Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Biloxi

I enjoyed my stay , the room was nice comfortable beds and really nice bathroom. I liked the big windows in the platinum room . I liked the food options . The pool area is nice we went in the hot tub and pool . Pool is cold but feels good getting out of the hot tub . I’ll definitely go back. We didn’t really gamble .

Free parking was easy and convenient

The price was competitive and the location was great! Cool overall style/decor and good food options & live music (plus free parking). However, the pool bar was not open/staffed on a Friday afternoon, huge disappointment. Overall the room could use a "tune up". The wardrobe doors wouldn't close, the shower door handle and the toilet paper holder were falling off. One of the 2 elevators doesn't work well and the casino allows smoking inside. You shouldn't expect perfection here, but we had fun!

Pool bar closed at 5pm... Everything else was great!

Initially, had issues changing rooms to one with a better view. After speaking with a manager, we were assigned a new room. Received microwave as requested very quickly. Very disappointed that the pool was not working and wouldn't be working until after we checked out.

There was an emergency which had the pool closed for the duration of our stay that we intended to spend mostly at the pool. Not good. But outside of that the room was in pretty bad shape too. The desk staff was tired of dealing with people complaining about the pool and it showed. For me personally- there was music playing loudly in each direction. Not the same music, just loud competing sounds that there was no escape from. This seems like and easy fix. I wish there were a space of quiet to go to besides the room. An outside deck or something like that. I will say the cleaning crew were doing the best with what they had. They were cheerful and nice. This is a reflection of several different encounters with different shifts. I won’t be back to the Hard Rock.

We were charged a resort fee for the two nights we were there but the pool And the hot and outside pool bar down for maintenance and repairs. You could not get to the area to see the gulf. That was a disappointment. Yet they charged us for the two nights we booked a resort fee. I disagree with this seeing we were unable to use the resort

The room was clean, bed was not very comfortable. Pool was closed and we booked this hotel to enjoy the pool.

The hotel was busy but well-managed. Some good onsite dining and drinking options, and a sizable pool area. The pool was definitely more of a hanging out area than a place to seriously swim in though, with a DJ blasting out the music to a partying crowd. A fun place to stay, and stacked full of music memorabilia. The location was a leisurely 15 minute walk from the new Amtrak station.

The rooms smelled like smoke. Housekeeping was non-existent. The tower we were in needs a makeover badly.

The rooms were decent enough but the floors needed cleaning. The white socks we had on was light brown underneath our socks. The socks were new bought them from walmart and used them to walk on the floor at hotel.

Room smelled, foyer floor was dirty, grout around toilet needs to get replaced, chair is dirty, bathroom grout needs cleaning. I stay here a lot and this was not what I am accustomed to with the Hard Rock.

The room was so dusty, dust literally everywhere. Housekeeping must looks place dusting that room for sure. I loved the layout of the room, and the rising blinds made it very unique. I just wish it wasn’t so dusty.

Shower had used soap on the bench and a used q-tip on the floor

Elevators and rooms not as clean as expected

The room was dirty floors needed to be cleaned. The shower had hair and shower windows dirty. Makes me wonder if clean sheets were put on the bed?

The room was dirty and needed a deep clean. The sofa needed to be steam cleaned. Window seal needs to be cleaned. Bathroom floors needed to be mopped. Shower needs to be steamed clean. Light fixtures need to be dusted.

We were they 5 days and not once did I see the hallways vacuumed same dirt same spot Elevator floors dirty Headboard had something on it Fingerprints all over window Glasses were dirty

Everyone and everything was amazing ! Loved my pool and Gulf view !! I did think my king room would have been larger but overall was fine. Did wish i had a nice tub and shower combo as i like to soak ! But shower was beautiful. Will stay again, just may get a different room type.

The door lock didn’t work properly. To get in the room you had to properly time the green light on the door with the lock for it to open. The shower also leaked really bad on the floor in front of the doors.

The bath room lights were broken, the bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. They had broken tiles near the shower, the door to the frig was also broken. The room was noisy since we were facing the street. Not sure we will go back.

Platinum tower rooms are great. Very spacious. Love the shower.

