrating our 34th Anniversary with a visit to Holland. It was our first stay at a Staybridge and I was delightfully surprised. The staff was great, and the hotel and room was very clean. I especially enjoyed the pool, hot tub and outdoor common area.

We stayed 3 nights and had a great stay. The pool was warm, hot tub nice and hot, room was clean and very spacious. Love that they except and welcome dogs even have treats for them. Free laundry, the social time is also a great perk!! We will be returning for our future trips to Holland.

I booked my stay on Expedia and used my one key points ($89), but my final cost was the same as booking on the website. Wish I had known that so I could have saved my one key points. A food pantry was available to purchase items, I didnt see any vending machines. Lots of restaurants and stores near the hotel though. Breakfast was included and ran from 7-10. They had make your own waffles, dry cereal, oatmeal, eggs, some fruit, toast, bagels, muffins, a variety of coffee and juices. Fountain pop is available in the afternoon. Lots of seating room and tvs around. There was a nice business office nook with sevetal computers.Nice outdoor seating area with grills and a gas fire feature to keep you warm. Overall nice hotel. My king suite was spacious and had a mini kitchen, living room area with a big louge couch, spacious bedroom, a tv in the bedroom and living room. liquid soaps, shampoo and conditioner in a pump style bottle. It was like a mini home. Very nice. I would stay again, but book on their website, not Expedia

Our double room was wonderful and we were surprised to have a Large kitchen area that included dishes, dishwasher, large fridge, stovetop, microwave, etc. Didn’t feel like rooms were very clean. Shower had orange stains. Dust, wrappers, pony tail holders behind furniture. Asked for sofa bed bedding at front desk and was given a fitted mattress pad as a blanket. Expected pool to be small but the pool area didn’t have many chairs, wasn’t swept clean and pool towels were always running out. Hot tub was not operational and had caution tape over it. Looked disgusting. Front desk staff on the day of check-in was unenthusiastic and less than helpful. Had to ask lots of questions. Overall experience, ok. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing, clean property,will definitely be coming back.

The room itself was wonderful. But we had no housekeeping for five days, no clean towels, trash cans are full after three days, and we ran out of toilet paper before the last day. On day three I went to the front office and told them the situation. They guaranteed me they would send someone to me directly. No one ever came.

The fridge had hairs inside and the bathtub had also hairs from prior guests.

Staff was friendly and helpful. The first-floor 1-bedroom suite we were provided upon arrival was disgusting. It smelled of urine mixed with cleaning supplies. The bathroom walls were splattered with what I assume was dried urine. The suite had a lounge chair in the bedroom and there were ants crawling on the chair. There seemed to be mold or mildew on the ceiling above the wall vent in the living room area. It was awful. We requested a new room and got one right away, thanks to the helpful staff. The replacement room was on the third floor instead of the first. It smelled of mildew mixed with cleaning supplies, but the cleanliness was better and no bugs... I couldn’t shake feeling grossed out our entire stay. I felt itchy the entire time especially in bed. I will never stay at a Staybridge again due to this experience. I’m angry that I booked using Expedia and were forced to stay at this disgusting hotel with two children as we couldn’t get a refund. HORRIBLE. Additionally, the website stated we would have access to a free crib at check-in and I made a request on our reservation as well. We have an infant and a crib was a necessity. When we checked in at the front desk and I asked about the crib, the employee made it seem as though we might not be able to get one. He ended up “finding one,” but this added to some of my frustration. This place is advertised as being “kid” and “family-friendly” which is one of the main reasons we booked it, but that was not our experience.

This property did not have their system working when we arrived and they did an incredible job keeping everything in order! The staff was fantastic! However, we did have a few minor issues with the room (food was left in the fridge from prior guests, window curtain chewed off by prior dog?:) The location and outdoor area was well kept and felt very safe.

Being in a hotel like this one makes me and wifey only want to stay in a staybridge. Our last few hotel stays had something missing like, pool being closed, no mini fridge or microwave. This hotel had everything available. It was very comfy and clean. If we come back to Holland, MI, we will go back there.

