I had a girl’s night with my three young daughters and it was great! We had the first room on the first floor, close to everything but specifically the pool and breakfast. The entry into our room fit our wagon (to haul all the things) perfectly. My only wish was that the pool was warmer, my kiddos might have wanted to use it more. Thanks for a nice, quick trip!

We opted to stick with the second floor and had a very well kept handicapped accessible room. Lots of space, happy kids, happy dogs. Nice neighborhood, well lit parking lot. Always stay at this hotel when up here and it is alway nice. But this time was not really happy to come into the room and find that the bathroom had hair and dirty on the floor and up on the shower walls still.

The walls and floors are a little thin, so can hear when people walk around above and below, and front door frame has gap, so alot of corridor noise when other patrons go in and out. The gap is noticeable because the thin beam of light enters the room. Think better spacing between guests should be thought of especially during non peak seasons when giests are few and far between. .

We checked in after midnight. The attendant that checked us in was very difficult to understand. We got our key and proceeded to our room which Expedia had booked for us. I'm not sure if every room has this or just ours as it was a handicap accessible room, but the smoke detector was in the sleeping area and it blinked brightly all night long making it difficult to sleep (I am a light sleeper). Between that and the fan unit that was making a clicking noise, I had a hard time sleeping. I will say that the room was clean and nice and well stocked and the bed was decently comfortable. The room doors shut quietly so we were not awakened by doors slamming shut at any time. Breakfast was decent. Not many gluten free options for my husband so he stuck with the scrambled eggs and sausage and yogurt. I had eggs, bacon and yogurt.

Nice Holiday Inn Express. Modern rooms, decent bed quality, but the pillows were way too soft. I had to fold the pillow in half to get it to work right to support my head at all. Otherwise, the room was great. Quiet, spacious, well-lit all around. Would definitely stay there again, just bring my own pillows.

I liked my room, the location was good and the parking was easy and close to the entrance. The person checking me in took time to be friendly and explain local dining options to everyone before me in the line and then chose to answer a phone call immediately after starting to check me in, then whispering ‘you’re all set’ to dismiss me. I’d had a really long and difficult journey to get there, and then waited some time in a line to check in. I also needed to ask about things nearby but didn’t feel I could. It wasn’t a great welcome especially considering he was so friendly to the other guests.

Overall a nice hotel. Our room was clean, the man at guest services was friendly upon check in. My main complaint was the breakfast attendant. She was extremely rude to every single person that walked in for breakfast. She also chatted with the front desk lady for a long time while all of the hot food was mostly gone are completely gone.

Unpacking at home we found we are missing an electric toothbrush which my husband used on the day of our checkout (in room 415) and blue cosmetic bag. We did a thorough search of our vehicle and house. These items are still missing. I called the front desk to see if the items were left in room. Was told by the attendant at the front desk that he would check lost and found, and he would check with the housekeeper who cleaned room 415 after our departure, and he would call me back. He never call back so early evening I called him back. He said that the items were not in lost and found. Housekeeper said she never saw items in the room. Very disappointed that staff member did not return my call. Will be looking for other accommodations in the future.

The location was very good! It is right off the highway and it was surrounded with restaurants, gas stations, and coffee shops. The staff was friendly and morning breakfast was good. The rooms were spacious and clean! I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would definitely stay here again!

When in the area, we always stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and quiet. The hot breakfast could use a little more variety for guests that stay more than one night. We just stayed 4 nights and the breakfasts were all the same. Just mix it up a little. Staff is friendly. Would recommend.

My second time staying there. My only complaint is that the breakfast was not good this time. Only had cold scrambled eggs very little left in pan at 830 am. Bacon was burned terribly and there wasnt any sausage like the first time i stayed
