The pool was closed due to a failed pump, which was unfortunate because one of the reason we stayed there because we have kids. Staff was understanding and gave us a small discount.

Newly remodeled, clean and quiet. On the negative, spa has been removed (not mentioned on website) and very expensive for a weekend stay. We would have stayed 2 nights (and spent more overall) if it was somewhat cheaper.

There was lots to love about this hotel, its new, clean and staff are amazingly friendly. The staff make up for everything else. As a new hotel they are working out the kinks. Breakfast was great quailty, hot and plentiful. Waited 40 minutes for hot water the first 2 days. Last was fine. 2nd bathroom.shower stopped working and no one fixed it. Parking sucks as there are not alot of spots. Didnt use pool or little fire pit, but it was nice looking. Water station by the gym made filling my yeti easy. Never did find an ice machine but our friddge made ice.

Out in industrial area but close enough to Holland restaurants and shopping. Nice newly renovated facilities. Breakfast and plentiful nearby parking included. We enjoyed our stay here and plan to stay here again.

My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a 4 day swim meet in the area. The room size was perfect and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast had a wide selection. It was in a good area of town - quiet, safe, and within close distance to activities. We were very happy with the stay. I did hear a train in the 7AM hour every morning but the rest of my family did not. We would definitely stay here again!

Our room was decently clean but needed work, I had to use the top of the refrigerator for some of my food items and it was dirty so I had to clean it. The microwave had large grease drops that were not cleaned prior to our arrival so I had to clean it. The vanity cabinets were dirty with some brown stains and still had the white powder from the plaster from when the room was renovated, I also lightly cleaned them. I needed to use one of the pots and it had residue from the previous uses so I had to clean that too. The ironing board had many pet hairs and I found many pet hairs around the room on top of the furniture. The couch had the left arm rest broken. The linen for the couch mattress had a strong body odor smell. The pack for sweetening the coffee was opened so I tossed it into the garbage since we couldn’t use it. I didn’t take pictures of everything, just of a couple of things but mainly for our protection since the fridge door was dented and the couch arm was broken.

The pool was closed due to a failed pump, which was unfortunate because one of the reason we stayed there because we have kids. Staff was understanding and gave us a small discount.

Easy drive to downtown Holland and other nearby cities, South Haven, Saugatuck, etc. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very clean and thorough cleaning of units observed. Nice to have kitchen available for a longer stay with refrigerator, glasses, silverware etc. available.

There was lots to love about this hotel, its new, clean and staff are amazingly friendly. The staff make up for everything else. As a new hotel they are working out the kinks. Breakfast was great quailty, hot and plentiful. Waited 40 minutes for hot water the first 2 days. Last was fine. 2nd bathroom.shower stopped working and no one fixed it. Parking sucks as there are not alot of spots. Didnt use pool or little fire pit, but it was nice looking. Water station by the gym made filling my yeti easy. Never did find an ice machine but our friddge made ice.

My family of 4 stayed in a 2 bedroom suite for a 4 day swim meet in the area. The room size was perfect and the beds were comfortable. Everything was clean, the staff was friendly, and breakfast had a wide selection. It was in a good area of town - quiet, safe, and within close distance to activities. We were very happy with the stay. I did hear a train in the 7AM hour every morning but the rest of my family did not. We would definitely stay here again!

Newly remodeled, clean and quiet. On the negative, spa has been removed (not mentioned on website) and very expensive for a weekend stay. We would have stayed 2 nights (and spent more overall) if it was somewhat cheaper.

If I could give this hotel more than 5 stars, I absolutely would! Check-in was smooth and welcoming. The lobby is bright, modern, and inviting, setting a great first impression. We were even given the option to choose which floor we wanted to stay on—a thoughtful touch. The lemon scent throughout the hallways was a pleasant surprise and added to the overall cleanliness. It was clean and spacious. Breakfast was just a snack type buffet with plastic cutlery etc (usual for the US). Prior to arrival I had been bumped to another hotel due to issues with the HVAC but re-booked after a phone call and a room became available. Air conditioning was difficult to get right in my two night stay, it seemed to reset to very cold no matter what I set it to.

This was a great property for our family. We had a two room suite that was beautifully updated. Staff was so helpful and always had a smile. The breakfast was ok. A few more hot options would be nice. We would definitely stay again.
