It was clean and perfect what I needed it for. Parking is very limited, no one at the desk when checking out. Coffee luke warm and not much of it. The other ones I stay at, always has good coffee for me. This is a business trip only, so I am on limited time.

I came here for the night of the MSU/Michigan game and for the rate I paid, I expected much better. It was an okay place to sleep for just a night I guess but they need to clean the rooms MUCH better. The a/c unit was filthy, I’ve never seen so many dirty feet prints in a shower before and the carpet was clearly not vacuumed well. Since I was only in there about 8 hours to sleep it worked, but I wouldn’t come here again, especially at the price I paid.

whether this was the last room available or not, this room should be upgraded, and not let out until then. the handicap accessible bathroom had a shower with no lip to prevent water from flowing into the rest of the bathroom. The whole bathroom floor was wet. The huge shower bench was very old design having rust and black filth around it (mold?) There was Calking of different colors around the showers most likely added shower tiles up the walls of the bathroom. The heat could not be controlled and was loud. The light /fan also loud.

Everything was basically good. My only problem was I was on the first floor and the lights at night shine right into my room, along with car lights. I did not have any room darkening curtains to block that out was hard to sleep.

The hotel was just fine. We ended up here after waiting too late to book our MSU family weekend hotel. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything going on inside and out. At 4am there was a disturbance outside that continued for quite sometime with no intervention from the hotel staff. The police easily could have been called for noise disturbance but were not. We will be finding another location next time we are in the Lansing area.

Carpet was old and dingy. Door wouldn’t lock. Spoke to the man at the front desk. He was empathetic but the manager did not do anything to remedy this. You could literally push the door open when locked. Only way to lock the door was to do it from the inside. Leaving the room with valuables was not an option. Did not feel safe

The bathroom could have been cleaner, i.e., the floor, the shower, the counter corner..... There was no water pressure with the hot water, the deadbolt on the door was coming loose and didn't work at all, and the refrigerator really didn't keep things cold.

The young man at the front desk was very nice but he didn’t have a clean room to check us into at 3:00 check in time. Poor thing had to scramble to track down housekeeping while we waited. One of the main reasons I booked here instead of somewhere else was the hot breakfast. We were up at 7:00 a.m. and no breakfast was happening at all. And there was no one at the front desk to ask, so we left as we had to get to an early event. Quite disappointing since that was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel over others.

Checked in and was given a room that was already occupied. Bathroom was dirty and had hair all over. Bed was uncomfortable. Also, not as important but I couldn't get regular tv stations to watch college football.

Could not check in very rude girl at the desk would not let us split the cost of the room on one card and the deposit on another we did not know there was $100 deposit that was never stated when we booked. She would not work with us and was very rude with a horrible attitude and was saying nasty remarks we will never stay there again. We usually stay there twice a year and had never had an issue in the past

I loved that the younger gentleman at the front desk was so welcoming. This hotel is mainly used by business guests. It is very quiet in a lovely treeded and quiet neighborhood. Everything was great.

Nice, clean, convenient. Maybe just slightly on the worn side but not much and the price more than makes up for it. The free hot breakfast options were limited to eggs, sausage and waffles but all were good and plentiful. The area seemed to be safe and has a few dining options. Staff was extremely nice and helpful. It's a good bargain for the price. I've got a kid who's a freshman at MSU, so I'll be back.

Second time staying at this hotel this year. Positives are comfortable bed, spacious room and nice shower stall in bathroom, very competitive room rate. Negatives are common areas of hotel a little tired, breakfast is less than average compared to other hotels visited recently, most of the hotel staff are quite indifferent

I strayed for two nights. The room was clean and comfortable. The water pressure in the shower was very low even though it was used during a non-peak time. The wifi/internet was intermittent at best. It locked up frequently and required me to agree to the terms and conditions about every two hours, which was annoying. Breakfast on the first day was excellent. Scrambled eggs, bacon, waffles and several other things. The second day there was no hot food and just a few muffins and bagels. For the price I was charged, it's unlikely that I will stay there again.
