Mold on shower curtains. Sink counter looked like it could fall it was not connected to sealant on right side. Huge gap under door where bugs were coming in. Pool was very cloudy and did not look appealing.

The blankets are actually window curtains. The pool was closed and it was the main reason we chose this hotel. A naked man came from his room right in front of my 2 young daughters.

Nothing was nice here. The room was dirty, moldy, dirty underwear in room broke fixtures. Pool had no place to sit 17 broke chairs hot tub had no hand rail at all couldn’t get in or out couldn’t use amenities breakfast was a joke mini muffin extra small coffee would not stay here ever again.

Was a one night stay was a simple hotel room nothing really stands out maybe the refrigerator and microwave easy accessible pool for the adults and for the youth/toddlers two wadding style pools and a pool that reaches five feet deep..Easy check in and check out..Also staff friendly and courteous..Had a pleasant stay in all ..Thank you.

This property did not have a continetal breakfast, they offer coffee and muffin. The bathroom outlet did not work, the shower was moldy and the fixtures had holes around them. Very loud and did not feel safe.

I arrived on a Sunday morning ..the reason I booked this hotel was for the pool n finding out that the pool was out of service ..the shower nozzle wasn’t working properly n also while you try to take a shower it filled like you where taking a bath ..also said breakfast available true to a point if you just want muffins every day …

The room was disgusting. The fridge didn't work. The water wouldn't get hot. They put us in a conjoining room and the door to the other room was open when we went in so they may have been using both sides I'm not sure. Terrible experience!

This property is in urgent need of a complete renovation. During my stay, I encountered significant cleanliness and maintenance issues, including a roach infestation, holes in the walls and doors, and a large gap around the door frame that allowed pests to enter the room. The comforter had a visible cigarette burn, and the door would rattle loudly whenever neighboring doors were closed. Plus the walls were thin. On a positive note, the front desk staff were exceptionally kind and mentioned that the hotel was recently acquired. However, I would strongly advise against booking a stay here unless a full remodel has been completed.

Room stunk like mildew or something. Shower head was broken and no hot water. I literally took a cold shower. We ended up cutting our losses, checked out and found another hotel. This place should be condemned.

Very dirty not clean at all. No hot water and also no cold water. Pipes hanging out of the walls 1 1/2 inck gap under the front door. Looked like a 3 year old remolded the place. Could not park my trailer and had to pay someone else to park. Very pour looking place. Have stayed in better super 8's in worse placeses. Needs a tear down and rebuilt.

Hotel was not very friendly, not clean at all. Dead roaches in room and requested it to be clean brought towels but did not clean. When I spoke to lady at desk she asked if I had spoke to housekeeping and told her no that I spoke to you about it.

The bathroom wasn't clean the housekeeper dont speak english. The bed was not queen size they was full and the bed fram was to big. Under the bed was so nasty.The ice box was nasty. A lot of homeless people wondering around. The wrost part on sat the water was cut off we went to all day without water.

Was in a great location but, I have never seen such filth in my life! Just walking on the floors made my feet black with dirt, there is mold all in the bathroom I didn't even shower was that bad!!! There were holes in the walls and the door to get in the room was broken, very unsafe. Extremely disappointed in Expedia!!! Can't believe you would have this on your website!! Will probably not use Expedia again. Thank you.

We stayed for 4 days, and had no housekeeping except for clean towels for 3 of the 4 days. The A/C ran intermittently, and particularly noisy when running. The hot & cold water lines were installed backward in both the shower and sink ... turning to hot got cold water & vise-versa. The shower had no select lever to run for the tub - shower only. The sink had no stopper - I had to run the water continuously to shave! The king sized bed was on an oversized steel bed frame making bumping it with your shins a frequent occurrence - ouch!.

