Stayed 2 nights

Our stay got off to a very uncomfortable start. When we entered our room, the door was already open and a maintenance worker suddenly appeared. We then realized he was inside repairing wallpaper above the bathroom. We were never informed that maintenance would be working in our room. We were offered another room, but had to go back downstairs for the key and move all of our belongings. The new room also was not fully prepared. The bathroom shower and inside of the fridge was dirty, mirror was not wiped clean. We were surprised that a replacement room was given to us in that condition. There was also a lot of miscommunication between the front desk and maintenance. The breakfast experience was also disappointing. I saw other guests adding toppings to the waffle batter, so I did the same. A staff member corrected me in front of everyone and pointed out a very small sign that I honestly hadn’t noticed. I have no problem being corrected, but I felt embarrassed by the way it was handled. Overall, the lack of communication, cleanliness, room preparation, and customer service made our stay disappointing. We expected better.

Stayed 6 nights

We arrived to check in and no rooms were ready. We had 5 rooms in total booked with our group. They finally gave my son his room and it had a man sleeping I. It! We couldn’t check in until after 7pm!! We were there for 6 nites and the room was only cleaned the first nite. We complained every day to the front desk. They claimed we left the do not disturb sign on. We did not! We left early every morning and returned at dinner time. We had to ask for clean towels and more toilet paper daily. Front desk staff was rude about it. So much trash and dirty towels that were never removed. Only good thing was the amazing breakfast. Pool is supposed to be adults only after 10:30 pm but it was not enforced at all. Front desk said well we don’t enforce it. They why even tell us that option??
