The casino area was nice and not as smokey as other casinos. The hotel lobby, bar, and restaurant were nice because it was not smokey. The rooms were not well kept and could be if the staff was committed to cleaning. For instance the hall floors were dirty and the elevator area’s trash cans were full the entire time. The walls in the hallway could have been painted and kept up. The windows in the hotel and restaurant area were dirty. The pool area was dated. For instance, the beach lounge chairs were broken. Another example was the pool area ground was coming up. The pool bar attendants were attending to guest though and that was nice. The pool bar was dirty and dated. It would have been nice to have a tv outside to watch the game at the outdoor bar. The gym was extremely dingy. We did not use it and instead paid to go to the IP gym for the day. The reason was because it was so dated and water coming through the ceiling onto electrical outlets. However, we did like the Starbucks workers who were very attentive and the Purple Zebra worker who was pleasant and attentive. Overall, if the property were to maintain the small details they would do better.

This place needs to be deep cleaned . You cant see anything in the bathrooms as the lighting terrible. You will bot gwt clean towels unless you stay for mote than 4 days . You will pay a resort fee , what it covers I have no clue . You will also pay 20$ per person if you want a chair at the pool, freaking insane . We paid 20$ to use the Golden Nuggets amazing pool with swim up bar . I will nevwr stay here again !!!

THE WHIRLPOOL IS ALWAYS AN ISSUE BECAUSE OF THE HORRIBLE TEMPERATURE SETTING. ITS BARELY EVEN WARM WATER. LOTS OF PEOPLE COMPLAIN TO THE STAFF BUT THEY ALL SAY "WE CANT ADJUST IT, THATS WHAT ITS SET TO." THE POOL IS GREAT BUT THE WHIRLPOOL IS A JOKE.

Good stay but I had to take the lid off the toilet to flush every time. I did not want service techs in our room so I dealt with it. The main valve on the shower dripped constantly and also needs addressing. Whirlpool and pool were excellent.

There were 3 people staying in a 4 person bedroom and there were only 2 sets of bath towels. I called housekeeping 2x and the front desk to get more and it took almost an hour to get. I purchased the gulf view room and it was more so a partial gulf view room. Looking straight out of the window was the pool area and the Biloxi bridge going into D’iberlvile. The gulf was on the right side. The sheets on both beds weren’t necessarily clean as there was hair and different colors on them. The room was in bad condition so to speak. The outlets to charge devices were loose and had shorts so someones phone didn’t charge properly. The bathrooms shower knob didn’t turn properly so the water was constantly dripping. The toliets handle would get stuck when flushing so the toilet either continually flushed or didn’t flush at all. The website mentioned microwave upon request and I did request that in advance and there wasn’t one present. Housekeeping also did not clean the room during the scheduled cleaning time. One thing that was good was hotel staff were very friendly.

Trash everywhere. In the garage, in the hallways, everywhere. Bathroom outfitted with mish-mash of fittings. Water never got warm <-- forget expecting a hot shower. Way before Hurrican Katrina, 20 years ago, this place was one of the gems on the coast. Now it looks like Katrina only hit last week and that management still hasn't figured out how to clean up after that storm. Bed comfortable, room quiet. Those are good, but he rest of the place seems to be decaying.

The room was very dirty. Vacuum had not been run, carpet had debri from previous guests. carpet is filthy, left socks brown where walked on carpet. Hair on floor and in shower. Shower would not turn off completely and dropped all night and was still dripping when we left. Tried turning knob as tight as we could.

When I got in my room- my bed didn’t even have a fitted sheet on it. Had a small blanket and sheet. The tub had hair all over the bath mat. There was stains on my bath towels. The parking garage was disgusting. No matter you parked there was trash all over.

This hotel was filthy. Rooms were nasty not clean and smells bad. Not worth the money not even if your stay was free. Ended up leaving to stay at the IP which was a very nice hotel for a LOT less. I wouldn’t recommend this location. I’ve stayed at several Harrahs and never had a room in such poor condition.

A broken cabinet by the fridge, the safe didn't work. We had to have someone fix it. Waited a long time to be seated at Siszle and Salt restaurant ( no hostess). But my husband had hurt his hip and couldn’t walk to the lobby from our room. After getting transferred to a couple people, Security came to the rescue with a wheelchair. “Ilene” was wonderful helping him from our room to our car.

