Quality Inn & Suites Hattiesburg North

My stay was excellent. Staff was very helpful and nice.

the elevator was out. the room smelled i had to ask for air freshener because it smelled so musty. the chair was dirty and broken in the room. prob would not stay again

I have never been treated like so horribly in my life. To begin with the bed was not made someone had clearly slept in so I asked for new sheets that were never brought to me. Then, the air did not work so I was moved to a room where I kept getting locked out of at least the room was clean. Then, gave a new key that didn't work after 3 keys. I was screamed at & ultimately talked down to as if I were nothing and I was asked to leave. Make that make sense. I wasn't going to say anything but something needs to be done about that and I wasn't the only guests that happened to. Thank you for your time. Have a blessed day
