Very impressed. Was very hesitant but this hotel had best reviews out of the few places in the area in this price range. I will say it was extremely worth the price we paid. I set expectations low And left very satisfied. Clean and comfy rooms, average hotel breakfast waffles eggs sausage cereal muffins, no hot tub but decent pool, very very cold was the only complaint about this hotel. Service was spectacular felt very welcomed. We stayed two nights and came to Missouri for the Meramec park and caves which was about 30/40 min from the hotel. Lots of other fun things to do and good places to dine in this area.

The air conditioner in the room they put my family and I in was not working very well. Everyone was sweating asked to move rooms it took front desk hours to finally put us in a different room in the middle of the night. My mother was trying to get into the pool she did not have our room key which she was staying in also and the staff at the desk was rude and told her she wasn’t allowed in the pool as she was not a guest just because she was waiting for one of us to open the pool door for her.

First they screwed up my reservations claimed I did not get for my entire stay, insisted I need to pay the rest after speaking with card carrier I was charged the full amount they refused to give me a refund so now I am having to have my bank fight with them. They gave us someone else’s room keys, the parking is awful and very unsafe, parking is located in the back of the building although the elevators are in the front, the parking lot is dark, the staff is rude and can’t keep their lies straight, they continuously called me about random things while I was trying to enjoy a day at the beach with my family, dining space did not allow enough space to sit comfortably without having others butts in your plate the entire meal

This property was clean. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. Room was comfortable. Front desk, Heather, was very nice and friendly. I think the breakfast needs some help, seemed like there was not many 'healthy' choices. They need a real coffee maker instead of a coffee syrup added to hot water. It wasn't very good. Too bad the highway is so noisy. The lower parking is rather sketchy, with no barrier between it and a dark sideroad. Other than that, you get what you pay for basically.

I didn’t end up staying because I couldn’t fathom the thought of laying in that disgusting bed with yellow staining all over the sheets and comforters. I’d have likely complained if I thought the cantankerous old lady at the front would have even half cared. I’ve literally never had an experience like this. Ever. These folks need to either burn the place down, or work on a serious rehab if they plan to be viable much into the future.

This is a really nice hotel. The decor is dated but clean. Beds are comfortable, they give you lots of extra towels and pillows, climate control in the room worked well. Fridge and microwave too. Coffee at breakfast was decent and did the job. Woman at the counter at checkin knew what she was doing and was fast. Perfect hotel.

I had two full beds, one was super squeaky even if I barely touched it and the other was hard. Also I could hear ever creak in the floor of the person above me and then a knocking sounds in the middle of the night, like in the water pipes

The front desk person seemed i was bothering her. I asked but she said no. Didn't seem to be happy to be there. This is an older hotel. The room was small. The siink was by the door so when getting ready for the day i was blocking the door. The headset on the phone was broken. But we were tired so we stayed. Beds were comfortable and it was quite.

We checked in around 6:30 pm the gal on shift was less than cordial however the young man at 5 am was super helpful and pleasant otherwise i would not consider recommending the hotel
