The receptionist Rocky and staff were the best we’ve had. Breakfast was excellent with a hot breakfast and two waffle machines. Our AC quit and Rocky upgraded us to a suite that was handicapped accessible. He even came and carried our bags to the new room. The pool and hot tub were great. The hot tub was small but mighty and was the best we have been in for years.

A big but very valuable surprise was a free shuttle to and from the Boone Pickens Stadium for the Cowboy OSU game. Awesome service on game day.

The staff is so great, but I found the hotel has fallen on cleanliness and upkeep. This has always been our favorite place to stay but for the cost per night, will look elsewhere next time. The staff were all excellent, very nice and helpful. The beds were comfortable and the room was clean. Our only complaint is the room smelled very musty. It was just an old, musty smell. It reminded me of a basement or an attic of an old house. In hindsight, we should’ve called down at check-in and asked for a different room. It was bad enough that our clothes smelled that we slept in, the sheets (or maybe top blanket?) just smelled like they had been washed and forgotten about. If we had been there more than one night, I couldn’t have handled it. But again, we didn’t call down about it so they weren’t given a chance to make it right. They were so great and nice that I feel like they would’ve been willing to switch us a room, we just didn’t want to complain.. I would probably consider the hotel again, but I wouldn’t accept that smell again.

I’ve stayed here several times on business and to see my kids at OSU. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean and comfortable. It’s close to the university, food, and shopping.

Very nice stay. Room was spacious with sofa, microwave, sink and fridge. The beds/pillows were very comfortable. Bathroom was clean and in nice condition. Lobby and hallways were clean and nicely decorated and maintained. One of the better points was this hotel had no fragrance enhancers in the room or hallways. The room had absolutely no odors at all which was really nice. We had a small room issue that needed attention and the front desk sent maintenance immediately and the problem was resolved immediately.

The hotel was in a great location, it was clean, and the staff was friendly. Breakfast was great and had different offerings each day so it didn’t get old. The only drawback for me was that the bed was so very uncomfortable. It was so hard. I would stay here again though.

PROS: Very friendly staff, fast & efficient. Comfortable bedding & clean room. Microwave & mini-fridge in room. Good lighting, & plenty of outlets for charging. Lots of towels & toiletries. Awesome, free breakfast. Good location. CONS: The A/C units are a bit loud. The room is a little dated. The desk chair doesn't raise high enough for comfortable seating if working/writing.

The room was very clean and majority of the staff were polite and friendly. The strange man behind the front desk, Ross, who claims to be the owner, was rude and borderline a bully. I will never stay at this hotel ever again due to his absolutely inappropriate behavior towards me.

LIKES: * Clean Rooms * Pet friendly * Had a small dog “park” * Not a large hotel = more quiet and privacy * Is far enough from busy road that it was quiet. * Hotel staff was wonderful * Check in was easy and quick. * Mini fridge freezer actually froze my ice packs and kept my drinks nice and chill! * AC worked great! * Bathroom was very roomy! DISLIKES: * I was on 2nd floor. They were unable to place me on ground floor close to a side entrance. (My back and knees aren’t in great condition.) * Hotel has one elevator, my room was at the opposite end of the lobby from the elevator and around the corner. * A long way to walk with luggage with a bad back. * Requested a 7am wake up call. Computerized call came in at 7:10. Had to rush to meeting. * Check out time is Noon, but you BETTER check out in person at front desk… there is NO other way.

Upon arriving to our room, the air conditioner was not working. We notified staff on our way out to dinner. Upon our return to the facility the staff let us know there was not anyone available to fix it so they upgraded us and moved us to a different room. Great visit 👍

First of all i chose this hotel because it supposed had a shuttle to the airport and when i got there the employee said i needed to tell them 24 hours prior😡 why dont the put that in the description? I paid more money for that reason and just to say no they didnt even try to acomódate me and when i get to my room and try to relax they are vaccuming atv7 pm!!!! Bever going here again!!!!

We selected this hotel because they advertised pet friendly and we had our doodle with us for the second night only. Doodles are hypoallergenic mind you. At initial check in, the attendant was efficient but not friendly. When we came in night two with our doodle, he was visibly upset that we didn't pay the $50 pet fee, which was not an option at online reservation and if we had seen that fee, we would have stayed elsewhere. He said that the fee covered additional cleaning to make the room ready for people allergic to dogs. I doubt anything extra was done but we agreed to pay the fee regardless. Overall the hotel was clean and comfortable but the friendliness wasn't there. We will most likely choose a different hotel on our next trip to Stillwater.

Hotel was very nice and rooms were very big and comfortable. What did it for me was the kitchen staff. Kathy was so friendly and just wore a smile the entire time she was there. She was very helpful and she informed every guest that came in what was for breakfast and how to find what they were looking for. Kathy was absolutely fantastic!

The hotel shut off the water at 8:00 in the morning. It was a morning where we would have been able to sleep in a little but were not able because of the water situation. The hotel did nothing to compensate for the situation. If we would have known ahead of time we would have stayed somewhere else. And the breakfast was lacking.

We have stayed at 4-5 other hotels in Stillwater and Hampton Inn has by FAR been our favorite. Wonderful and friendly staff, extremely clean, and the breakfast was yummy, different each day, clean, and the girls working it were so friendly and on top of everything! We will be back!!