Staff was very helpful and professional with problems and requests. While modernly appointed with comfortable beds and seating, some carpets and areas are stained and in need of refurbishment. There was mold in our walk in shower. Not many dishes in our kitchenette. Had to get cups from the breakfast bufffet just to have coffee in room.

Our stay was great. We had a 2 bedroom suite and we had plenty of space for everyone. Only complaint would be the air conditioning. It seemed rather under-powered for a multiple room suite as it really didn’t cool the third master bedroom very well. Likely this is due to a single room air conditioning unit in a 3+ room suite. This is the only complaint.

The entire stay was great. This time we enjoyed the outdoor space both nights, and the breakfast was good each morning. All of the workers greated you with a smile, and were helpful. I highly recommend this location.

Lovely large 2 bedroom suite for our family

Hotel room was great, we loved the sectional couch and the kitchenette.

Liked the stay. Surprised the TV’s in the room were not SMART TV’s. Other than that, nice stay!

We stayed from a Wednesday evening to Saturday. Wed & Thur night was not as busy so noise wasn’t bad. Friday night doors slammed all night long and we couldn’t get any rest.

We have no complain about our stay other than the jacked up price during tulip time but that was expected as everywhere else. The lady that check us in was kind and helpful, we’re able to print our boarding passes. Hot tub was cold, but my kids enjoyed the pool and hubby loved sitting out on the patio with fireplace. Breakfast was nothing to brag about but internet was fast. Sofa bed was a single in case you’re planning to sleep 2 out there. Able to get extra towels and blankets for the family. We were able to walk to Nelis Dutch Village and lots of eating places nearby.

Didn’t like room layout

Well maintained, breakfast and midweek social meals were good, internet was ~40 Mbits down consistently. Spacious suite was good for family and the pool/spa was clean and well maintained.

Breakfast was adequate. Pretty standard food. The room was large and the bed/ pillows were comfortable

The counter / staff / "customer service " agents at the front and on the phone are some of the nastiest, least friendly, and RUDE people i have encountered, traveling, especially in the Midwest. The night grouch has a real problem with you if you dared to book through a 3rd party, such as Hotels.com, which frankly makes no sense. What does she care? Is she paid a % ? Of course not. Is my booking helping to pay for her miserable employment existence? You bet it is! She is a nightmare, this lady, and refused to accept our prepaid stay, that I had Paid 5 months earlier! She forced me to pay again, which I only did because of the miserable string of events it took just to get there, and we were already late to my friend's wedding rehearsal. Didnt have many options in this smaller town, at that hour, at least. Now , mind you, this place was maybe 50-60% full, and checkout is at 11am.....at 11:03am on Sunday morning, another angry individual starting banging on our door like she was the police. Repeatedly. 3 minutes after 11??? And when i opened the door, more bad attitude about checking out! A lot of angry, irritable, irritated people working here. The room and hotel itself is fine, besides the way below average breakfast. These specific 2 key employees should hit the road because as a business owner myself, their behavior was unacceptable on every level and that kind of word of mouth is poison for a business. will obviously NEVER

Front Desk staff was great. Gentleman was working the desk and he was very knowledgeable

Gentlemen at the fron desk was so friendly and personable, everytime we walked through the lobby he made sure to ask if everything was goid or if we needed anything.

In town for a wedding - absolutely delightful experience and would stay again! Eric (front desk) set the tone immediately upon our arrival. He was genuine and welcoming and proactive in asking what out needs may be during our stay.

The good: Location/parking/bed were all very good. Plus an absolutely GREAT complimentary breakfast! Staff was accommodating and very polite. The not-so-good: They’re woefully understaffed. No bedding in our suite for the sofa bed & no one was available to deliver it, so we had to go to front desk. No ice machine & we asked about ice & they directed us to the ice maker in our fridge but it was turned off & there was no ice. Rooms/linens/towels aren’t cleaned for shorter stays. Hot tub was out of order. Asked for a printed receipt & was told to “get one from the 3rd-party” I’d booked through (Expedia)

While the location is well kept and we enjoyed a clean, well equipped room and I was very pleased to have the hot tub, it really is the staff there that made our stay great. I believe the front desk gent we interacted with the most is Eric, he was very helpful, but everyone was good. The lady who operated the breakfast buffet with a gent each day is an extremely hard working (never stopped!) and hospitable asset to the hotel.

