Great hotel, friendly staff and perfect parking with a U-Haul. We didn't like our first room due to the size of the bed so they switched us immediately and we're really nice about it!! Would definitely stay here again!

Very good one night stay in Sedalia. Uniquely themed hotel and lobby. Attractive and convenient facility overall. Front desk staff were friendly. Did not swim in the pool but it looked clean, well-maintained and inviting. Hot and cold breakfast options. I thought it was well furnished for a "complimentary" breakfast....no complaints. Biscuit/gravy, scrambled egg, hash browns, bacon, sausage, cereal, yogurt, muffins, juice, coffee, milk. The staff member in charge worked to keep everything stocked and everyone well served. Hallways and room were clean. Would definitely stay again.

This was nice clean quaint motel. The staff, especially even staff was very NICE and professional. The entire facilty was very clean including the room. Room extremely clean. Also, anyone handicapped HUGE ramp on first floor! They only have 1 washer and dryer but that on first floor also. Great BREAKFAST also!!

My room's carpets had been cleaned that day, which does mean they care about cleanliness, however the carpet was still wet and i had a sign in my room apologizing for it , but was not told at the front desk about it at all. The cleaner smell was kind of overwhelming and trying to relax in a damp room (everything felt damp with such high moisture in the room) is not great. The room should not be utilized until someone deems it dry enough. I also had no idea if the carpets were cleaned due to a sanitary issue (gross) or just routine cleaning. Probably some up front communication or asking if i would be ok with the room would be wiser. Also, the coffee at breakfast was almost clear and undrinkable - coffee is a critical part of guests routine and I have never complained at any hotel until this one - i had to make a stop to buy coffee elsewhere. I have stayed here many times before so I hope when i return there aren't so many odd issues. Its really a nice place overall.

The employees were great to work with I was easily checked in and in my room promptly. I enjoyed some hot cocoa that was provided for free and some cookies.. The hotel is very nice looking and exceptionally clean.

The building isn't very sound proof so it was noisy. Heavy walkers in the room above and reception area well heard through the door. I did like that there was an elevator. Staff was all very friendly, especially the woman who ran the breakfast area.

The hotel was perfect. Every staff member I interacted with was very nice. Our room was everything we needed. The only changes are the pillow are a little too thick for me and the light and fan combo is obnoxious in the middle of the night. Otherwise great. I would still book there again but I'll bring my own pillow.

The beds were super comfortable but the walls are a little thinner than I was expecting and a young boy’s baseball team was there our one night. The parents’ lack of respect for other guests till past 11pm at night letting the boys loudly rub and yell in the halls was decisively not on the hotel and after the boys went down, we easily fell asleep. The service was awesome by all staff we encountered! The breakfast was okay but nothing to really brag about. They definitely kept the buffet refilled and hot so that was a plus! The pool is warmed and clean! All in all I would say another great stay at a Comfort Inn. I have always enjoyed Marriott’s and Hiltons, but I would say this stay would definitely be up there for service and comfort minus not having more soundproofing of the walls.

Overall was a great location and place to stay. Smaller property and rooms smaller and bathroom was super small and very low ceiling. The electricity went out the morning of our checkout so no hot waffles or coffee or juice. :(

It was a bit pricey for just one night. We were on the main floor and checked in at 9:30ish pm, and it was busy and loud with other doors shutting loudly. I think we were in one of the original rooms as the rest of the hotel got added rooms later I was told. But it did provide a safe place to stay.

It’s a beautiful hotel with friendly staff, but unfortunately it’s also one of the noisiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. I got very little sleep either night because you can hear every single movement above you. There’s this weird, loud, creaking noise that sounds like the entire ceiling is going to come crashing down and when people walk in the rooms and halls in the floor above it sounds like a herd of elephants are running through the building. I will never stay there again, which is a shame because in every other way, this is a nice hotel.

I flew into the local airport, and the promised taxi was not operating. The night shift desk manager arranged for her husband to come get me as there was no other commercial transportation available. Amazing service! Six stars!!

We stayed for 2 nights. I went to the front desk to recode our keys for both rooms and to ask for housekeeping service. When the front desk attendant relayed the request to the housekeeper the housekeeper got upset, cut us off from walking outside and let the door shut on my 4 year old daughter. Other than that very poor encounter the stay went very well. We’ve stayed here before and will return when we come to town. The pool is nice, the breakfast is well stocked and of good quality, the hotel feels safe and the rooms are very comfortable.

The bed was not that comfortable. The shower had horrible water pressure, and half the settings on the shower head didn’t work. The breakfast offerings weren’t anything impressive. The sausage was a bit undercooked, the eggs were not good, only good part was the donuts.

Great stay, clean rooms, nice space. Nice lobby. Everything was great. The breakfast was the best we’ve had. Eggs, sausage, sausage, gravy. Biscuits and sausage gravy were included with all the regular stuff. Even had real donuts! It was very nice.
