The stay was perfect despite a bump the day before we arrived (someone at the front desk was confused and couldn’t find our reservation even though it was there). We loved the fact the pool and hot tub were open 24/7 - perfect to unwind after a long flight! The temperature was very soothing. Very clean room, great breakfast and the staff were very friendly, welcoming and professional. Thank you!

This was the best hotel we have stayed at. The staff was the best. Our shower head was broken and they fixed it immediately. They have a shuttle to take you to town and back within a 5 mile distance. Breakfast was good. Really no complaints.

Everything about the place was just fine. My only complaint is that the parking is limited and the facility was full, finding a place to park was challenging. I had to park in the restaurant parking lot next door.

Overall it's a clean and pretty comfortable place to stay. The pool and jacuzzi are open 24/7 which is nice. There is a small arcade, gym, and sitting area. There are thoughtful touches such as complementary feminine products in the shared bathroom in the hallway near the pool and gym. The breakfast is decent and includes a waffle maker and flavored creamers. It's been undergoing renovations sp our bathroom was all new which is nice. We would stay again!

Right from check-in I knew we'd be satisfied with oir stay. The front desk was so nice and welcoming. The room was very clean and breakfast was great. They allow dogs here so that was the selling point for me. Even giving us a baggie full of dog treats for my little buddy. The pool was warm and the hot tub was nice and relaxing.

The only reason I didn't give this hotel an excellent (5 stars) is because we specifically booked this hotel because it had an airport shuttle. When we contacted the hotel to tell them when our flight would land at TVC (12:218 am on 5/15/25) we were told the shuttle only ran until 12:00 am, and it was too late to rebook another hotel closer to the airport. The hotel should have shuttle hours listed on their website so customers are not deceived into believing they have a ride from the airport, and then have to hire a taxi and pay extra.

Everything very clean, but bathroom could use some updating (sink not draining properly, chipped and scuffed toilet seat). Breakfast was plentiful, organized and clean - although the cooked offerings weren't great. Staff were very friendly.

I use to be a house keeper myself so now no matter where I stay I can't help but look everywhere for cleanliness. This place does an outstanding job. Super friendly staff. Great breakfast. Pool and hot tub is open 24 hours which was super nice and relaxing. You can definitely tell that the staff cares about the company. Super close to downtown T.C. Stayed there for a weekend anniversary get away and will be staying again in the future!

Loved our stay. Hotel is great. Pool, hot tub and workout area are all great. Breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly. Our room this time was maybe older, the door was a struggle to open and the room was a little musty, but our room was clean and we had no issues. Hotel is a good location and we’ve stayed here multiple times.

The air conditioner was so noisy that it was hard to sleep! The rain on the roof was loud and we could hear a lot of outside noises. The bed was comfortable but the loud air conditioner kicking on and off negates the comfort of the bed!

Let me begin by saying this reservation was made at least 6 weeks ahead. We were given a room with a bathroom so tiny the door hit the toilet every time you opened. The shower stall was so small you could not extend you arms to the side. Also, the front desk staff approved our leaving 1 day early when we asked over 24 hours in advance, but when contacted by Expedia, would not stand by this and so I was charged for a night in this crappy hotel that we didn't even stay for. Best advice - steer clear and away. There are many other options. Pick anywhere else.

We had a very nice stay here. The pool was always open and breakfast was good. Service was especially good. I checked out and we loaded the car. Just as we were ready to leave, a staff member came out with my shoes that I had accidentally left in the room!

It was easily accessible on a main route to downtown Traverse City. I did some shopping and went to a comedy show that was excellent. Roads weren't particularly busy.

After spending a week in the area of Travers City, I want to say this was a great find. Clean, comfortable, good breakfast, and a good central location. The only thing I would change would be for someone to check and replace used towels daily.