We were in the Royal building of Hard Rock. We didn’t know there was a Platinum building too. The Royal side is the original and older, not updated. All furniture was needing paint badly. We will know next time to reserve a room in the Platinum side which is newer and updated.

Rooms need to be updated

The room was nice but dated. The shower head was malfunctioning water presure and the amount of water was low. The Oyster restaurant was very good. Seafood gumbo was delicious.

Check in was easy & the room was big. The one thing we didn’t care for is the bathroom & shower are all in open glass, so there is no privacy in the bathing & vanity part. In the lavatory area, there is only one hook and no shelf to put vanities. The light switches are in awkward places. No extra blankets in the closet. The motorized shades were nice. There are adequate restaurants in this hotel, so you don’t even have to leave to go eat. The hotel is in walking distance to the opulent Beau Rivage resort. The bed was very comfortable & the room was clean with adequate towels for a 2 night stay.

All the slots are pretty much the same--too many progressives! Ice machine was broken on my floor--had to get in elevator and go to another floor every time I needed ice. Went to two different floors the first time since the first floor I went to was broken also. Everything in the rooms were old and worn. Toilet paper holder was rusty, door to bathroom wouldn't slide easily, shower door was hard to keep shut, and no charging stations for electronics! No blanket on the bed, just two top sheets that wouldn;t pull all the way up.

The room could have used some work. One of the cabinets wouldn't stay closed furniture was scarcht up shower head didn't work

Had to park on 4th parking deck. Front desk was rude, will not stay at the hard rock again.

Amazing stay, very welcoming staff!

Don’t stay here if you like hot showers or friendly customer service. The only person that was decent in this hotel was the lady that helped us when we checked out. Check in attendant was short with responses and never once smiled, nothing but a grumpy face. First attempt via phone for help with getting hot water was, we’ll be there within 30 mins. An hour later, settled for a cold shower. Next morning, face to face request for help got us a work order put in. Not once did she apologize for the inconvenience or offer us another room. That night, still no hot water, they did unclog both sinks that wouldn’t drain. We wanted a hot shower so we checked out a day early. Very disappointed!!!

Center bar service was terrible. Ruth Chris restaurant hostess really bad. And housekeeper banging on door at 8am and again at 10 am. Checkout was at 11. Sweet shop bar server was phenomenal!! Overall a good experience

The hotel and casino are beautiful and had good restaurants however their customer service was terrible. We had no hot water in our room and was promised maintenance would be right up. 45 minutes later no one was there yet so we went to try and enjoy our evening but didn’t go to the desired restaurant since we couldn’t shower. 1 am comes and still no hot water. Talked to front desk again and same answer they’d be right up. I went to bed at 2:30 am with no sign of maintenance. Here we are at 9:30 am and still without hot water. I demanded a refund and asked if we were going to get hot water at she stated”Well you’re checking out this morning”. Are you kidding me? A hot shower before a 7 hour drive would have been nice. Use caution when staying at this location.

The front desk help is above and beyond . Warm and friendly . And helpful to us when we had a problem with our room . They changed it for us as this was probably our last anniversary together because my husband has brain cancer . Thank you for making it special

I called to reserve a cabana. The young lady hung up in me 4x. U called operator to speak with manager. He booked the cabana and apologize, but he didnt seem surprised. I eeserve two room and both showers had hair on the shkwer floors and one of the showers had glass on the floor. The Hard Rock is not a 3, 4 nor 5 star resort. They advertised pet friendly but have NO area just for pets. House keeping did not clean out rooms not one time and we were there 5 days and 4 nights. We were in smoke free rooms and we continued to smell weed the entire stay and i got to say it was very fragrant when housekeepikg was on the floor. Not returning.

We stayed at the Hard Rock 2x in one week, Tuesday and Saturday. Both times we had to wait for a available room it was 415 before our room was ready along with many patrons. The room was nice but the staff was very unfriendly. Pictures of all the people waiting at 410 for the housekeeping to have the rooms ready.

Great hotel! The vibe was fun and there were great shopping and dining spots within the hotel. They forgot to enter our room information so we had to wait a bit and the lady at the check in desk wasn’t that friendly about it but everyone else was lovely.

