This Hotel does NOT have a Restaurant or Bar that is open. It is advertised that it does. It does have a little breakfast buffet but nothing else. The Hotel is very clean and has everything else that you need. We were just very dissatisfied that we had to go out to get dinner and a glass of wine after a day of driving 10 hours!

Came for football game. Hotel was packed but no issues at all. Plenty of parking. Quiet. Staff attentive. Breakfast was well supplied and clean even during crowds. Recommend !

Room was clean and ok. They were remodeling the lobby so there was dust everywhere. Pool was green the whole time. I would tell the front desk each day! They said someone was coming out to shock it. It was still green when we checked out 3 days later! Breakfast was decent.

Great Location. Restaurants very near...several within walking distance. Please note the "Bar" is not really open which was not an issue for us but it could be for some guests. That's the only reason I gave a 4 for service. Service was great otherwise.

The pool was green and disgusting looking. Our room smelt like mold or it had been wet. Not fresh like it should have been coming into a hotel room. Breakfast was great though.

I was restless and moved to the couch to not disturb anyone and fell asleep. The next day I woke up with bed bug bites all over my body. I went to management and she said she could move us, but I told her it wasn't the beds it was the couch because we all slept in the beds prior and we woke up without bites. I have pictures of proof. I believe and would appreciate if you would compensate me for a night.

The room was large and spacious, however, the room smelled very musty and the bedding felt damp. There had been a "repair" above the ac unit and the shower door only had one handle. We didn't discover the damp bedding until bedtime and we were all exhausted. The breakfast was not bad. Typical continental with a little variety.

There were hair strands in the tub and on the bed. A sock from a previous guest was left on the floor next to the trash can. The top linen/duvet cover was NOT clean. I stayed at this same hotel 1 year ago and while it was not the best accommodation ever then, I'm pretty sure I won't ever return.

I was initially placed in Room 202, which had a weird smell, but I chose to ignore it because I was exhausted from an 8 hour drive. My son and I were awakened by roaches crawling on us in our beds. We were then moved to Room 325. No roaches, but the shower's water pressure was non-existent. The small stream of water that did flow was ice cold. Horrible experience!! I will NEVER stay at this property again, and I suggest no one else does either.

The room and hotel were just fine. However, the bathroom floor did not appear to have been swept or mopped. There was hair on the floor, in the sink and in the shower. There also wasn’t a blanket for the pullout couch bed. We got in late and were only staying one night, so we didn’t request another room and just went on to bed.

Wish we could have closed the curtains, they are bolted to the track that prevents them from closing. This was not helpful since cars parked in the Wendy’s parking lot all night and morning shining lights right into our room.

Clean hotel, curtains were in bit of disrepair. Typical hotel breakfast-food was hot, dining area was very clean. Food was constantly being restocked by the staff. The front desk staff recommended several local restaurants. We tried Mario's which is right behind the hotel. Excellent food and service. Hotel was a good value for what we paid. Would stay there again.

Me and my godsister stayed for USM homecoming and we weren’t disappointed! The room was nice and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and delicious. There’s even an all day coffee bar where they also offer tea and hot chocolate. The staff was super friendly. We will be back!

Good, comfortable, quiet stay. Staff were friendly and efficient. Breakfast was as you would expect. The King Suite was a good size, but the sofa was a bit tired. The hotel needs a little updating. The buttons on the window sited aircon unit were so worn, I couldn’t turn it off, so had to unplug it. The unit had apparently been upgraded to a wall mounted digital display, but that had no batteries in it. Small things, but indicative of management not quite on it. However, the price point makes it good value for money

Love the convenient location, the proximity to the interstate, and the Queen size beds. I love love the coffee options and the facts it’s available all day (more hotels need to do this). The parking was convenient to all entries. I disliked that y’all didn’t offer grits as an option. That’s expected when you offer a full breakfast in a southern state. I truly disliked that the smart thermostat didn’t work in room 215. After running it all day at 74 it didn’t get any warmer. The front desk was very helpful saying we had to increase it to 80. Who sleeps at 80 degrees heat. After another it still didn’t get any warmer. After explaining the issue he lovingly offered my parents another room. I went to check out the room to make sure it could get to a comfortable warm temp. But upon returning to the room, I find my mom asleep and the room comfortably warm. We had to keep the room at 78/80 just so it would feel like 72/74. That was unacceptable. But I do appreciate the gentleman at the front desk was so accommodating.

The hotel was fine except for one cockroach in the bathroom 😩. The check-in process was a mess! Evidently, Expedia had not communicated to Best Western that they had already withdrawn payment for my 3-night stay. When I was asked to present the credit card that the room had been booked with it was scanned by the clerk several times and rejected each time. The reason for this was because there was not sufficient funds remaining on my Master Card gift card. It took a call to MC to identify that the payment had already been withdrawn leaving only a small amount on the card. It took several phone calls by both the desk manager and me to clear this situation up. It was time consuming and embarrassing and should not have happened!

Getting off the road at 230 am, the front desk vacant, called the hotel, representative tells me, I’m going to have to wait. I was very disappointed. It took nearly 20 minutes for someone to come to the front desk.

An employee screamed at me for asking if they could check if our room was available for early check in and threatened to cancel my room 3 times. The manager said he would look at giving us an adjustment which didn’t happen. 3rd year staying here is probably the last.

Warning don’t plan on receiving the late checkout you were offered the option for without being disturbed by house keeping 3 times before normal check out time. We got stuck in a huge storm on the way in that added an extra 2 hours to our already long trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know we would be arriving late. Housekeeping knocked on our door the first time a little before 10:00am. The second time around 11:00 telling us we needed to leave. We were told a late check out was noted and that housekeeping would be able to see it on their system. Either they cannot see it or do not look at it because again at 11:30 they told us we needed to leave. We had been told at check in we had until 12:00.

The reason I gave it an overall 1 star. I had booked a room and payed in advane, we got to the hotel late and our room had been given to someone else. Mind you I had payed in advance. The night shift lady was very nice and actually made accommodations fir us to get a room but it wasn't ready. Then another lady said she would go clean the room. Yes we had to wait in the lobby while the room was being clean. We had been driving for 7.5 hrs and was very tired. All I can say is the night shift ladies went above and beyound and I give them 4 stars, but whoever gave out our prepaid room needs to be fired. We wasn't the only people this happened to on the same night 8 other people had this happened.

Hotel was in a great area. Safe, right off highway, and plenty of food options. Staff was extremely courteous. Breakfast included a hot item and a lot of other "to go" options, such as yougurt, waffles, lots of pasto, and cereal. Room was very spacious. Cleanliness was the only thing I wouldn't rate a 10 since the bathroom was a but outdated. But there were no bugs anywhere in the hotel.

Hotel was in a great spot away from the road, great staff, breakfast, and 3 minutes away from the interstate entrance both north and south. Also nearby good shopping centers and a theater if you need something to do.

We specifically selected this hotel versus the several other with comparable prices and location based on the complimentary breakfast. However, the breakfast didn't happen because someone at the hotel did not show up to work. The internet was also down during our stay which was another big inconvenience. When we asked to speak with a manager on Monday morning, there was no manager available to speak with. Big THUMBS down.
