Best Western PLUS Cimarron Hotel & Suites

We have stayed here because our kid goes to school here. This hotel was an ok room. The elevator is not great. Pool is green mucky. Bathroom dry wall issues—our experience was not what was reviewed by others. Just be aware.

Stay was good room was good.

The hotel is looking a little dated. The room was SO humid. No bar…but it was a Wednesday night.

Very clean, bed was very comfortable. The downside the pool ventilation system was not working apparently and the hot tub was out of order. The bar was closed they only open it on game nights

Breakfast menu was good, staff excellent! Had a lot of issues with our room keys, they had to be reprogrammed 4-5 times! One of our rooms the door wouldn’t lock so we had to move to another room. They only had one ice machine that worked so pretty inconvenient to go two floors down for ice. The air conditioner in our room was very temperamental and would shutoff and not restart! Staff was very pleasant to work with though! None of these issues ruined our stay but will probably choose a different hotel next Stillwater visit!