I drove 7 hours to come stay/play at Hard Rock and had a decent amount of luggage to unload for check in. An employee came up and told me that Valet is closed and that I could park anywhere in the parking deck. After about 45 seconds of me standing there waiting for my wife to come back with a cart he walks back up saying "so you do need help" semi aggressively. I said no I need a cart. He stated we don't give out carts. About that time my wife returned with another employee and a cart. Important note: check in starts at 4 pm and it is 5pm. After I parked my wife informed me that the front desk says the room is not ready yet. I ask directly why our room is not ready. The desk staff stated staffing shortages and short times between check out/in (which is 5 hours like other hotels). Then she proudly explained that the Hard rock “sells out all rooms every day" and she had never worked for such a wonderful place. So I bluntly stated if you sell out every day you can afford to hire a full staff to make sure the rooms are ready. She didn't apologize or even listen to what we were saying. No one cared. Then we asked what the hotel was going to do to compensate us for the wait. Magically then it was ready. Then the hotel door doesn't work properly making us wait 15 min to fix, the bathroom door gets stuck constantly, many of the machines in the casino didn't work, and our players' cards only worked half the time. This property seems to have fully given up.

Absolutely loved it. Been on the road for a few days. No need to leave the hotel. Everything there that you needed!

Super nice staff The location is very convenient. Even though this is a casino hotel, we stayed in a non smoking wing of the hotel so that was great. The rooms are on the smaller side and the lighting could be improved, but very nice.

Plentiful, easy, free parking. Walkable to many attractions in Biloxi including the beach, the ballpark, and the lighthouse. Clean rooms, many dining options. Easy access to casino. Very friendly staff. No negative issues at all.

Very nice and hip hotel, Platinum rooms facing ocean are the best view.in town IMHO.

Great ,cool place .had a room with view.property on the ocean front. Casino on site on bottom floor. Smoking allowed in casino,not in hotel part. Greta pool area .id stay again ,very nice

Great stay! Location was awesome. Restaurants are in walking distance, other hotels as well. Nice in/house restaurant selections.

Nice 1 night stay. Rooms are some what outdated but overall nice location. Pool area was great!

Room was clean and ready at check-in time, front desk staff were very courteous and helpful, enjoyed walking through the casino as well and eating at Half Shell one of our favorite restaurants!

We liked the pool and the swim up bar. We appreciated all the dining options. Centrally located and easy parking. Of course fun gambling and great bands

Went to Duncan Donuts and coffee was warm no biscuits. The next morning asked for hot coffee and again warm, and again at 6:40 am this time was no breakfast sandwiches only day old donuts available!! Pie Five no one smiled and acted like you inconvenienced them with your order! Terrible service from both places!!! The Hard Rock Cafe was good but only opened after 11:00. So you actually have to leave the hotel or order room service for breakfast! Showers are dirty and out dated. The beds you could feel the springs and slept terrible. Called front desk first day about the safe not working no one came to fix it. Next day went to the front desk and still no one came to fix the safe. We stayed 4 nights and no one ever came by to fix the safe! We will never go back or recommend to any to waste your money on the hotel.

Pool scene and outdoor service was great. Ruth’s Chris was great too. Breakfast options were non-existent. Dunkin’ had options but they were never available. Sweet treats service was very lackluster, waiting over 20 minutes for a drink. Definitely not worthy of the resort fee they charged.

The staff were very friendly. The pool was amazing!! The dining options were great. Really enjoyed eating at the Half-shell Oyster House. Great food options and the food was fantastic.

The staff was very nice. The rooms were great, everything was clean. We had dinner at The restaurant Chris, steaks were delicious. Definitely recommend.

This place is definitely worth it ! The Hard Rock Cafe and the Sugar Factory have anything and everything you could want to eat and drink. Shopping is pleasant, no pressure. Excellent experience. Big shout out to Brandon and Jesse in the Café and everybody at the Sugar Factory !

I’ve stayed here several times in the past. The property is great. Service is great. Tried room service this time and it was pretty good too. My only complaint is that the really nice shower didn’t function properly. I mean, it got the job done. But in desperate need of maintenance.
