Would have given a 4 or 5 star rating but the elevator broke luckily we got all our stuff to the 4th floor room before it stopped working! It was fixed the next morning before check out. The bathroom door would not shut. The breakfast was great!

This is not a Hilton. There's another review that said this and I only half believed. There was bad planning to create a horrible floor plan. The bathroom sink isn't in the bathroom. There's no gym. There's not enough parking. There appeared to be cheaply done construction or renovation. Things don't line up and seems overall shoddy. There's poor management with empty spots for vending machines, no microwave in room, no coffee machine in room, no cups in room. However, most of the staff seem friendly. The pool is open and looks clean. I didn't notice a posted hours for the pool and there were people out there into the early morning. That with thinner walls means it's not super quiet and peaceful. Rooms are clean, but there's lingering smells mostly of smoking and not just tobacco. Don't expect a lot and this is okay.

Staff was excellent and extremely helpful. Among the best I've met. Property under a remodel and several of the amenities were not available. Would have been nice to know before booking. Overall condition of the room was very nice, but the floor turned white socks black, so take slippers.Great breakfast.

Elevator was broken my entire stay and I was not informed of this until I arrived . pool was out of service for half of my stay. Remotes do not come with each room you have to request it. Breakfast is included bagels and juice oh and yogurt! The beds are comfortable

Our stay was horrible…. The linen was dingy which was supposed to be white but was dingy off white. There was a old strange smell in the room. It wasn’t inviting or comfortable at all. Before checkout there was a baby roach crawling on sink near the coffee maker…… long hair that wasn’t mine on towels. I would give this place No stars.

Killed 3 roaches on my 3 day stay.. On the last day there was throwup in the stair well. The first day i had to buy smell good spray cus the room smelled like water leaking from a pipe. The room had not been vacuum. And the elevator broke the second day

Upon checking in the property there was a bunch of construction in the main lobby which was fine . However once getting upstairs to the room . First stop the bathroom the toilet was dirty & I mean inside the bowl & on the toilet seat . The toilet tissue holder was coming away from the wall so every time you pulled tissue the holder almost fell off the wall . The floor has hair and was just a mess . next stop the room the floor was carpet so it was crumbs here and there . The bed was very very verrrry uncomfortable felt like a roll away bed I wouldn’t have made it more than the one night I did. Now over to the sofa (pull out bed) upon pulling it out I noticed a bunch of white spots but as I pulled it out more I noticed a smell and it was mold . Dried mold all along the bottom of the mattress . After completely pulling the mattress out my girls noticed dried buggers and crumbs on the bed we folded it back I mentioned everything to a gentlemen who was either cleaning or stripping a room and he said he would mention it to the front desk clerk . The room it self was very spacious just not worth the money you pay for it 200 dollars

The hotel was really clean and comfy. It was convenient to places we visited. The breakfast was what they said. I expected hot breakfast. That was my fault for not reading. That was not a problem for us. Really enjoyed the bed, very comfortable. Room and the bathroom were very clean. I would stay here again.

Front desk guy was nice and told us the first floor was under renovation. Elevator was slow, floors were sticky, and smells old. Our room was dated and the bathroom was not clean. Sink and faucet had dirt on them from someone brushing their teeth. Mirror had a haze and needed to be cleaned. Not worth the price and definitely not a 8 out of 10!

The staff was kind and polite but the hotel itself needs repairs and there were cockroaches in our room, some parts of the floor had not been vacuumed when we came in If it wasn't for the amount of cockroaches in the room I would've given a better review

Room and especially bathroom could use a thorough cleaning. Mold in shower, on walls in bathroom and around vents. Furniture was a little dusty as well. Hallway had machine to help filter air, not sure what that was about but it at least smelled good. Rating is based on cleanliness of room alone. Only slept and showered so no other services needed

It’s not a bad hotel but for the price they should’ve had more. I would’ve been ok paying around $70-80 per night for what we got. The breakfast is average at best but at least free. Looks like they’re still renovating so maybe it’ll get better but that should’ve been reflected in the price. They are understaffed so check in took a long time and it’s hard to get help if you need it. Overall clean but a good stay but again expected more for the price they were asking per night.

Terrible hotel gave access to a stranger to my room that walked in on my daughter. Keys stop working every day if not twice a day filter in pool was never on pool so dirty went to office about issue they said all we can do is send you a survey we just work here terrible absolutely terrible vacation experience ever

The morning of checkout, the housekeeper came into my room prior to 11 o’clock check out time around 1030 and packed all of my personal items into a garbage bag and took it to front desk. I had not even checked out but was coming back to take a shower, and then I asked the lady at the front desk who checked me out and what time did they check me out because I was the only one in the room I also asked for my $50 back for incidental fees and the lady was not able to give me a receipt For that very upset and will never stay at this place ever again

After booking on Hotels.com, i was called by the Hotel to say they were overbooked. I have yet to get a response or a refund. When they called me i asked for a refund and i was told they never charged my card. It charged my account. Still waiting on a refund. I was stuck in Biloxi with no where to stay with my kids. Completely unacceptable.

Easy to find off I-10. Newly remodeled and the guy said they are going to remodel again? Don’t know what is up with that. The only complaint if I’m being picky is the fragrance in the room. Not bleach or cleaner but a strong Glade like fragrance I could live without. Doesn’t seem to be masking any other smell. But I would rather smell nothing.

Nice, quiet, newly renovated place. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was better than many. Only concern (not a complaint) is that the bathtub was extremely slippery; it needs some texture on the bottom to prevent falls.
