I booked because they had an indoor pool and hot tub. Neither were in working order, which was very disappointing after 10-1/2 hours of travel. Tried to get wifi password from front desk, but nobody would pick up. Couldnt not cancel because Expedia made it nonrefunable.

The breakfast and the pool was good. WiFi worked. Staff was always seen cleaning. I’m very picky about checking for bugs and thankfully they did not have any. That was about it. The hallways had an odd smell. The side doors for guests say key entry only but there is tape over the door locks so they are constantly unlocked for everyone. The hot tub was broke. There was mold in the bathroom, bathtub was cracked, only one plug in on the night stand worked, paint was peeling pretty bad above the air conditioning unit. I understand the tornados had a big impact on this hotel earlier in the year so they had a lot of repairs to make. Unfortunately, it’s very obvious a lot more repairs need to be done.

We had a room facing the lake which was nice. We took advantage of the late check out. So the kids could swim a little longer. Pool was a little cold. And the hot tub was not working.

Our room was very dirty. The bathroom floor had hair all over it as well as the bathtub and shower walls. Pubic hairs. And I mean ALOT and EVERYWHERE. The air vent above the toilet was almost completely stopped up with layers of hardened dust. That bathroom has been severely neglected, cleaning wise, and was beyond disgusting. The sink and counter in the entry that housed the coffee pot was also grimy and dirty, with hair and dust collecting around. There’s no way that the floors had been mopped, let alone swept, with that much hair and debris gathered up. And housekeeping couldn't have even rinsed the shower and tub out with all that hair. I can’t understand how they could “clean” this room and then decide that it was good enough for the next guests arrival. We almost didn’t stay, and I have never left a hotel or an Airbnb or any other type of lodging for that matter because it was too dirty. This would have been a first for us. We only stayed because we were so tired after driving 550 miles. On a positive note, breakfast was very good and much appreciated. The staff was friendly and efficient and checkout was very smooth via my mobile phone on the way to the hotel. All I had to do was stop by and pick up the keys. Housekeeping is in desperate shape. I’m sorry to leave such a negative review. I normally would never but that was gross and we spent good money to stay in that filth.

Our room needed a new shower head and the bathroom floor and tub did not seem clean. When our cat hid under the bed, we saw that the carpet under the bed was disgustingly dirty. We will not stay there again.

The room was in terrible condition, filthy, we moved the chair and found fingernail clippings, chips and dust bunnies. The floor has not been mopped in weeks! My wifes socks were BLACK! Need to get someone who knows how to clean.

It was super dirty hair black hair everywhere sheets dirty pillows yellow bathroom dirty and lock broken off door and dried throw up on the chair right away went down stairs and canceled it and went to a different hotel I have been there before never had that problem before

Made me pay a $200 deposit because of where i live?! Also the front desk lady was very blase and borderline rude. The room was clean but the noise from the parking lot kept me up all night. If you work from your phone or computer, don't plan on it here. The wifi is terrible. I couldn't even get netflix to work, and definitely couldn't live stream. Overall not a great experience.

I was asked about upgrades. One was a lakeside view and on Expedia it showed a lake and beach with kids playing. So I opted for the upgrade. “The lake” was a dirty pond with no beach in sight, but maybe a walking trail (over grown with weeds if there was a trail). The TV did not work, so we looked at it and found it was not hooked up right. Then when we tried to turn the sound down. it the TV stopped working again. We went to the front desk, she was attentive and tried to fix it. She left to find a different remote and manual, but I got the TV working after she left. The fridge was not cold and our small cold packs melted in the small freezer. The toilet would not stop running. The sheets were rough. Worst of all the “upgrade “ was by a stair well with a door to the outside which would not latch and lock. We notified the front desk and told it would be taken care of. When we left in the morning it was still not able to be fully closed and locked. People were loud in the stairwell and the door kept slamming. At least the front desk staff were fast, efficient, and friendly and the room was clean and well stocked, though we only used the cups and ice basket. The breakfast was good, but the Orange Juice dispenser didn’t work.

Water for hot tub was too cold to really make it worth having. WiFi was almost nonexistent. Good in hallway, but walk into a room and it was too slow to use. Tried two different rooms on different floors with same result. Oh, and awful cell reception so… TV always defaulted to wrong input. Had to reset at the TV. Front desk knew and didn’t seem to care. Key cards for our room were canceled halfway through our visit. Same with another guest as I waited at the desk.