We were in Holland for a family wedding with about 20 of us staying at this hotel.Great rooms and ease of access to everything. Staff at the front counter were excellent and the cleaning staff was always smiling and friendly. Highly recommend staying here

Check in person was rude, rude, rude! The evening front desk person was super friendly, and then the check out person was rude! The checking guy was just a jerk, I realize not everyone has a great day, but you’re in customer service. The only question I asked was when is breakfast, and he didn’t answer

The room was in great condition. This seems to be a very new hotel. Very clean. friendly staff. I loved having the suite with the separate room so the kids could sleep early. The breakfast was good as well. The location is pretty good. A safe area but some weird traffic patterns nearby.

Great location with quick access to major roads and multiple dining options near-by.

We were here over Easter weekend and had the pool to ourselves on Easter Day. Breakfast had so many options as well and the King suite was a good amount of space for an adult and two kids. I wish they had housekeeping on weekends because we could have used a towel change and garbage emptying by Sunday. This place is almost walking distance to Dutch Village and only 10 minutes (by car) to downtown. I’d definitely stay here again.

Hotel staff was so accommodating and friendly. The rooms are clean and nice, nothing spectacular but nice. The pool and hot tub were a little dirty but useable. The free breakfast was really good. Did love the full size fridge and microwave, very helpful. The only real disappointment was that everything we wanted to do was not within walking distance, we had to drive and we prefer to be able to walk. We had a great time and I would stay at a Staybridges again.

My stay was excellent. The room was very clean, and spacious. The breakfast was good. The location to downtown and the beach was also close.

Hotel a bit far from downtown area, but we did not mind the drive. People very nice at hotel and if was nice to sit by the fire pit and have a drink or two in the evening.

The hotel was great. It was close to everything.

The staff were all so nice and helpful. And the accommodations were wonderful - within a 10 minute drive of nearly everything. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

This hotel was decent. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious. The breakfast was definitely subpar. There was almost no food available, garbage was piled up, food was overcooked and staff had no idea how to manage any of it.

Great hotel room for a weekend trip to Holland. Spacious hotel room. Comfortable bed. Nice a/c. Very clean in the hotel and in the room. Breakfast was good with a lot of options including Chobani yogurt, blue berries, and Belgian waffles. Staff was helpful and friendly.

I think the property itself was nice. I booked the room through Expedia which gave me a fair price on the room. I then decided to stay 2 additional nights, and Expedia told me I had to book those nights through the hotel. This was a total mistake as I was charged over 600.00 for the two remaining nights. That was excessive considering I had stayed there the 3 previous nights. No attempt was made to give me a better price. That was price gouging! Also the breakfasts were abismal considering what the price of the rooms were. And the evening social time served food that was even worse. I will not stay at a Staybridge again.

The hotel was clean and the suite gave us more room. My only complain was the breakfast. The selection was limited and the food was not very good. One day there was no fresh fruit and no muffins. That would be a reason for us not to stay there.

The room was clean and well kept. It was also very comfortable. The pool water was a perfect temperature and the hot tub was amazing. Also one of the best continental breakfasts I have ever had.

Hotel and everything was amazing. Very clean and updated. The breakfast was top notch. Only thing is we came at the wrong time, everything in the area starts in late april so most activities were closed for the season.

The hotel was in a great location with easy parking. However, it had the worst breakfast I’ve ever had at a hotel. Food was cold, toaster was broken, juice machine was only spitting out water. Multiple people had to make complaints to get things fixed. They also were doing maintenance and put us directly underneath a room being fixed. It was loud banging constantly. Staff was fantastic and friendly. I would give it another try but they need to pay a little more attention to little details and keeping maintenance up. Especially if they’re on the upper end in price at nearly $200 a night.

Rooms were large and comfortable. Breakfast was good but dinners were not. Housekeeping was late in the day.
