We've stayed at several Holiday Inn Express Hotels over the years and it's one of my go-tos because they are normally reasonably priced for what you get and they are all pretty consistent. The staff was nice and very accommodating when I asked to have a high room (only 3 floors). However the ride up was a little nerve wracking. The elevator sounds and feels like it's going to breakdown or drop mid ride. We almost took the stairs a couple of times. Then the room itself just smelled awful. A combination of wet carpet and feet smell. The hallway to the room didn't smell much better either.

This was the most amazing stay!!! Hailey at the front desk was very welcoming at check in and was sure to inform us about everything without us even asking ! She was so sweet and you could tell she enjoys her job! Russell overheard us talking about having to go to the front desk and get towels for the pool when we were walking around checking everything out and ran immediately and grabbed towels ! The beds were super comfy the water pressure was great the pool was a little chilly but it is winter time we kind of expect that (we still had fun in it!) wish the hot tub was functional but it is what it is! The breakfast and breakfast staff was exceptional! And when we went to fix a busted hose on our car upon departure Craig came out and asked if there was anything he could do to help! Even the housekeeper made sure to tell us to have a great weekend! I gotta say they are definitely doing something right at this hotel!! Would 100% recommend to anyone who wants an enjoyable getaway!

We stayed at this hotel last night and were really pleased with our experience. The pool and hot tub were enjoyable, the rooms were clean, and the hotel felt quiet and safe. While the bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable, the plenty of comfy pillows helped make up for it. The in-room Keurig offered good coffee options, including decaf, which I really appreciated since I can’t have much caffeine. I also loved the Dove products in the bathroom. The breakfast was a highlight — lots of hot options and very satisfying. The front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming as well.

Free breakfast was not hot had to ask to use microwave to warm up the eggs and sausage. Turned out eggs were not cooked properly still gritty tasting. Cinnamon roll made son throw up. Coffee was very bitter. Room was run down and not cleaned properly.found trash on floor. Mold in tub.

Check-in was great, but the wi-fi was horrible. Kept going in and out the entire 2+ days I was there. The response from the front desk... "There's nothing I can do about it. It just does that all the time. I have to even reset my computer 20 times a day" If you're traveling for business, do NOT stay here.

Beds were comfy but walls were too thin… we heard everything the next door room was doing. The kid in that room tried several times to open the adjoining door so that was fun wondering how many times he was going to do that and us constantly getting worried that he would open it. I did hear the mom yell at him to stop which he did… for a minute… then was back at it. They carried on for a while and it was late and we had to get up early for a 13 hour trip so we were both tired when we got up. Breakfast was pretty good. I think the next time I will see if I can get a room not next to a kid room as I heard one lady doing at her checkout! Now I know why!

I stayed 4 nights . My father passed away on Father’s Day. They would give Me a discount because it was not advance . In the end they should have knowing that situation and the fact that I could have stayed at Other hotels but I choose to stay here. With all the chaos with my father’s death and my mother having to deal with this and me having to deal with her wanting space made a hotel a good choice.

Check-in took 45 minutes, because the clerk didn't understand how to work with a third party (Hotels.com). I had to call Hotels.com twice myself and wait for them to call the hotel twice. After check-in, the clerk felt bad that it took so long and offered me a couple of bottled waters for my trouble. I got home and saw that she charged me $5 for each bottled water. The hotel itself was great, but booking through Hotels.com cost me 45 minutes of my time.