Older hotel. As clean as you’d expect for it’s age. We just needed a place to sleep a few hours. The lady who checked us in was very nice! The booking was for a “lake facing” room but our room faced the highway which was noisy. And we parked the car on the lake side so we couldn’t see it. Didn’t stay for breakfast.

Broken AC in our room so we had to sleep with the window open, it was noisy. The hallway reeked of the skunk smoke, our shower and sink in our room didn’t drain well at all. The whole place was outdated and kind of grimy feeling.

We had a great stay with a couple of issues. The plumbing was backed up there for the bathtub was not very clean. However, staff and Mr. cash were very accommodating and took care of the problem. Thank you we shall visit your establishment again sometime.

We came in early before the check in time. The manager yelled at us saying their check in is at 3pm. We stayed for a bit in the lobby. Decided to continue driving because we can’t wait 3 hours in the middle of winter to wait. I came back and ring the bell to informed her that we decided to get different lodging. She did not come out. There’s a better way to communicate her frustrations but she lashed out on us the moment we went in. Not a great location and never again.

This trip was a short overnight visit with my daughter and grandsons. I had made a reservation for 1 room but when I arrived, I asked if there were possibly any rooms available that were connected. The desk clerk was not friendly and seemed really overwhelmed, but he did find two rooms that were connecting so I changed my reservation to 2 rooms instead of 1. According to the information on this booking site, we were supposed to be able to check in early 2 hours! That absolutely did not happen! The clerk told me he had no idea when the rooms would be ready, so when my daughter arrived, we decided to do some shopping and then eat dinner. When we came back to the hotel, we were given the keys. We soon discovered that the rooms were NOT connected! I talked to the clerk at the front desk and was told that the rooms that I requested were not cleaned. I would not have reserved 2 rooms had they not been connected. They seemed to care less about doing anything to correct the situation. When we went to the pool, we asked the clerk at the front desk about towel for swimming and they gave us 2 towels and said that we had to return them to the front desk after we were done swimming, or they would be added to the bill. Apparently, theft is a problem there because in the room there was a sign with the prices of any items that were removed. Absolutely no wall decor either. They certainly did not make us feel welcome! Probably a staff shortage but shouldn't of been our problem!

I stay here every time I come to Rolla to see family. This is the only time I have encountered such rude service from the desk staff. Also the only time I’ve had such a rough shape room. Makes me sad and considering staying elsewhere next month when I come down.

We are on a cross country road trip and so this was a one nighter. Good choice. Sarah at checkin was lovely and helpful. She gave us a great recommendation for dinner, which we really enjoyed. The room was clean and the bed comfortable. We couldnt hear traffic even though we were facing the highway. Breakfast was OK- only a small choice of items. Appreciate that there were some hot items even though they were very basic sausage and premade egg patties

Somewhat confusing to find, but take an immediate right off the exit roundabout and you'll find it. Check-in person was super helpful, very pleasant, and efficient. would stay there again if passing this way.

The hot breakfast items left a lot to be desired. The only tasty hot item was the waffle. The eggs were tasteless pasty rounds and after watching several others throw the biscuits and gravy away, we decided to not even try them. The sheet on our bed was torn, not sure how housekeeping missed it since was right where it was folded over the coverlet. Asked to have it changed while we were out all day, but came back to find it the same. Had to go down and get a new one and make the bed ourselves. It is obvious this facility is in need of a facelift. While staff was friendly, it just seemed like everything was done cheaply.

The pool area could have been cleaner. There were bugs on the floor by the windows & spider webs under the chairs. Breakfast on Sunday morning was a joke. No choice of orange juice. they had biscuits & gravy but ran out of biscuits. they also ran out of milk, so no cereal either. Will not stay here again.

Check in was friendly and quick. Our room was very clean and the bed and pillows very comfortable. Breakfast was amazing, pancakes, bacon, eggs, and then all the usual yummy stuff. We will definitely stay here again!

Very nice hotel. pleasant staff. Great breakfast with lots of choices. I did checkout between 9:15 and 9:30. The person at the front desk was busy cleaning the breakfast area. I told her my room number and was checking out. Received an email around 12:19 asking when I was checking out.
