The bathtub faucet would not turn off, water ran all night. The TV did not work. We moved the couch to try to cover some of the noise coming from the adjacent room, only to find fuzzy mold growing on the wall. There was only one very dim light bulb in the bathroom, too dark to see so had to leave the door open to use the restroom. Workout room had no a/c and only one piece of equipment worked. Tried to complain to the lady at the front desk, but she was no help because we booked through Hotels.com Save yourself some money & sleep in your car. You will be better off. We will never return to this hotel.

We was not notified about roof renovation during our stay. The roof leak during the stay and the 1st floor flooded from an unexpected rain. We received a knock on the door at 1:30am and was force to evacuate from the incident by the fire department. All other hotels were booked and the front desk was no help with arranging other stay location. We searched for 4 hrs before finding Holiday Inn in Ocean Springs who was kind enough for us to check in early at 7am. Stay away from this hotel and find another location.

It was absolutely horrible. I took my daughter to go swimming there. There was garbage in the pool and the bottom of it was brown. They would not refund me for my money. I would never stay here.

This place is in dire need of a makeover. Paint peeling everywhere, stains in tub, interior doors coming apart, Netflix advertised on smart tv but says it was unavailable. Walls have holes in hallways. Complimentary water in lobby empty and looked like it had been that way for weeks. One of the side doors won’t read keys. Worst part of all was the fitness center. Not a single piece of equipment worked! Not one! I guess you get what you pay for. I travel for work so from now on I’ll pay extra and stay at Hilton properties across the highway.

The first night was fine, but the second night was terrible being woken up by the fire alarm going off and the fire dept. waking us up due to the fact the building was flooded. So this all too place at 2AM I went to the front desk to ask what was going on and all I get told is we had to leave without any offer of helping find another hotel or anything. They did offer to refund my nights stay but when I checked my account they had charged me for another night instead of refunding it. Then on the way out we had to take the stairs of course and we get to the bottom of the last flight and my wife slips and falls in the standing water, with all of us having our hands full it took as a minute to help her up. It was not a pleasant stay at all

This property disappointed as soon as we opened the door the room smelled like smoke, we had no towels, and there was no remote to the TV. We booked this hotel last minute while traveling back home and around 3am I awoke to what appeared to be bug in the bed .. after I immediately turned the lights on we found 2 ROACHES scattering across the BED. As we immediately gathered our items we found 1 in the bathroom that I was able to get a picture of. I asked staff when checking out for a refund and she giggled as if this was funny and explained that we should ask the manager.. almost as if this is the norm. I explained to them it’s ridiculous to see a sign explaining a $250 fee for pets when you check in and their are already pet roaches in the room, I should be getting $250. I called the manager the next morning when staff told me she would be in for a refund. She told me that she has never had this complaint and she needed to go check the room herself and would call me back. She never called me back and we were forced to continue our journey with hardly any sleep. 0/10 stars I would NEVER RECOMMEND. I am in process of making a complaint with the BBB because just as prompt as the property was to collect my payment, they should be as equally prompt as responding to a serious matter like this.

This was a terrible place. My husband was bit by a spider during the night and we had to spend the rest of our trip at urgent care. staff was not helpful AT ALL!! The room had an awful smell and was VERY UNCLEAN. DO NOT STAY HERE

I never ever will stay here again. The room was nasty. It wasn't clean. I had to change to a second room and that one still was not Clean. Nasty. Bloody tissues on the floor wasn't clean underneath. It was just it was a nasty place to stay. I would never stay there again, not with the experience that I had.

As soon as we walked in the room we saw a couple of roaches crawling around on the bed. We immediately got our belongings and went to the front desk. I requested another room and told the attendant why and they didn’t seem surprised nor apologetic, just gave me keys to another room. Once in our new room, it was very dated. Hair was in both beds. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Items were rusted, door to the bathroom had pieces of woods splintered off. We were informed that it takes 5-7 minutes for the water to warm up to take a shower. The seating in the breakfast area was old, worn out. Area near back entrance was filthy with trash overflowing from the garbage can onto the walkway for the duration of our stay. We ended up going to Walmart to purchase pillows, towels, linens, etc just to make it through the weekend.

The staff was fine. The lobby and room smelled extremely strong of cleaning products. Our room was in a very run down condition. There was rust on all the door frames. The bathroom door looked like it had gotten wet and swollen at the bottom. The laminate was lifting on the bottom inch. It was also scuffed and beat up looking. There was paint of something falling off the ceiling in the bathroom. It was hanging down in a huge circle about 2 inches. One of the hand towels looked staibed with either rust or blood. The refrigerator didn’t really get cold and looked beat up. The breakfast tasted fine, but I ended up really sick for a few hours after.

There was no hot water, stuff from ceiling was falling on the floor and couch , had to turn the tv on manually because the remote wouldn’t work . Lastly the sink wouldn’t drain.

There were about 3 or 4 spiders on the curtains in our room. Bathroom door is torn up at bottom corner and it almost sticks when trying to use the handle to open it. Rust stains in bathtub. The beds are comfortable. Needs more lighting in the main area.

First, the pictures are very deceiving. Some of the doors don’t lock. They furniture is all busted up. The ceiling tiles are falling down. There’s rust in the bathrooms. The carpet in the room was coming up. The curtains were failing off the windows. The pool area didn’t have any towels. When we asked about it the front desk laughed and said yea and walked away. We woke up to our cars having $20 bills on them. (it would be amazing if there wasn’t a fentanyl scare). The front desk did nothing about it. Just said ok.

I was just traveling through and needed a place to sleep for a few hours until the morning. Staff was very friendly. The hotel was showing signs of age and looked beat up. There was a loose piece of wall paper hanging off the wall by the elevator. The room was ok. Bathroom was mediocre. Shower had luke warm watet and lower than average pressure. I was on the 2nd floor. Positives were location to the interstate, restaurants and shops. The staff was friendly. The wifi was fast as I had to catch up on some work. Probably would stay again if traveling through, but not a long term for vacation.

I arrived late night, the staff slep approximately 10 feet from the counter, i spoke and saying hello, hello with loud tone but no one came by, i walk around the building ... no one around, called and still no one around. When i went and opened the door, the staff jumped up from sleeping, so the whole time she ignored me being there.

Bed was really comfortable. No amenities; not even tissue paper. Hallway hasn't seen a vacuum cleaner in awhile. Breakfast was pretty standard, nothing to bragg about. Limited fruit and eggs are unusual. Waffles were the best part. Dining chairs are long past their wearout date. Next door is a Walmart, very convenient. Freeway is within 200 yards. Very easy on and off. Lots of nearby shopping. Casinos are 5-10 minute drive. Cheapest gas on my cross country trip west to east was the previous exit (Buccees, $2.32).

The commodes are too low in regular rooms plus the water level is too high in the commodes that makes it very uncomfortable for males. The breakfast was not very good. The juice machine was out of orange juice. Do not like egg whites as the only option for eggs. We’re out of yogurt on Sunday. Beds were very comfortable
