The property pictures do NOT match the rooms. While it has had some renovations, the rooms are not finished. The cleaning staff was either overwhelmed or just not good. The check in staff was friendly.

I like the location - easy to get in and out. Physical surrounding was clean. The interior room is needing a facelift badly - specifically the bathroom.

I did book a handicap room (by mistake on my end), and it smelled like my grandmother's nursing home in the room. When you walked into the hotel lobby it reeked of marijuana smoke. The wifi was not private, so I was unable to access the wifi due to the security settings on my computer. The bathroom was in rough shape in my room and needs to be updated/remodeled. I got what I paid for, a cheap hotel.

Friendly staff👍. Facility in need of an upgrade. Lots of noise at night comes with being pet friendly. Pugnant odour of stale hippie lettuce. Bathrooms need attention.

The parking lot had many people parking there that weren’t staying there.

NO electricity and Expedia nor the hotel would help out.

We stay in random hotels monthly due to our jobs and responsibilities. This was the worse hotel I have stayed at in many years. We were in a suite and it was the dirtiest place I have ever stayed. The floor around the spa tub was completely rotted. They used a rug to cover the disrepair and it had not been vacuumed in a very long time. Dust everywhere. I took pictures and they are astounding. The only thing clean was the sheets, covers and towels. The couches were so dirty, I had to ask the front desk for extra blankets to cover them before sitting. Hot water took 12 mins so arrive also. The tv had a picture you could barely see because it was so grainy though the size of the tv was great. The commode had not been cleaned. The size of the room was huge and if it was clean and in decent condition it would have been a nice room. The shower was new and acceptable but there was mold all above it on the ceiling. The repairs needed, the deep cleaning it needed and the smell improvements were extreme. The lobby and the halls and steps were also disgusting. The carpet were frayed and coming up. Everything even though it was worn also hadn't been cleaned or maintained in any way. I've been to dated worn hotel, that still provided cleanliness, this is not one! The lobby bathroom was inside the hotel laundry area and the disrepairs there and dirtiness were also Questionable. Apparently not even the staff had a decent place to do their business. It needs lots of help.

Sink was leaking as soon as you turned the water on. Bathtub and toilet were dirty. There was a random hair on the toilet. Black mold on the ceiling. Air conditioner unit was leaking. Jacuzzi tub was disgusting. Got a refund…

It was absolutely filthy!!! We left it was so bad. Floors, countertops, bedding, bathroom, everything was absolutely gross!! waiting on a refund, if not received I will be reporting them. It was so disgusting!!

Dirty bathroom and toilet barely flushed. It looks like nobody cares at all

Beds ing was dirty/stained. Halls were filthy - looks like they don't vacuum .. there was actual garbage, pop bottles under our bed.. Shower was gross and no mat to put down to stand on. Staff was nice.

Soaps and shampoos left in shower, toilet seat detached, bathroom faucet loose, no plug in sink, sink did not drain well, all floors were filthy, bathroom fan did not work correctly and had a horrendous noise, opened ketchup container left in refrigerator, soiled lamp shades, dirty hair blower. At 8:00 in the morning, the breakfast area wastebasket was overflowing. Obviously not emptied from the previous day. Although the rate was inexpensive, this place was not acceptable for any amount of money.

The staff was really nice. But the rooms were dirty. Had to get a new room because the room we were gonna be in had some mold.

Rooms spelled like smoke. Floors are hardwood the bottom of my feet were black. They do not clean the rooms. Furniture was stained and damp. Only good thing was at least the sheets smelled clean. Definitely won’t be back it’s unfortunate, they could of received a lot of bookings through my work as we do a lot of construction

My tv doesn’t work with my fire stick and my lamp doesn’t work beside my bed

Arrived to the smell of stale cigarettes in the lobby. Headed up to our room and the smell of fresh and stale cigarettes, marijuana and must. Opened the window to see if we could get the smell out and it didn’t work. Also when looking for this hotel says it has a hot tub, but it doesn’t. Has in room jacuzzi. Would never stay here again. They were not going to give me a refund because we didn’t come down and complain with in 10 minutes after check in. Told me they don’t have control over people smoking in the hotel. Ummm excuse me.. kick them out or call the police. It’s a non smoking building.

People were walking around upstairs all night.I could hear the footsteps above my room through the ceiling.floor was not vacuumed

Hallway way loud, you can hear people in other rooms very easily, but it's a bit better in the room itself, I had no problems sleeping. Good budget room

The room was OK. The TV was fuzzy. Someone had used the toilet and did not flush it. when I came to the room, the door was open.

Was wake up at 2 in morning from other guests arguing loudly in the hallway.

My stay was amazing. It was quiet and not too loud as far as hearing anyone around us. The room was super spacious and clean. I can also say I didn't expect the TV to be as big as it was and I can say I enjoyed laying in bed or in the jetted tub watching a show.

