Great room, clean hotel. Staff was attentive and kind.

Breakfast not good

I’m requesting a full refund due to the unacceptable conditions during my stay. The hotel was under heavy renovation with debris throughout the property, the bathroom toilet paper holder was broken, the faucet was poorly placed, and the sheets did not appear clean. This experience did not meet expected Hampton standards. Charging full price with only a small discount is not reasonable given the inconvenience and poor conditions.

In the hotels defense, they were doing work to the property and that is understandable. However, the outside of the building had a lot of trash around it and in general it did not feel that clean to us. They are doing a renovation so maybe it will get better.