I wish i could say that this was good for the price but i paid almost $200/night, where this hotel.should never charge anymore than $100. I understand it was a holiday weekend but thats no justification on the price. The price should fit the stay. The toilet had pee on it when we arrived. The beds are hard, you can feel every spring inside. Very uncomfortable. The staff doesnt come in to retidy the room or replenish the room with towels when ur away. They just put 1 towel, 1 wash cloth, and floor rug on the bed, when we had 2 people. The bathroom is very tiny. Your elbows touch the wall and shower when on toilet, no space really at all. The room had a strong stingy cigarettes smell, eventhough claimed to be non smoking. All in all, i would not stay here, nor recommend staying here unless the price is well under $100, regardless of its a holiday.

Every air conditioning unit was leaking onto the walkways and was very slippery as you were walking to your room. The green sludge that was on the walkways was very dangerous. Our room had the worst marijuana odor ever. The air conditioner in our room was leaking onto the carpet and by the time we left two days later, we were both sick. I have a feeling that there was mold in the room. The mattress on the bedframe was smaller than the frame so you kept hitting your legs every time you got in and out of the bed. The bed was very uncomfortable. There was absolutely no place to put your clothes because there was no closet and no dresser. The staff was nice and friendly, but it still did not cancel out the discomfort of the room.

It's obviously an older property, but they have done a fairly good job with renovations. We had a new A/C unit and the room was clean. The door was hard to open and close because the door hit the frame near the bottom. the pool was clean but less than 5' deep. Most of the pool lounge chairs were broken. The so called breakfast was supposed to be a Danish and coffee. Found the coffee (that I don't drink) but never found the Danish. Bed was alright, but had an indentation on the edge from over use. Neighbors were loud until late at night. Parking spaces were very tight, so my truck got dinged. But that's a people issue not the Hotel's fault. Location is close to everything. For the price, it was fair, but certainly not outstanding.

Staff was friendly. Room has been updated, the tub could use an update but was cleaned to its best. Nice size swimming pool that my kids loved. For the price it was worth it. Definitely will stay again next time we come.

They have no housekeeping on duty after check in. We checked in around 6 and then let them know that our bedding was dirty and we needed more towels with clean bedding. There was 4 ppl in my group who needed to shower. Only 2 towels. They informed us that they have no access to any of the house keeping items. They didn’t have any other rooms to put us in and unfortunately with it being on a Saturday during spring break everything else was booked. We only stayed here one night. Luckily we had reservations for the beau rivage for the rest of our trip. Would not recommend.

Busy weekend with everything pretty much sold out so we decided to stay here. Staff was nice during check in/check out. The main building with interior doors was better than the other buildings. Friends ended up with a room in a different building with exterior doors. During the night after a safety issue with sketchy people staff allowed friends to move to the main building. This location needs a lot of TLC and security. Large location with lots of sketchy people living there. Not safe for women traveling alone. I do appreciate that staff helped with the situation but this seems like a daily occurrence at this property. They know the type of people staying there and need to work on making this a safer place.

The hotel is quite busy and it’s decent for the price. Front desk staff friendly and attentive. Very close to places to eat and shop, in addition to across the street from the beach. Caught up on much needed rest. I would stay here again.

The floors in our room weren't swept or mopped. There was sand everywhere. The rest of the room was clean. I liked that it was close to the beach and it was walking distance to many restaurants and attractions.

Renovations have been made but safety is a concern, when I checked in and went to my room the door was not closed. Upon observation the safety latch was placed to close so the door did not close without you pushing the latch back when entering or exiting. The bathroom had been prepped for cleaning but was not, there was blue soap dissolved on the corner, housekeeping was very understanding and came to clean. The front desk staff were friendly.The complimentary breakfast was a muffin with a broke juice machine. Both driveways were busted concrete with limited access

Renovations are a plus. This is an average but reasonable motel. Good for a night or two. Breakfast was a prepackaged pastry. Need to have something for diabetics. Afternoon desk clerk was friendly and very helpful. Morning clerk informed me that it would take 4-5 days for the security deposit to be refunded to my credit card.