We attempted to check in at 4:30. Was told the room was not ready. Around 5:30, I went to check on the room and was told that it still wasn’t ready. They offered us a 50 dollar credit for the nearby restaurant. After our dinner they told us that the room was almost ready. Almost two hours after we arrived we got the room.

Checked in at 5pm was told they were working on getting my room ready and would call me when it was done! 4.5 hours later and a phone call my room was finally available. No effort or offer of any type to compensate for the delay. Had been on the road for 12 hours wanted to shower and gamble! Ended up showering and going to bed at 10:15 by the time I finally got into the room! 5hrs and 15 min to check in is a little crazy!

The Ceasar rewards program was not explained very well to me. I had to ask housekeeping everyday for clean towels. If you are not going to clean a room everyday, do you expect your guest paying the price we were charged for a room daily to use the same towels??? The restaurant prices were too high!! Just because you are a "Casino" hotel does not mean every guest that stays there is a millionare! The people that checked you in and out were rude! Will I stay again, I don't know; but..... do not expect you to be unhappy about losing me since I am not a millionare,

I liked the property and walking path over the road to the restaurant and to the waterfront. I did not like the procedure to charge $15 tor check in at 3:30. We did not pay the fee and went to lunch and then checked in.

This is a excellent property!! Everything is 10-20 minutes away. The only problem was on check-in I was charged $100 for some reason? My understanding only had to pay estimated $43 upon arrival. This paid at checkout. Despite that, overall great quality resort.

Came to Biloxi to get away from the winter weather in Missouri. The hotel was a bit dated and they did not have a microwave in the room which was inconvenient, but they would send us one for $25 a night. We were there for 3 nights. It is a casino so there was a lot to do. The pool area was gorgeous, there was a pedestrian bridge over the road so you could safely cross the busy road to get to the beach. The parking garage was easy to use and free. There are, however, no area maps, advertisements of local attractions or even a hotel map so you can find your way around. If you've never been in this area before, you'll get very lost, very quick. We ended up exploring the hotel longer than we wanted to just to be able to get a feel for where everything was. They only put 2 towels in our room and said we could request more, but we were so uncomfortable not having any information on anything, we didn't request more just to keep things simple. I know their focus is on keeping people there to gamble, but basic area and hotel information would have been so helpful. We come to New Orleans on occassion and do want to add Biloxi to our vacation again, but will try somewhere else next time.

Slots are tight. They charge you an extra $100 on your card and they don't refund it till days later. The Steak N Shake in the casino is horrible. 45 Minutes for a Burger and Fries and the order was wrong and the fries were cold and hard as a rock. Terrible experience. Go stay somewhere else.

Five nights. Very nice room with a pool/gulf view. Bed was soft with great linens. Casino while small, had a friendly staff and plenty of variety for table games. The food in the restaurants within the hotel/casino was tasty with right sized potions. Maybe a bit pricey. Bartenders were knowledgeable and attentive.

I liked the location of the property. What I did not like was the Steak n Shake restaurant that is the casino. My wife and I ate there and they charged my credit card twice. Of course I did not know this until I returned home and I have not yet been able to resolve the situation. It is a big negative for Harrah's.

Everything was great until I purchased a beer at the casino bar. I was charged $17.12 for a beer which should have been $5.50. I knew it was wrong but I couldn't get the bartenders attention. My food was getting cold so I figured I'll just pay and deal with it in the morning. Next day I checked out and went back to the bar to get it fixed. The bartender called the manager. It took her 30 minutes to show up. She wasn't helpful or apologetic. She took my name, number and credit card information and told me that she would call me when it was fixed. Guess what, she never did. I called the hotel the next day. Was on the phone for another 30 minutes to get this fixed. All this for a beer. I would have let it go but it's the principal. After all this, spending 30 minutes waiting for the manager at the bar and 30 minutes on the phone the next day, they didn’t even offer to give me a full refund. They still kept the $5.50 for the beer and refunded me the difference. Petty. I've stayed at this Harrah's many times. In fact, I have another trip coming up next week. I'll have to find another hotel and I'm not happy about it.