System had me in the wrong room then what I booked. The room still had valentines day confetti on the floor. Jacuzzi tub in room was broken and not taped up very well. It was also coming off the wall. Floor was broken not just in room but in the hallway.

The jacuzzi in the first room had hair in it so i got another one which is worse, some black dirt started coming out of the jets. Disgusting

The room smelled of smoke and the ac unit was yellow nicotine stained. The bed had stains. The floor had trash and old food on it. The tub was stained gray. Staff was excellent and our refund was handled graciously.

The staff was very nice. The room was clean. Very quiet place. I had my ESA dog with me and they were very welcoming of her. Even other guests were pleasant. Definitely will stay here again.

Check-in staff was very nice and friendly in conversation. Offered 1st floor or 2nd floor, and to switch rooms if anything wasn’t to our liking.

We had unexpected family trip. This hotel was conveniently located between two points we needed to spend most of our time. The owner was really nice. We only expected to stay one or two nights and then we were going to find another place to stay, but the owner put us up in their executive suite and did everything he could help us get through our situation. Therefore he gets a five star for this hotel. I know it’s only a super eight, but he really did a good job helping us out.

The morning and night people where great I will be back actually this was the second time love it affordable

Toilet didnt flush , water in bath room sink was at a trickle. The floor needs to be replaced. Called down to have a plunger brought up and the desk person was rude and wouldnt bring us a plunger. Never again will i stay there !

Honestly, wasnt a good time at all. Room wasnt even cleaned prior to us arriving. Remotes didnt work, which not a big deal. Toilet was clogged spoke to the front desk about it and was told had to wait til 11 am next day when cleaning services were there. I unclogged the toilet, bc we werent using the toilet til it was fixed. Next day we asked for towels and got same response. Had to wait til next day. Needless to say, we never got clean towels. Had wet towels for 3 days. Breakfast was a joke. For it being a nonsmoking place, sure reeked of it. Smell of cigarettes and pot throughout the whole hotel. Didnt necessarily feel safe being there with my wife or 3 little kids. We ended our vacation a day early and went home. Definitely a bad stay from beginning

Well kept and great service

I was treated unprofessionally when checking in and told I had no room reserved. After showing my confirmation in my email he didn’t even apologize for the mistake. When I asked why he couldn’t find my reservation he threatened to deny me my room.

For the price, it is a good hotel is in a safe area.

The staff was super helpful and accommodating. Outside facility was standard and of no concern. The inside starting from the stairs which dirty( streaks of black and stain heavy walking areas to debris in the room on the carpet floor to stains on bath tub to dust flying all over the room after the AC was turned on to smelly pillow cases. The price was affordable and close the function we attended.

Property is in an industrial area. Common areas smelled of marijuana. Room was dingy and out dated.

I have stayed here many times, the hotel is clean, close to shopping, easy access, the staff is friendly. Rooms are clean. The value of the overall cost is great. Highly recommend staying here.

Good place but u better stay in the room because the police are very bored so much so they stalk the place an will make up something up to cause a problem even tho no calls were made or complaints

Our stay was really good! The only thing we noticed was that the freezer in the room hadn’t been cleaned. Everything else was great, the bed was super comfortable and the staff were very friendly. The location was convenient for getting around, and the atmosphere was relaxing. We’d definitely come back again.

The staff is very nice and I love that they allow pets but cleanliness is a big problem. The bathroom in my room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly so be prepared for that. Grocery stores and restaurants are very close that you could walk.

Not clean. Had to wipe my floors down due to stickiness under my shoes; toilette filthy; bathtub unusable; food/crumbs in hallways and stairwells for three days despite hearing a vacuum in some room cleaning. Room had dirt on floors, under tables, in corners. Only thing clean, at least I hope so, were the sheets! Clear open air drug sales at windows outside; police presence their each of three days.

The jetted tub was held together by duct tape the sheets were wrinkled. The breakfast was gone by 7:30 am.

Overall this is exactly what I was looking for. Clean comfortable place to sleep for 2 nights and a decent variety for breakfast in the morning. The cable picture could have been a little crisper.

Room was filthy. Had to buy cleaning supplies and clean the room before we could stay in it. Layer of dust on everything. Breakfast was already non existing at 8 am. Will not stay again, and will not recommend to anyone

Wasn’t dirty but it was not clean either, there were hair strands in the tub along with missing pieces of the tub and walls. We paid for the jacuzzi suite but it seems the jets never work so it was like just taking a bath in a big tub. The breakfast was very limited, website says breakfast is 6am-9am but staff didn’t put it out until 8am. Overall it was a miss for my stay but I hope they get better in the future.

Breakfast is not satisfied

Overall it was not bad for the price. But the breakfast was supposed to be until 10 am. We wnet down at 9:40 and it was all done and closed
