Breakfast manager lady was absolutely fantastic and the food was good. Pool was closed the first day due to the rain. Staff was very attentive.

Although listing mentions about the bar, came to know that they don’t have license yet. Staffs are nice and the room was too apart from finding a cockroach on the second morning. The room is kinda odd. No closet or a desk. Desk is occupied by the tv. Anyways stay was overall fine

We ended up cancelling and leaving Room was ok Pool area was disgusting and dirty. Hot tub was inoperable and completely green w algae and dirt

Stayed here for 3 nights while visiting our daughter at OSU. The beds are extremely firm and uncomfortable, and the pillows are just as bad. It was the end of September and still 90 degrees outside but the pool was closed for the season. The water pressure in the shower was weak. The only saving grace for this hotel is the staff is very polite and helpful. The hotel needs to be updated though.

Our visit was a great surprise! We will definitely choose to stay here in the future! The hotel was beautiful and had great food and service. Friendly staff, in all areas. Clean, comfortable and everything we wanted. The spa was being worked on but the pool was still useable. Workout room, and areas you could hangout in with friends and family before and after the football game were a bonus. Comfortable beds, and couldn’t hear the neighbors. Loved everything about our stay!

Breakfast was an additional 10 bucks, the ice machine had to be done through the front desk and in WiFi had to get a password from the front desk. Needs to be more convenient in providing services at this price.

I booked a room for my mother in law and Aunt, both need handicap parking, and the parking lot was ice. It hasn’t iced or snowed in 5 days or more, and there is no salt or maintenance on the parking lot near the entrance of the hotel.

This hotel is dirty. Things look nice because wits pretty new, but they are dirty when you look. The elevators take forever and felt like they hadn’t been mopped or wiped down in 10 years. I’ve seen far worse but my room was $300+ because it was a game weekend. My room also smelled like microwave pizza and hot pockets and popcorn and Doritos. feels like the kind of hotel people bring their highschool kids and dump them off to play video games and eat garbage food while they go to university activities. I wasn’t expecting a lot because it’s a holiday inn, but I don’t like paying for dirty hotels.

The hotel was great. The only problem I had was the shower- it was dirty.

We had an extended stay. The room was not cleaned well during our stay. We thought there was a mouse in the room and when that was confirmed visually, I told the staff about it and their rely was “that doesn’t surprise me.” The breakfast buffet was pretty good, but there was never anyone around if you needed something. I might stay there again, but I’d look for other options first.

The hotel smelled like bug spray. House keeping did not clean the bathroom. There was hair on the sink and in the shower. Gross!

Great property! We’ve stayed here before and enjoyed its convenient location and found the rooms to be clean and quiet. This time we had a different room type and the musty smell of mold was evident the moment we opened the door. We bought a room spray at the Walmart down the street and that helped somewhat. Other than that one thing that my family was willing to deal with, the place was great, once again. It’s our Stillwater “go to”!

The AC in the rooms is ridiculous. Set it to 74 in the living room and it’s like a meat locker in the bedroom. Also, there seems to be more and more maintenance issues each time we go.

Mattress horrible!

Great hotel. King suite was very spacious and nice. Shower water pressure & volume was below average (3rd floor). Breakfast was far above average. I’ll be in Stillwater quarterly and I hope to stay here every time. The lady serving breakfast 7/1/25 made it even better and welcoming.

Great location and very large suite. I understood summer in OK but there were lots of dead bugs by the doors. Was hoping the suite had plastic wear to use but nothing. Only cups were for the Kureig. No extra blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa.

Shower head broken, TV and remote were not working, coffee machine didnt work.

The hotel needs to some updates. The TV did not work because of the storms that were coming in. They are still using satellite. So if a storm comes in or just rain and clouds you will not have any TV.

The perfect example on how one rotten apple can mess it all up. It was a great experience, from the front desk lady to the lady serving breakfast. All until the day time front desk clerk who is a complete disaster. I've been in the hospitality and service industry for over 25 years and this man was one of the worst. Literally refusing to help without an explanation why. To the point that he looked me deep in my eyes, trying to intimidate me

The experience was great, except for the wait time for check-in. It took an hour to get checked in because they were short-staffed in housekeeping. They were very apologetic and very friendly.

Before i arrived at the hotel, i received a phone call from one of people at the hotel. He told me that the hotel was full and he was cancelling my reservation, except he never actually cancelled it. I was able to find another hotel for the night but still had to pay for this room and hotels.com (Expedia) will not refund me.

We were upgraded to a suite due to patch work being finished on the ceiling in the original room. The front desk requested representative informed us and gave us the option to decrease the room fee or upgrade us to a suite. We thank you for providing us with options.

I don't usually write reviews, good or bad, but I need to vent on this one: I showed up for my reservation at 12:15am, about an hour later than I had anticipated because of a flight delay. I walked into the hotel, and nobody was there. I waited. I knocked on the office door. Nothing. After 15 minutes, I called the hotel phone...it started to ring at the desk where I was standing, and I let it ring for 10 minutes. Nobody answered, nobody came out. Wanting to get some sleep, I went next door to a neighboring hotel and got a room. In the morning, I logged on to request a refund from Hotels.com, explaining the situation to them. They contacted the hotel, who rejected my request, saying I had not checked in on time AND claiming that there was a 'night auditor' on staff that was there at the hotel. If that was the case, they were doing a horrible job...I could have literally walked out with their computers and furniture, and nobody would have stopped me. I have NEVER had a major brand hotel not take a late arrival, or refuse a refund for a reasonable request. So, I'm out my room fee, and had to waste part of my morning spending time on the website logging a complaint. That's life sometimes. But if you don't like the idea of sleeping in a hotel room with nobody in the lobby and nobody to handle an emergency, you might want to choose another hotel. And whatever you do, don't let your flight be delayed!

Easy access and proximity to OSU. Hotel is spacious, well-lit and conveniently located. Room was clean and large with Dove products in the bathroom!

This was an oasis after several days of being bedside at the hospital and an AirBnB tragedy. Clean, and comfy. Breakfast was great, they make omelets to order along with the standard breakfast fair, fresh strawberries ect. It was lovely, staff are friendly and efficient. Highly recommend.

Comfortable beds. Breakfast had expired yogurt (a month past the date), hard bagels, and nothing really worth eating. The employees were very nice.

Great Staff and Stay. I always come here. The way the breakfast charges work are confusing though.

The breakfast was included with our stay; however, it was not good. Food was cold, tasteless and there were not very many options.

Verry attentive staff and much better than norm breakfast.

The room was nice and clean, but we paid extra for breakfast and when we got down there (an hour and a half before the end of breakfast) it was bare, the food that was there was cold and it was obviously not tended. Normally I wouldn't complain about hotel breakfast but since they did make us pay extra for this it was very disappointing. I would stay here again but would not pay for breakfast again.

While booking it’s showed free breakfast but the breakfast was paid and need to pay $12 for breakfast. Holiday inn normally provides breakfast and also the room rate charge is high but no complimentary breakfast
