I got the last parking spot at 9 pm. Confusing because it’s two hotels in one. The room could have been nicer, but the thermostat was set at 60, and it was FREEZING in there. It was so cold the sheets and carpeting felt wet. The tv remote barely worked. I had to push the volume button at least 5 times to get it to go up one notch, and it had to be turned up about 30 notches to be normal volume. The hand soap was located at about 6 feet high, so as a full grown adult I had a hard time reaching the pump. The pumps in the shower were also very high. Huge hotel, no restaurant at all. When I checked out the desk clerk was obviously annoyed that I was interrupting a personal call.

Great stay, pet friendly. But the pet charge in my opinion was too much. And should be posted on the website that there will be a charge for pet. Overall though I am happy about this hotel.

Passing thorough for one night and the stay was pretty good. Nice to be close to an Outback and, for a hotel they takes pets, it was in nice shape. Would stay here again!

Easy quick check in. Pleasant lady up front at desk. Fairly quiet had no complaints on noise. Bed was comfy -,pillows kind of flat. Nice pool and little store by breakfast area for quick snacks. Safe area.

The hotel is next to the interstate, so if you’re a light sleeper, ear plugs are a must. Overall the hotel was very clean. Observed maintenance personnel fixing issues, which is a good thing. Staff was very nice, especially Mars. No restaurant onsite, but plenty of restaurants are within a 5-10 minutes drive. Very convenient location. I would stay here again in the future.

The entire room was so clean and smelt wonderful! The bathroom was spotless and on of the largest I’ve seen in a standard room. The bed sheets were clean and comfortable. It was a great and quiet stay! Will be back again!

Stayed one night room was clean but poorly maintained the barn door to the bathroom was off the rail and toilet seat were broken. Not too much hotels fault but jumping upstairs when you are trying to sleep do not go together.

Facility was nice and clean with the exception of the carpet in the room. The carpet in the room felt damp and was not clean. It was tacky on your feet had to wear shoes inside. The receptionist only had a king room to change us to, but it would not accommodate 2 adults and 2 kids. This experience will not cause me not to stay here again.

When we checked in the employee behind the counter said- the TV is not working in the room, is that ok? When I told her no, she offered a 15% discount. She asked another employee to put in the discount. She said she was unable to do that. I asked if there was another room, she said no. She said I could call another hotel and stay there. It was 9:30 at night when we checked in and I was not going to call for another hotel. In the elevator, another guest explained that the hotel had been hit by lightning and all Wi-fi was out on floors 1 through 3. But somehow the Wi-fi was working in the lobby. When we got to the room, It was very damp and cold. We though the carpet was wet- but it was damp from bad condensation in the room. The man mopping the lobby area looked intoxicated. The only high point of the stay was the breakfast was good. We checked in at 9:30 on a Friday and checked out at 6:00 am on Sunday. And didn't have Wi-fi or TV the entire time.

We checked in and was told that first thru third floors did not have tv. They had a storm the week before that knocked out the satellite. Fourth floor had working tvs. Otherwise, property was good.

This is a large, relatively new hotel. The room was comfortable and clean. Service at the front desk and breakfast was polite and efficient. My only complaint was with the shower. The water was barely warm both days. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Female at check in was negative. On the afternoon of the 2nd day I requested that the room be cleaned. She was very short stating housekeeping had already left & said there was a note on the bathroom mirror stating they only clean every 3rd day. I looked on the mirror & there was no such note. We were in a handicapped unit. The facilities were nice, but the seat in the shower was loose from the wall & missing some rubber feet on the legs that touch the tub. The coffee maker did not work, but maintenance did bring a new Keurig & made sure it worked. He was very helpful and pleasant. The TV did not work the whole time we were there -3 days. We were told lightning had struck the box - but I feel like there was more to it. It doesn’t take 3 days to get repairs done. Some of the rooms did have service. Breakfast was very good.

During check in, the staff could not see that I had 2 rooms reserved. I tried to show them my Expedia based info but they told me that I wasn’t their issue. I had to call Expedia and they helped the staff to resolve the issue. Hotel seems reasonably clean and the area it is in seems nice.

The front desk screwed up the payment from Expedia and we couldn’t check in for an hour and now at 9:30 they call with more problems with the payment which I have a receipt from Expedia and the funds have been taken from my bank…..I won’t ever deal with Expedia again or Tthis hotel

It was wonderful. The gentleman at the front desk at 9pm on Jan 21 was amazing. He went above and beyond customer service. We had called down on our room phone to ask a question and we could hear him but our phone was not working in the room. We attempted this twice. 2 min later he was at our door wanting to know if everything was ok. I was shocked that someone would take the time to do this. He is wonderful. The breakfast was good. Fresh fruit and everything

The warm oatmeal cookies at check in were delicious! Real, slow cooked Oatmeal at breakfast was much appreciated. Great breakfast bar. Helpful staff. Easy to get to and from Forrest general hospital.

Pillows not very good. No drawer space. Noisy neighbors coming and going. Soap & lotion dispensers mounted so high on the wall above the vanity that you almost have to be a giraffe to reach them. Room was a little pricey but breakfast was adequate.
