room was nice. Service was good. but waiting 15 minutes for the elevator only for it to show up full of people is crazy. They advertise high speed elevators and they are fast. But just too many people to service during peak times. Be prepared to wait.

My Particular room was newly remodeled. It is beautiful .. no tub-nice marbled walk in shower. Nikia at check in very nice. This is our go-to hotel for most weekend getaways for great concerts. I really enjoyed The Chill Lounge after the concert. Live band -Fever Dream was there. Absolutely fabulous! They were great!

The Hotel was okay, everything in the room was clean and organized, the A/C worked great. But the fridge didn’t work. I had a great time at the casino, all the staff that i spoke to were very friendly and informative. The dealers at the table games are very helpful, if its your first time playing. The pool closes really early (7pm) compared to the other hotels in the area. Finding the pool its a nightmare, good luck! The only day we had an opportunity to get in the pool, we were in the water for about 20min we heard lightning and the staff got everybody out of the pool and said it was shut down until further notice. The valet parking was really frustrating, they took 40min-45min the first time to bring my vehicle around. I thought to myself, it’s probably a busy day but on Sunday night the valet area was completely empty, just me and another family waiting for the vehicles and they took over an hour to bring it around. So i just started parking across the street in the gravel parking lot.

The hotel itself was nice but it smelled like nothing but water our first room was soaked they had to give us another room the second day the same thing the ac started leaking they came unclogged it but floor still was wet the day of check out the bathroom sink was clogged you can tell it’s an old hotel the bathroom wasn’t cleaned properly I normally don’t do reviews but I think they needed to know so it can be addressed in future because I wasn’t thee only one complaining

I’ve been to IP multiple times before. This was the most disappointing stay. We were staying to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday. After a long day I climbed in the shower and was met with thick mold. The casino did state construction which was fine. There was drilling periodically but the smell of strong paint filled my room. I am prone to headaches from smells. After 6 pm the paint smelled died down followed by cigarettes. We were in a non smoking room but the smell was coming through AC vent. I did message through hotel.com app. It said I would be contacted but never was. I also tried to leave message through IP website but kept saying message was invalid. Checkout day I was awoken by cleaning staff yelling at each other. Then when in shower cleaning staff was banging on door. I got out to answer and they stated they thought I had checked out. There was still 2 hours till check out. It was not same IP I grew up staying at unfortunately.

I got to stay in one of the refurbished rooms with a wonderful view of the gulf and the bayside. I've stayed in five star hotels before that did not have rooms this nice. Other than the lady at the first check in desk being completely unfriendly and annoyed that my husband couldn't hear what she was saying because he lost most of his hearing in the Vietnam War and she didn't bother to try to tell us anything, like how to use our key for the elevators and that there was no house keeping so we had to ask for towels and rags, the other customers had to tell us what to do, but the hotel was very nice overall!!! If we go back we will make sure we don't go to that lady's line!!!

OMG!!! My husband and I had so much fun. Everything was literally 3 to 5 miles from the hotel. We ate at the Bayview Cafe which was amazing. The food was good the server was great. The casino was fun. The only thing I would change is the smell that was in the hallway of our floor. It stunk really bad. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable and the VIEW OMG. I COULD WAKE UP TO THAT VIEW EVERYDAY. We had so much fun. SHOUT OUT TO THE LADIES THAT WAS WORKING THE BAR AT THE POOL AREA. They were friendly and the drinks were awesome. We will most definitely be coming back.

It was very nice. I for sure would stay there again. Very close to beaches. We had to park in employee parking which was kind of a distance, because our van was too high for the clearance for the parking garage. I would have preferred to park in their regular lot.

Elevators took 10-15 minutes before one was available. The amount of smoke in the hotel/casino was overbearing. We had dinner in Thirty-Two steakhouse and people were smoking in there as well. Thirty-Two was amazing and the service was extraordinary. Do something about the smoke and we’d be back.
