The electricity went out in the bedroom/living room part of the room. The people on duty got us into another room right away. Your service is amazing, thank you.

Excellent room, pool and fitness facilities. Breakfast was good too! Our PTAC was very noisy throughout the night when the air would kick on and TV was annoying to use but would still highly recommend.

Room was extremely muggy & our sheets felt wet. Otherwise everything was fine. Breakfast was good! We’ve stayed here multiple times on our way to the lake. We enjoy the convenience of it right off the Highway & plenty of parking for our truck & boat.

Parking was safe. Did not use the gym at this time

Staff was very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. It seemed like the construction and finishing was a little off. Beds were very comfortable.

Hotel was a great place to stay and had a wonderful breakfast! My only complaint is the pool heater wasn’t working and it was super cold, but definitely not a deal breaker.

When we stayed here this last weekend it was 30 degrees outside and our room had no heat what so ever. We told the front desk and were told that a manager does not come in until Monday. All they could do is stop if from blowing cold. The hotel was full so we just had to put blankets on. Not a great stay. Do better.

Room floor was wet. Used bath mat to soak up water. When we stopped the mat was black from dirt on tiles. Linens in bathroom were damp from moisture in room. Outlet in bathroom didn’t work. Ironing board was broken. Room was clean and looked to be recently upgraded. Kitchen grandmas were the nicest. Kept the eating area clean and breakfast items well stocked. They work well together. We only stayed one night. If more we would have asked for a different room.

The first room we had was not the room we reserved, but we let that go. That was until we couldn’t stand the horrible stink that started to give us a headache. The staff didn’t seem surprised!

Well, when we checked in we had issues with our key, so did the people 2 doors from us, same time. The woman at the desk, whom we thought was a bit overwhelmed with 2 rooms having difficulties, didn't handle the situation well at all. As we all stood in the hot hallway, watching this woman and a maintenance guy try to work the locks, we were then allowed to enter the room but noticed very strong odors and the desk chair had a hand written note on it, saying something like it was just cleaned, which was odd, along with very strong odors...smelled like dog poo....Found out they allow pets in all rooms, another frequent guest we met told us it has happened to him more than once. The woman decided to give us another room, ONLY because we had not touched anything!!! Wow, is all I could think, as I was tired from traveling. The second room was acceptable. But the woman never truly apologized for the inconvenience. We reluctantly stayed the night. BUT later, went to use the shower, and a bunch of WET washrags were stuff around the top of the shower curtain!!! Kidding???? NOPE. In the morning, after telling the desk clerk our second bad experience, she said to send her images I took and she would contact her superiors. I sent those, but needless to say I never again heard from anyone there. I only write this now because I was just remembering what a bad experience we had there as I am planning another trip. Hoping one of their superiors sees this, but not holding my breath.

Awesome breakfast both days and a long time to get it. (6:00 to 10:00am) It is also located about 300 yards off of the Main Street so there was zero traffic noise at night.

When I turned back the cover the bottom sheet had blood on it. It was really late so I put towels and extra blanket down and slept on top of everything. Next morning asked maid across the hall to change the sheets and leave more towels. Left for the day and came back around 6:00 pm and it was exactly the same. Told front desk and the lady there went and changed the bed. She apologized for the maid service. I didn’t sleep at all worried about getting AIDS!

There was a funny odor to the room. Also when there were people outside smoking (our room was directly above a smoking area) the air conditioning unit brought the smoke smell directly into our room.

The ceilings are so thin in this place the people walking above shake the entire room. Our phone didn’t work and halfway through a shower is a poor time to realize the conditioner pump was empty. Staffs attitude towards these problems was complacent. For $180 in a small crappy town I expected better.

Great experience but the beds was a little too hard for my taste

Hotel was great, the shower is large and fantastic, the bed not the most comfortable at all, but fantastic stay. Great location.

The trim was coming off the wall, got stuck because bathroom door would not open, air condition was making awful sound, the free breakfast was gross, and the coffee was awful.

Was a lovely stay but our check out time via Expedia email said noon but it was 11 at the property so they were banging on our door to get us out at 1130 and they were not very kind when I stated that fact. The front desk woman and the lady informing us checkout was 11 literally watched us walk down the entire hallway speaking under their breath. Prior to that we had someone knocking at 9am then again at 1030 to “make sure we were still there”. That is rather annoying esp when you’re trying to get a family ready to leave anyways. Other than that it was fantastic. The guy at the front desk the night before was super kind and helpful.

I would have given an excellent review but 3 people knocked on the door to clean in 45 minutes while we were getting ready to leave even though we had a sign saying do not disturb on the door.

We were not able to check into our room until 10:30 at night . Arrived at 6pm to computer issues then the app was down. And then after check out I noticed they tried charging me for a damaged room saying they found weed in my room. Which was a complete lie finally after three days I did get a refund but I will not stay at this property again. GM Was not friendly at all!!

Very nice staff and front desk clerks. Helpful and friendly esp with our two small pups. Lovely stay.

The front desk check in guy was very pleasant and polite. The room was clean and comfortable and the free breakfast had a nice variety of food items. There was plenty of room for everyone to sit down and eat.

Excellent service and amenities. Deliciously cooked fresh breakfast each morning. Relaxing pool, clean rooms, this place was wonderful. We initially booked the motel 6 across the road because we have dogs, and that was awful. Glad we switched ! 100% 10/10 will be here at the hampton if im in Sedalia again.
