Econo Lodge near Missouri University of Science and Technology

Rooms are filthy. The linens seemed ok but we had a spill and when I dried it up the towel was black. The shower was pealing and looked dirty and the flour around the tub was black. the door locks were hard to turn and secure

I booked thru Hotels.com a standard room no smoking 1 queen bed and I have a service dog. exactly what the picture showed. when we got there I had to pay $15 more because I had to take a room with 2 beds because they didn't have the room in the picture.

Room was filthy, cold, and had the materials to make meth stuck between the mattresses on the bed. Something was spilled next to the nightstand and was still on the floor between it and the wall. There was a bench in front of the mirror that had something on it and needed to be cleaned. The only reason I stayed was because they wouldn’t refund my money even though I booked a nonsmoking room due to my allergies but they said a smoking room is all they had. Again was told no refund. Then charged my credit card for the deposit that I knew nothing about until I already booked the room. Told me it would not be charged unless there was damage to the room but charged it anyway. Told me I couldn’t get it back on my card for two weeks
